This is the most exceptional automotive service. I had a very distressing situation with a used vehicle purchase. Not only did they help with long distance tow and repair, but the were tremendously compassionate and genuinely concerned for my safety and well being. I will never forget the service manager for his empathy and kindness. He made me feel that someone was really looking out for me that day and I meant the world. You can feel very good about doing business with this company. Theyre a rare gem in an industry that can sometimes take advantage of women like myself. Im truly grateful.

These guys are the best! They helped me fix up my 2001 infiniti g20 and its been running like a dream ever since! They did work on my ac system, exhaust, drive belts etc. All for a fair and reasonable price. They are very honest and show you what the issue is. I went to one shop that quoted me over $900 to fix my ac because they said I probably needed a new compressor. My friend told me about Spring Valley auto so I went and they fixed it for a fraction of that price and I didnt even need a new compressor. All I needed was a new condenser and a freon recharge. So I started going to these guys for everything else and its been great! You cant go wrong with these guys!

I needed a NYS Inspection and wouldn’t be able to get to a station until after 5. They were the only auto repair shop in the area able to accommodate a late appointment and said I can come until 6 no problem. They were super nice and had a clean area with plenty of seating. Quick service too!

I’ve been going to them for almost a decade. They not only treat me with the highest professionalism, they maintain my car to last for years. Pricing is good as well as the value that you get. Sometimes there may be a wait due to lots of people who use them but I rather wait to get my car in the right hands. I recently moved out the area but I would travel the distance to use their shop. AAA towed my car into Spring Valley Automotive on Saturday morning (1/18/20)just before 9 am. The waiting office already had 3 other customers. I first got stuck at my Costco Gas Station and AAA came to jump start my car so I could go home. The next morning the car was dead again.The owner told me it would take a few moments to check out my car. It turned out I needed a new alternator and a battery. My car is a Ford Explorer, 6 cylinders and it is going on 13 years with over 126,000 miles.I have never seen a auto shop like Spring Valley Automotive. The staff was extremely courteous and honest. It’s hard to believe the honesty this shop is.Thank you so much for showing me that honesty is still the best policy.

They Never fix your vehicle without letting you know of any other issues that your car may have.I went in recently for an alignment in my car.Within an instant they diagnosed the problems that was affecting the alignment of the car and told me immediately Instead of sweeping them under the rug.I got two lower control arm left and right and two tires for a good price and the job was done with excellence.If they didn’t tell me about these things I would face the same alightment issues later on.Great work gentlemen!!!!Continue to serve the community the best way you can.God bless you all

Amazing family owned shop that you can trust with any car you bring them whether it’s a daily driver, weekend warrior, or race car. I personally bring them my fully built 1000+ hp GTR for maintenance and they do a flawless job with it compared to my past negative experiences with huge performance shops charging double the prices.

The guys there are real cool and friendly. I’ve known them for awhile. Went in for an alignement and oil change had to wait for an hour but they got the job done.

Those are great, attentive and try to get you out has quick as possible. They dont try to over sell and tells you exactly whats wrong with your car and reccomend how to fix it and what to keep an eye out for. Good guys and they always get my business.

This review is long overdue. Ive had nothing but positive experiences working with Waseem and his brother Ish. Recently, working with Ish, I do not remember experiencing a faster service to my vehicle. Normally, you drop off a car, its normally not ready for atleast a day or a few days, especially on the weekend. My car was ready in less than four hours. He solved my every need and was honest from the start about everything. Waseem was recommended to me by a friend and I have found him to be honest and knowledgeable. A very reliable professional who takes good care of my car. Now my daughter brings her car from an hour away. Id recommend him to anyone.

A/C wasnt working and asked Wasim to get it checked. In 5 minutes he did a leak check and said there were no leaks but had run out of refrigerant and that was normal. He said it would be around $350 to replace the refrigerant. I declined and decided to check with my dealer.When I went to the dealer, he did a leak check and there was a leak! Dealer fixed it and I put new refrigerant. I am glad I went with my instinct; if not I would have paid for refrigerant to only have it leak again. Btw he charged me $40 for the leak test he never did.

Ish and Waseem are the most honest and hard working mechanics I have ever met. My first time coming in was for a head gasket job, I definitely had my guards up because of all the crooks I’ve dealt with in the past. They were the ones that took the time to walk me through each step of the process and explain everything I need to know. They are reasonable with prices as well. They have a won a loyal customer!

I have been going to Spring Valley Automotive for about four years, I have found Waseem and his group to be reliable, great at their jobs, fast and honest. I have no complaints.

People should pay close attention to these guys, theyre buying parts with warranty but when the part fail they refused to replace it, all they want is to charge the same price they previously paid charged you again while they getting the parts for no money since warranty was already in it. I do not recommend anyone to take their car to them.
