Very nice, clean store. The people are friendly and I’ve never really had a problem finding everything because it’s laid out in a way that makes sense. Great deli, great meats and seafood. Very happy with this location.I’m very glad this is the store nearest to our house because it’s set up very conveniently for an easy in and out, and the pharmacy has good hours too.

What can I say? Its Publix. Theyre one of the best grocery store chains in the southeast. My favorite place to shop. Never a line at their registers, wide aisles make it easy to maneuver through the store, friendly employees and cleanliness. People say theyre more expensive than other grocery stores but I disagree. For basic items and staples they are competitive and for other items their inventory exceeds that of other stores so I dont mind paying a little extra. Plus their Pharmacy is excellent.

Every department in this store are very well stocked, clean, and friendly employees- except the deli. They are unfriendly and extremely slow. There will be multiple employees walking around behind the counter and kitchen, and 3 or more customers standing waiting, while one or at best two employees wait on the line. I realize they are filling call in orders, but I would think a person standing in front of the counter would trump a call in order. All other services excellent. Just need to retrain deli employees.

They have just about everything I need. Nice takeout, fresh baked breads. Super.

The most pleasant grocery shopping you ever had in the area. Everybody is in a good mood. Food is fresh, produce/fruit exceptional, and deli is too tempting.I know I can get more for less at other markets, but the little extra I pay is worth it.

Everything is great except ordering subs online for pickup. Weve done that 2x now and both have been incorrect effect we get there. No calls to make me aware. The store itself is great.

Went to pick up lunch for my boss and I. When I arrived there were couple customers on the one side and 1 at the sandwich counter. The Manager and another young lady working on the floor. The young lady in front of me had multiple sandwiches. Manager keep right on working the floor, and the other young lady went and helped a customer on the other side. I know this is probably going to sound like entitlement, but I was there before the customer on the other side. Why did I have to wait. I was on lunch. It would been faster to drive back to the Sugar Mill store..

Its Publix...what more can I say! Super clean and wonderful staff. If you never had a Pub Sub, head over to the deli. The best sandwiches on earth..

Best Publix in Florida. We spend a lot of time shopping here. So much so in fact that were on first name basis with much of the staff. Christian Henderson is our favorite. And Dewayne and Dee are really awesome new additions. In all honesty the whole staff are amazing. Weve made special orders with the meat department that have always been on point and timely. The staff and products in the deli are always up to par. This store is also very well stocked. If you love champagne this is a great spot with the abundant selection. My only gripe is that google wont let us give them 10 stars. Oh and I wish I could mention everyone by name but that is overkill!

Not the greatest tonight in customer service. Deli acted annoyed that we wanted a sub. Cashier said hed be right with us. Then when he did come over, there was no greeting. Nothing. No words. Not even when he handed us the receipt. Just very unfriendly tonight and NOT the type of customer service you expect at Publix.

Always has fresh produce, meat, and seafood. Deli has a good selection to choose from. Staff is always polite and willing to help anyway they can. Have been coming to this Publix since they opened and still clean at all times.

I hate doing this but I was so disappointed. I am adding 2 photos I came in and asked if they could make on daughters cake which they said yes! If they couldn’t they should have said no. Cake is what I received. I buy cakes here allot not just for family but work.

Josh, the bakery manager, is awesome! We explained what exactly what we wanted and ordered a specialty cake (atomic cake Chicago style) for our sons birthday. The bakery did it to perfection!! Not a bite was left. Thank you for making his birthday like his childhood memory!!!

Always friendly employees and the premade salads are the best I’ve ever seen!!! Only $3 and $4. Better than Panera!!! And the fruit is fresh and cheap too! I wish I had taken a picture of the salad.

My experience was outstanding, employees would randomly stop and ask if they could help find what Im looking for. Upon check out a employee unloaded my cart onto the con vera belt and then placed bags in the cart. Offered to help load in vehicle. Hands down better experience then Walmart where they make the customer do all the work. Well worth going to Publix.

Very convenient off the main road. High visibility. You would never expect Publix this far “out” in the “stix” but it is a very pleasant surprise. Same quality you come to expect and appreciate with all the other publix around the area. They haven’t finished the south road so it’s still dirt and bumpy so be careful at night. Got in and out with no problems, as usual they have more cashiers, then Walmart in a huge store. Why I shop here. pricing is not that big of a difference.

Publix is hands down the best run supermarket I’ve been to period. Friendly staff, fresh food and a terrific selection.

Usually Publix is the best with customer service. However after visiting this location I was nothing short of offended and disappointed. I came in asking for assistance with a specific department and the manager stood there and stared at me. Usually they say good morning first, however I said good morning to him and he just kept staring at me. As I waited for about 10 minutes (after asking an employee a second time for assistance) he still stood there, refusing to ask me why I was just standing there, and allowed about 10 other employees to just walk right past me. I was so irritated over feeling so ignored, I am now traveling a little further to shop elsewhere. Very unusual for Publix so maybe they need to reevaluate their customer service at this location.

Clean store. Waited for 10 minutes at deli counter, no other customers, many workers, Ill be with you in a minute. Ordered 1 pound of roast beef, clerk asked if 3/4 was good enough, if not then shed have to go get a new one.Dont go there around noon.

Top notch Publix associates as always. Forgot a mask, they gave me one at the front desk and were very kind about it. Even with COVID19 the associates asked several times as I made it through the store if I needed any help finding anything.

I love to shop at Publix. Theres always electric carts available and they are always charged and in good condition. Their food is excellent and always fresh. Sandwiches are great and the rolls they use are wonderful. Fried Chicken is awesome. I even get some of my prescriptions free. Plenty of handicap parking. Even a scale you can check your weight. The employees are all exceptional, helpful and pleasant. The only reason I cant give them five stars is they are very expensive. Some things are double the price of other stores, and I just cant pay that high price. They have a lot of two for one sales but the regular price is so high its often still not a great deal. It is a great place to shop if you can afford them.👍

Publix is always a clean and pleasant place to shop at. It was a bit busy for me. I really wish the people would follow the arrows on the floor. They are there for our safety.
