First time here and had a great experience. Josh was friendly, funny and helpful. The wait time wasnt too bad with 2 vehicles in front of me. And it was a quick turnaround once my vehicle was actually being serviced. Ill definitely be going back here! :-)

I’d had a good experience with the Express Oil Change close to us in Nashville and decided to use the one here in Spring Hill after we moved here. I waited for over an hour for them to do my oil change when it should have only been maybe 20-30 minutes since there was one car in the bay and one in front of me when I arrived. There were cars that arrived after me which were already through when I finally got in the bay. I explained how long I had waited and just got the “we’re busy” mantra. They guy was not polite at all and started acting like he didn’t want to do my oil change because it wasn’t 3000 miles. I explained that my engine has always been 3000 miles or 3 months, and he claimed that that’s only on construction vehicles. What? I won’t be back.

I have been taking my cars to Express Oil Change for 16 years. They have always taken great care of my cars, fair price, great staff…..now they take care of my sons car also. Great local business!

Fast and efficient, we love coming here for fast oil changes and help with routine maintenance. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the manager Josh is always ready address any concern. Saves us time and money, definitely recommend.

Dalton was genuinely friendly, not pushy, and seemed to really like working there. You can tell when staff love their job. I had another oil shop tell me the transmission was sealed and changing fluids required a trans shop to do it. These guys did it for a reasonable price and quickly and I was back on the road. I’ve also had great service from the techs in the repair shop. Kuddos to whole crew!!

I think I am going to make this location my new go-to car care provider. Just in case the manager or a technician sees this, *my name is D. Jackson from Lawrenceburg, TN 38464.*I went in for a transmission service and tire rotation & balance. They serviced my transmission quickly. When it was time for my tire rotation & balance, they initially said that it would take most of the day to get to my car because they were really backed up...and I did notice that when I arrived...but one of the technicians said that they could get me quickly taken care of. I really appreciated this very much! Moreover, they did not charge me for the tire service, only the transmission service, which was very reasonably priced.Overall, I thought that my experience was a good one. The technicians are professional and affable and responsive. The value is very nice. And ultimately I think most people will have a positive experience with this location.In the future, I will be sure to schedule a definite appointment via their website for more extensive services beyond an oil change. I will also come back in about a month (maybe sooner) to get my tires replaced.

With a difficult car for parts they made my experience very easy while explaining everything they did and why. The service was very professional and understanding all the way from labor to pricing.

Cliff and Josh were absolutely fantastic. First, when I was trying to diagnose the issue Cliff listened, knew what the issue was and told me how to fix it rather than the typical line of “you have to bring it in for us to look at it first”. In the process of doing the repair at home another problem arose, I called Cliff, he told me to get it up there ASAP and he would take a look at it and try to fix that day. Please note, this was Saturday morning about 11:30am. I had my truck up there by 1, Cliff and Josh got it in the shop and fixed the issue as well as finished the entire repair job by 5pm that day. Not to mention, Josh took me over and showed me all the old parts he changed so I knew it was fine compete and correctly.You can’t find mechanics like this much anymore but I’m thankful we have them here in Spring Hill! Thanks again guys!!!

I had my older vehicles oil changed at Express Oil today. Jordan was extremely friendly, and I felt like we were long-time friends by the time my 10 minute oil change was over. Not only did they quickly change my oil, clean my windows, check my lights and refill other fluids....but they also looked the engine over for any other issues that I may want looked at down the road (especially since it is an older car). Super appreciative of the high quality and high level of professionalism shown today.

I have been using this place for several years for repairs/tuneups. Up until now everything has been great. Unfortunately things change quickly if you experience a bad service from them. The general manager of the store was immediately hostile towards me. He was completely unwilling to listen to my complaints.After trying to reason with him and the crew working. I did get an attitude back. I’m only including this because I’m sure the response to this will state this.Sadly it took more then 15 minutes of trying to tell them the issue before they even understand what I was saying to them. All this while being pressured by three of the workers and the general manager.About a month ago the car was serviced. It had a general tuneup, water pump and timing belt replaced.This automobile has only been here to be serviced.The problem is that when they put the car back together lots of clips were left off. The plastic under the bumper fell off after a month. I’ll just assume the general manager is afraid to get in trouble for faulty work. I really don’t know.There is no damage to the bumper whatsoever. However, the general manager is claiming the car ran over something. The plastic shroud in question is higher then the bumper that has no damage. Plus, every push button clip under the front bumper is missing. Not just one or two but practically all of them.It seems to be a good place for an oil change, but I can’t recommend having any other services done here.Mistakes happen all the time. It’s how we handle them that make the difference.

Express Oil was very helpful. I had my oil changed and all four tires checked for low air pressure. I asked them to check my daughters brakes, but they referred me to their Columbia location because they didnt have enough personnel on hand to fit me onto the schedule. I also like the quick car check they walk you through before you leave!

This is the Chick Fil A of the auto service and maintenance here!! Weve been going here for years and every single time is an absolutely great experience. Being able to sit in your car while getting your oil changed is such a nice experience, and then on top of it their pricing is great as well. Talked with the Store Manager the other day, and the willingness and drive to go above and beyond to help us out on an issue we were having with our car absolutely blew us away. He did everything he could to help us get things figured out, and for service like that, I wont be going anywhere else. Thanks again guys!

Great service.... they show you filters and make recommendations. They never do anything you didnt ask for and give estimates for things that need to be fixed

Wife waited for over an hour just to get in a bay. Other cars that arrived at the same time were out in about 30 minutes. Extremely poor management. I have a friend that used to work for Express. Incompetence and arrogance are systemic at all levels of the company. Do yourself a favor and find another service provider.

These guys are always so good. Just went there today and mentioned to them that the windshield washer fluid on my car hasn’t been working, and not to fill the reservoir - I assumed it had a leak. Chris nodded and went about his business.Mind you, I’ve had this vehicle into the dealership a couple of times since purchasing, and they quoted $200-300 to fix the “leak”.Towards the end of the service Chris had a puzzled look on his face and asked me to try the windshield fluid. It sprayed everywhere. He spotted the problem, a loose hose leading to the hood, and clipped it back into place with a grin.These guys have always been awesome. They actually care about your car. They don’t pressure you for unnecessary service. They’re well trained as evidenced by their constant buzz and safety checks.They continue to earn my business over and over.

This place is very efficient and has wonderful customer service. They are always busy. But they also work very hard to get your serive done quickly. They are always friendly and never appear rushed. No pressure to get any more work done other than what you have already requested. Top notch! Would recommend to anyone.

Let me start off by saying wow. I don’t write reviews often. Recently I brought my truck for an oil change. My wife remembered a couple weeks ago my truck was due for one and went to get another one today. Not only were the techs HONEST they checked my oil realized it was still newer and suggested to my wife that it was changed recently and did not change it and charge her. Vehicle maintenance places have a reputation of being dishonest and especially taking opportunities of females who go there and this place is definitely not one of those. I’m literally in shock and will recommend this place to any and everyone. I spoke to the manager who told me who the technician was and they have forever earned my business

Where do I even begin! For years, we’ve been going to this place to get our oil changed in our vehicles. Always themost top notch service by some of the nicest friendliest people around.

Absolutely love these guys over here. Every time I go I am informed on how my my car is running and Joseph always makes sure that I am taken care of. And it’s one place I can send my wife without having to feel like she is going to get taken to the bank. Any way def best place in Spring Hill. Locally owned and operated too.

Wow! I am impressed with this place.We had a maintenance required light coming on from an oil change, we had done somewhere else, less than two months ago. I called them to have a quick look... that cant look at for 3- 4 days. Seriously, not acceptable. I stopped in at Express Oil Change, in Spring Hill to discuss my concern. I told them I would happily pay for another oil change and any other repairs necessary. When they began their work I was quite content but when they halted their work, and came to speak to me I was a bit concerned and was begining seeing dollar signs. Joseph, the manager explained to me that in good conscious he could not do an oil change. The oil was nice and clean, the filter was new and secure the problem it seemed stemmed from a reset button not being pushed. Thats all it needed. Yes, forgetting this simple step could happen anywhere, we are in a busy world. No big deal but they, Expess Oil Change, could have very easily taking advantage of me. A single mother trying to be sure her college students car was safe and working properly, but they didnt. I love that and they will be handling maintenance and repair of ALL three of my automobiles from here forward. Thanks guys and bless you for your kindness and honesty.

Marco and Dakota are excellent! They both are very detailed, knowledgeable and friendly. They showed us everything they did on our vehicle while they worked on our vehicle. In addition to performing our oil change they also took care of our front and rear differentials and transfer case maintenance, all while we waited in the car. Great job guys!

This was my first time at this location of Express Oil Change. I arrived a little before 9 am and pulled right into a service bay, no waiting. The mechanic who helped me was the asst. manager, I think his name was Josh. He was very pleasant and personable. He informed me of maintenance that was needed now or in the near future but didnt pressure me to purchase anything extra.I also had my tires rotated during this visit. The service took a little longer than expected, but the mechanics (didnt catch their names) kept me informed along the way. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. 🙂

Joseph was the most concerned car guy I have ever met. He educated me in the why of the services I needed for my car. He, Chris and Cliff were gracious and helpful. I can feel the difference in my brakes. I used to take my car to the dealer. Not again. I will always take my car to Express Oil now.

I came to this Express Oil Change location this morning not expecting to be treating so fairly and in such a professional manner.I had an appointment for the Columbia location but they gave my time slot away and referred me to this location. Needless to say I was fuming when I arrived. I spoke with the store manager, Joseph, and he graciously gave me immediate service for my vehicle.I will gladly fight the Spring Hill traffic from now on to visit this store location over the Columbia location. Joseph, Benji, and Chad were all extremely helpful, kind, and courteous in helping me after a bad (and final) experience at the Columbia store.I’d recommend this location for their supreme customer service and excellent quality of service.

I came in last Monday 7/20 about 1pm for an oil change with my 8 month old daughter in the back seat. I was so focused on keeping her happy and not too hot (it was well into the 90’s that day) that I completely forgot the technician’s name, my receipt says the hoodtech was JD. He was awesome! Really polite and courteous, and what I really appreciated the most was that he made an effort to speed the process as much as possible so I could get the AC back on for the baby. Additionally, as a woman who is not terribly familiar with all things car, he didn’t pressure me or bombard me with extra services that I didn’t need or know anything about. My husband and I have been coming here somewhat regularly for our oil changes and we will continue to do so!

Every one is great here. Informative, honest. The manager Joseph is real nice. I had a lot of things done to the car, and was here for about 3 hours. My only complaint is the waiting area is small and the chairs are so low to the ground I may not be able.to get up, lol.

Just wanted to give this place a shout out! Took my 2012 Altima here. It had some bad rattle noises and had them inspect it out. They figured out what it was a got it fixed! Couldn’t be anymore happier. You can depend on these guys.

Often times being a female, I am uncomfortable in the car/mechanics world because I have no idea what I’m talking about and how I can trust someone. Today was not one of those times! My oil change mechanic was Chris Car and he was amazing! From start to finish he was very polite, trust worthy, informative and efficient. He made me feel so comfortable and talked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it. Wish I could request him for my oil changes every time!

Cliff and team are amazing. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I came in with an issue on my F-350 and was hoping for a quick turn around. Cliff quickly sourced the parts then he and team made room in their schedule for the 8 hour job. He set expectation for a couple days but by the end of the day the truck was complete and I was able to pick it up first thing the next day. These guys truly care and it shows.They have earned an advocate and customer for life with their transparent and positive approach to work.

I just bought a new vehicle with no leaks and everything was ok with the vehicle now after taking it to this place it has a massive oil leak to the point that we are adding 2 quarts a day now my new car is screwed up thanks alot this is a nightmare

This place is the best! Got an oil change there today from Adam and he was so nice and helpful and even gave me a discount!! All the guys there are friendly and explain to you what and why they’re doing what they do. And they are not pushy at all!!! They will suggest things you need done but don’t push or make you feel bad for passing. I will always use this place!

So I believe his name was Joseph (sorry Im kinda bad about names) was who did an oil change on my car today. I also found out I was gonna need a new transmission pan gasket and also went ahead and did the rest of the stuff on my transmission since Im a big believer in taking care of my car. Holy cal amazing amazing amazing job. Ill definitely always come here from now. The car accelerates and drives so much better. It shifts and accelerates and shifts down perfectly for a car with a lot of miles. Again thank yall for getting me in and doing a correct amazing job!

The gentleman who work there are polite. They do their job quickly and dont push me to buy other items or services. I like that a lot. They let me know when they find something that may need attention. I would like it more if they would give their customers who keep coming back a discount on oil changes, like after four oil changes your fifth one is free. Just a thought. 😁

My experience was excellent! Efficient, fast and affordable, as always. I never mind having to go have work done on our vehicles because I get to see two of my favorite people, Cliff and Adam. My husband and I would never go anywhere else. They have always treated us fairly and like family, including our dog (always giving him treats)! We love and appreciate how they go the extra mile!

Its an oil change place, right? But its really good! The customer service is top-notch. I went on a busy Saturday and Sherman came out to talk to everyone in line, give them a heads up that it might be a 20-minute wait, checked to see if I needed anything and then he went back inside to work. It turns out that he and his brother work there together, and they take serious pride in what they do. They were friendly, efficient, and helpful. I am happy to write a recommendation for a place staffed with folks who like their work and take pride in it.

However, James asked me to bring the car inside and immediately replaced the battery terminals. Sherman was awesome. Immediately greeted us with a smile. Gave my daughter a lollipop and spoke to her as well. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service. I have unlimited oil changes with the dealer and I come here instead because their personal, friendly and fast.

From the service team in car repair to the Oil Change team, I was treated respectfully and with care. They understood that I do not know about cars and they were willing to speak with my husband over the phone. Their prices and fair and reasonable. James and Cody took great care of me and my car. I will return in the future.

On a Saturday afternoon while heading to Florida my F-150 started missing. I stopped in hoping they could help. To my surprise they went above and beyond to get me in diagnosis the problem and got me back on the road the same day. (3 hours) Professional. Friendly. Knowledgeable. If I lived closer they would be my priority maintenance shop. Highly recommend for anybody that is looking for top notch shop.

Expeditious service!

I needed 2 headlight bulbs installed in a 2012 Prius. One highly rated local shop quoted me $50 to install them, saying it required a 1/2 hour of labor. Nothing has to be removed, just a straight plug in install, so this is high!I previously had good results at Express Oil with an oil change, so I called them for a quote. They said $10 per bulb, and no appointment was needed.I headed that way, and was promptly greeted to see what I needed and directed to the right spot. A little bit later the Assistant Manager came out just to make sure I was being taken care of! II asked again about the cost, and they confirmed what I had been told on the phone (a rarity it seems!). Robert had the bulbs changed, checked, and the car buttoned up before I even knew it - all in about 3-4 minutes! He was incredibly proficient and speedy - I have had lengthy installations elsewhere since one is hard to reach.I didnt even get settled in before it was time to leave. On top of the perfect execution, EVERYONE was incredibly nice and extremely professional, and more than one employee thanked me for the business. Robert is my go to guy from now on!

First time needing any type of auto service since moving to Tennessee and I figured since I was driving by, I would stop and get my oil changed. Sherman and Philip was very courteous and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. The entire visit took about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend coming here for oil and any other auto services!

The service is always great at this location! However, TODAY different story...it was exceptional! The HOODTECH was (MC). He was extremely kind, genuine, knowledgeable, and professional. My man needs a raise! Hats off to management for hiring a great staff. That’s why we keep coming back.

Express Oil Change in Spring Hill had amazing customer service. It has been a hot day and this is legitimately the only oil change I have ever gone to that they offered me a cold bottle of water and a 10 minute oil change! Adrian is great at his job!! I will definitely be coming back.
