My $19,000 car broke down after 1.5 weeks. Got stranded, would not turn on.DO NOT BUY LUXURY VEHICLES HEREUnethical. $19,000-S5 2008 (market value is $12,000-$15,000), test drove the car multiple times (familiar with car) purchasing above market value expecting this car to be in excellent condition.1.5 weeks after purchasing car-of course, NO WARRANTY-AS IS, the car doesnt start up. Not even 2-weeks after purchase. Contacted Import Auto Outlet, said they could help. After many emails the dealer said he could refund me $300 for a $3,000 repair. His mechanic is only ASE certified. Unfortunately luxury cars need specialist for specific torque pressures and so on. They could not provide me with any credentials that this mechanic had a certificate to work on Audi.Long story short after $4,000 bringing her in for repair here it is (I will attach pictures as well):- car was missing a crankshaft bolt!! (which is the central part of a car heart, which is the timing of the cars engine) which Audi told me that it may not be the same if i were to fix- havent fixed yet it costs too much. ($3,000+)- the pulley tensor will soon need to be replaced ($1,000+)- the car needed a NEW STARTER! (paid $3,000)- the water pump had a lot of corrosion and was leaking (paid $1,000)- they over filled the oilI would suggest selling your cars at the value they are worth, this car was in FAIR condition and should have been sold much cheaper. If you have a general ASE certified mechanic working on these luxury cars, that a big NO get someone certified in the car needing a repair. A lot of professional shops turned me down and could not work on this luxury car.

Someone from work got scar from here and when my old beater broke down told me how easy it was to get approved. I went online and applied at about 11pm on their website. It said I was preapproved with a credit score of 530 (yeah right). Hat to work at 11 am the next day and got a call at 9:00 asking when I could pick up the car. Just bring a bank statement and I’d. I had put on the website I would pay 1000 down and 100 a week. I figured approved meant when I got there I would be told I would need more down.I got there and they let me take a drive and they tell me that it would be 1000 down but only 240 a month. Paperwork done in an hour. These are auction cars and they are honest in what they will need and prices are fair. I was driving within the hour.

Yeah they will help you get into a car and all that as long as they sell the car but I gotta say they do not get clean cars, all seem to be in minor accidents, painted or repaird before. If your going to be stuck on payments for a few years try to make sure is as original and clean as possible. Just because it doesnt show a salvaged title it dont mean it was never crashed, vandalized, in snowy areas (making it rusty underneath) or in a flood.

So far so good! My wife and I went to go look at cars and ended up driving off the lot in our new car! Dominic was very friendly and easy to work with! We didn’t feel pressured into purchasing anything which was a huge plus for me! Our car is running great so far! 10/10 would recommend

WOW! What an amazing car buying experience. Not just once, but twice. The first time I went to Imports Auto Outlet, I was helped by a gentleman named Dominic. I told him how much cash I had and that I wanted to buy a car and he showed me all the options within my price range. After evaluating all these options as well as test driving every single car I ended up eventually choosing a car, which happened to be my first car. He told me what issues typically came along with certain brands, and gave me a lot of information about the car I was buying. Every single thing about the car, Dominic informed me about. Ahhh what should i say. Nice people and respectful. Cars have no quality. Everything in there lot looks like they had it painted or has been in a crash. Sales guy told me its clean title but carfax said total loss. I guess if you want salvage go there.

I came into this lot looking for a nice 4 door family car with some luxury and comfort.they directed me to their 2006 Cadillac CTS. It was a beautiful pearl white with tan leather interior and fully loaded features.the price was VERY reasonable and they had a complete no pressure sales approach.everything was completely up to me and I decided to test drive the vehicle.after having it for only a few short blocks I knew this was a deal and proceeded to purchase what is now my new family vehicle. and might I say I get a lot of attention and approval from family and friends!everyone there is professional, laid back, and driven to provide the best car buying experience in san diego.

I definitely dont recommend this place, I just recently bought an Audi 2008, I dont even have a month with the vehicle and I already had to buy two parts of $150. When I tried to talk to them, they told me they couldnt do anything, the car looks good from outside and inside but mechanical wise is not.

My experience at imports auto outlet was very excellent. Mike was very helpful and honest. Eventually made a great deal on a 2007 honda civic si. I suggest for customers to come out and check their inventory and recieve excellent service as i did.

The buying experience was ok. The experience after was just constant headaches. And us making the phone calls to them for updates on paperwork. We took the car back to them for service and come to found out they didnt fix the problem and half ass it. I wouldnt recommend going to them.

I PURCHASED A 2006 INFINITE G35 COUPE, ONLY TO LEARN THAT THIS CAR HAD MORE ISSUES THAN YOU COULD IMAGINE.SHAME ON ME FOR NOT TEST DRIVING THE CAR AND TRUSTING (LESSON LEARNED). WHEN I DROVE OFF OF THE LOT, AARON INFORMED ME THAT I NEEDED TO GET NEW TIRES. I WENT THE VERY NEXT DAY TO REPLACE THE TIRES, TO FIND OUT THAT THE WIRES WERE COMING OUT OF THE TIRES. WHO ALLOWS A SINGLE WOMAN, AND HER 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER TO LEAVE THEIR LOT, WITH TIRES IN THAT CONDITION? . I ALSO DISCOVERED WHILE HAVING THE CAR INSPECTED, THE LOWER REAR ARMS WERE BAD, AND THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. THE SAME NIGHT I PURCHASED THE CAR, THE RADIO BEGAN TO TURN OFF AND ON, I NOTICED THERE WAS NOT AN INSIDE LIGHT, THE SUN ROOF STRUGGLED TO CLOSE AFTER OPENING, THE DOORS DONT STAY OPEN, THE SEATS DO NOT MOVE AND THE AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK.NOW A MONTH LATER I CALL TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE PART THAT AARON STATED HE WOULD ORDER TO FIX THE AIR, AND MY REGISTRATION. AARON TOLD ME HE HAD MY REGISTRATION, SO I WENT TO PICK IT UP, AND AARON COULD NOT LOCATE THE REGISTRATION. I ASKED AARON ABOUT THE PART FOR MY AIR AND HE CLAIMED THE PART WAS ON BACK-ORDER AND HE WOULD START LOOKING FOR THE PART AT OTHER PLACES.I ASKED AARON WOULD HE CALL ME IF HE CAN NOT LOCATE THE PART AND HE SAID HE DIDNT CALL ME BEFORE BECAUSE THE DEALER DIDNT HAVE THE PART, AND HED RATHER CAL WHENHE HAS IT? I EXPRESSED TO HIM HE SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME AND HE BECAME IMMEDIATELY DEFENSIVE.WITH ALL ACCOUNTABILITY, I AM SURE THAT MY RESPONSE TO HIM SURPRISED HIM, IT BECAUSE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE IN THAT HOT OFFICE.
