Always helpful and informative. I try to come on off peak times to get the best customer service for major questioning and found out Geek squad does need to have reservations for the most part. This location does a great job of customer service during off peak times. I have not tried during busy times. I love all the new appliance options they carry.

Im not sure if this store is undergoing remodeling or if its just this run down. A lot of empty shelves and random goods just everywhere throughout the store with some pallets blocking entire aisles. The layout is weird where youll find duplicate items in other parts of the store.

The Television Selection was..... Ummm Broad and Plentious; however, finding an Associate (to aid) in the Process, wasnt quite as Abundant .😄The Missing Star was Relative to the Availability of Associates as a FEW were Observed either in Remote areas Preoccupied with their Personal Phones or Engaging Personal Conversations among THEMSELVES, While We (the Patrons) Hopelessly and Helplessly were asking and trying to Assist each other. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Weve Shopped and Purchased Many Appliances, Various Electronics and Accessories here and have come to Expect Better! And I Do Hope Future trips will return to meet (if not Exceed) those Standard Expectations of Customer Service and Care. In Addition, its also somewhat Disappointing that No Military Appreciation, Healthcare Professionals or (Grad) Student Discounts are Available, PERHAPS it can be Assuaged and Implemented prior to our next Purchase. No real benefit from buying Apple products here or any other best buy anymore. No points for rewards unless on the BB credit card, no replacement warranty only apple care for airpods which has a deductible, and now Apple dictates what $ amount they can price match. The amount of pull Apple has on best buy is absurd.

I purchased a TCL TV on September 7th and I noticed pixel were starting to stay stuck on TV during certain colors. I took the TV back on September 22nd and the best buy guy at returns tried to make me keep the TV and send it off for repairs. He stated that it was past the 15 day return period even though I was an elite member and get 30 days for returns. I asked for a manager only to get told the same thing and to lower my voice even though I wasnt yelling. I will never purchase anything else from best buy again. Sams club offers 90 day return period and a three year warranty on their TVs. You have lost yourself a loyal customer and if you arent careful you will end up like Frys Electronics history. Thanks for allowing me to waste my money at your stores when I could have gone anywhere else. I will buy elsewhere from now on.

Let me sum up my customer service experience here. Horrible. Horrible. Great. Horrible. Horrible. Great.How hard is it to acknowledge and help a customer? 2 visits, more than an hour chasing people down who didn’t want to help. I’ve been standing by the computers for 10+ minutes and decided to start writing this. Not one blue shirt in sight. I came in earlier, couldn’t find help at the computer department. Unofficial Line was 3 deep and after 30 minutes we were all still waiting. I talked someone else in another department to open the locked case for me so I could get my product. He was not happy about it and as he rushed me to grab something, I grabbed the wrong item (I’ll take half the blame for that. I was really hoping to ask a few questions before I made a selection though).When I got home and realized my mistake, I placed an order on line to try and avoid all the waiting around. Once I receive notification I went to the store and found out only half of my order had been pulled, (why send me that notification?? Seriously, why!?). The customer service person was excellent and helpful, but told me I’d have to wait for them to pull the rest of the order. 30 min later (and still standing by the computers, and not approached by a blue shirt once, or even saw one any where near) I saw my order being rolled through the store. I chased the guy down and he told me he had to take it here (the opposite direction of the checkout) and blah blah blah, which sounded like I’d be waiting another 30 minutes. He, thankfully, took the time to listen and did a little running around to help me out. He earns 5 stars as well for listening, cutting through the red tape and taking care of a customer and treating me like a human.I actually avoid Best Buy because their customer service is, well, it isn’t. I just had no choice this evening and they not only reminded me why I don’t shop there, but raised the bar (in the wrong direction). I don’t like to leave negative comments for the sake of leaving negative comments. I want to like your store. I love the products. Just don’t make it so painful to do business with you and you’ll see me more often.

Fried my PC and refused to fix it.Went to this location to have a password removed from an old laptop of mine. Laptop was charging perfectly fine before I left to best buy. When I get home it isnt charging correctly.. order a new charger and still no dice.. went there to get them to account for their mistake and they deny that they plugged in the wrong charger causing the damage to my PC. Trash store trash liar employees..

Im a geek squad fan, or was, until today. Had an appointment to drop off old Pcs for scrubbing so I could recycle. Had discussed this with different staff, and it was noted in my appointment. After unloading car and standing in line, I was told I could only leave one PC at a time. Walked out and went to a small store and so glad I did. Mouseworks in Spring were wonderful.

I’ve been pretty disappointed with Best Buy’s service at majority of their Houston locations but this one was a waste of time. Their checkout lines don’t make sense as they have customer service written on it as well as right next to geek squad. Can’t tell if I’m in line for that or just to check out. Didn’t have a person ask if I needed help, there wasn’t really one there to do so. And it’s not cuz they are short staffed.I really hate spending any money at Best Buy.

The store seems to be running on a skeleton crew. I had a return and I was second in line for 20 minutes. There was one person handling customer service, returns, and online pick ups. Eventually another person came to the area to help and things got moving, but watching 3 geek squad and two guys by the door ignoring the service team while the line grew to over ten customers was pretty painful. Normally I have much better service at this location.

I purchased a refrigerator, the family and I search through what they had as a set and began to pick by color and features. We were able to do this on our own with no urging or help which was great. Once we required assistance we found Diana and she set us up with all we needed. We saved $200+ so everyone was happy. The kids had that new something happiness which is unexplainable but enjoyable. Delivered on time, set up very easy and straight forward. Works and looks great! Installers were A1 also friendly and knowledgeable.

This rating would have been 5 stars, but my visit today changed all that. Ive had great customer service with the GEEK Squad here, and everytime Ive been handled by the same gentlemen. Today I showed up 6! Minutes! Late! For my 1:40p appt. Thats it! Six minutes! No one was at the counter but a lady who was obviously waiting for someone to finish servicing her. So I stood there and waited patiently for someone else to come from the back. Before I realized it, it was 2pm. At that time the gentleman who normally helps me appeared, but unfortunately he was already helping the other lady. A couple minutes later another guy appeared and asked if he could help me. I explained that I needed my tablet repaired due to the screen being cracked. And that there was nothing else wrong with it other than that. He said okay let me check the schedule really quick. In my mind Im thinking why is he checking the schedule when Ive already told him that I was the 1:40 appointment but I was a little late, and that I got here at 1:46. 🤷 Then he comes back and tells me well because its already past 2pm Ill have to reschedule you.......... 👀 Like seriously! I got here 6 minutes late, stood out here when nobody else was out here to assist me or ask me if I needed help with anything, and then you walk out at 2:02 and say you got to reschedule me when Ive been standing out here since 1:46 p.m.?!!! Thats just bad business. Word of advice to the dude that handle me today: dont take being a geek so seriously. Theres no reason to be that freaking punctual when its going to interrupt a customers business. He tried to offer me the option to reschedule but I tried to explain to him that I was going out of town tomorrow and I wouldnt be here all week and dropping off my tablet would be really appreciated. I even said please and didnt get that much of an attitude. But he just went right back to saying what he was saying before like he was a robot and had no idea how to assist me or make me happy in that situation. I appreciate your knowledge geek squad, but teach your employees how to have good customer service as well. Theres no way I should have been sent away when I stood out there that long and they didnt come out of the back room until 2:02. Ill just be going to the other Best buy up the road from now on. Really appreciated having the option to come to this one though, considering it was literally 5 minutes from my house. And the last thing Im going to say is what really pisses me off is the fact that I could have lied. I could have said hey Ive been standing here since my appointment time and you guys didnt come out here to assist me and now youre sending me home?! But I didnt. I told the truth and still got treated like it was my fault. Never coming here again.

Id like to give no stars but I cant...I have spent a great deal of money with you all over the years. It pains me to do this but I am very upset. I brought a vehicle over to your location, in Spring TX to have an amp installed and have the speakers I already had in the vehicle connected to the amp. In addition, a sub-woofer was also to be connected to the amp. I trusted that I would receive the professional service Ive always received from you guys; however, I got far from that, this evening. My factory wires were cut, the front speakers were wired up to the cut factory wires {not the amp}. The rear fuse box was left loose. The amp was mounted and the screws were shaved so I have no access to the amplifier controls. I removed the trim inside the vehicle but not in my trunk. I even provided the proper gauge wire for power and ground and instead, they installed wire not rated for the amplifier. My front speakers cut out due to them being wired incorrectly. Rather than type all of how my vehicle was returned to me, I will share the pictures of what I cant believe was done to my Mercedes. I should have been contacted before the factory wires were cut. My head-unit was removed and the screws were not replaced. I removed the interior panels because I was planning to do the work but couldnt get some free time to do it. This needs to be made right if it can even be made right. I dont even want my money back; I just want it done right. I was a installer in my younger years. I would never give a car back to a customer/or client in that condition. Ill add to this one, im still fuming mad. Stay tuned... Im letting the world know about this one.

I am extremely frustrated with the Geek Squad service I have received. I took my computer in on July 29. I was told they would have to send the computer off to a service center for repairs, so I should come in to back it up. I went the next day to back up my computer to be told it had already been shipped off. When I hadnt heard anything on the tracking, I called to find out that my computer had NOT been sent off but was still in the store. I asked about the backup, and I was told they had done one. My computer left the store 14 days after I took it in because they didnt have shipping boxes available. The service center did not receive my computer for 9 more days. The diagnosis was made 15 days later. The repairs were made and the computer was shipped 7 days later and was ready for pick up 5 days after that. When I picked up my computer, they had not uploaded the back up and said they would need it another day. The backup was supposedly done, and I picked up the computer. It has NOTHING on it. Its like brand new. There was a folder called Geek Squad Back up that has a few files in it, but everything else is gone. I would have at least backed up my documents had they not told me the computer was no longer in the store! I am so irritated! I have purchased at least 4 computers from Best Buy over the years, but I will probably not go back. And the reason Im writing all of this here is in hopes that they will monitor these reviews and see it....I have been trying to get in touch by phone and by chat. I cant even get service either of those ways!!

Agent sold me a product that would be delivered to the store for pickup. When I checked on the order they had no idea what I was talking about. Turns out that TV was out of stock and no longer being supplied, so they canceled my order with no notice. I called the corporate office to try and resolve the issue.Agents were trying to upsell me when I wanted a discount due to the issues with my original product and the lacking service. Eventually an agent and I find an agreement and discount that makes me just barely satisfied. I get the order invoice in my email. I attempt to purchase the invoice but my card bounces due to fraud detection, they think these purchases look suspicious. I inform the agent I will contact my back to clear the payment and then buy it. They say ok.I contact the bank and clear the funds. When I click the invoice it is no longer valid and I need to call again. The agent I speak with says they cant reactivate the order and that they have no idea what discount they added, and they cant discount anything for me. I ask for a manager, and then they suddenly have a discount. Its still more expensive than I was previously offered. I ask for a manager. After some time they say that they can add another discount. Price is good enough and I ask for the email invoice. They say that they cant do that. At this moment I realize that I cant ever trust these agents. I say to either make it, so I can manually review the order myself or send me to a manager. I hold for ~15 min and then the line disconnects.I call back. Speak to a different person and ask for a manager. I wait about an hour for a manager. I inform them of the series of issues I have had and what they will do to resolve this. They say that after I buy the TV they will send me a gift card. I ask the price of the gift card and I get told that they cant know till after the purchase. At the moment I realize that even after 6 hours of constant effort and calls that they care so little about me and my purchase.Throughout the process I had many other calls that were transferred to dead lines and wrong departments, dropped calls and dead ends that I skipped over.I spent 6 hours across 7 calls just trying to get things right. The best they can do is a gift card of an unspecified amount after the product is delivered and picked up in 10 days.If this is the best they can do I see no need to ever use them for any services again.

Everything was fine but there curbside pickup is lacking compared to other stores. Im sure i wasnt the 1st one picking up an item for someone else and was given a very hard time even though i had a printed copy of the email with the details on it. Plus you cant call to let them know your outside and since the email wasnt personally mine i just went in. The 2nd associate let me get the item finally...i understand policy but if someone has the pick up code they should be able to pick up ...

Came here at 1230p on a Thursday to ask a question about a laptop, And there was one person working the entire laptop section(mac/pc). When I approached other employees, before asking my question they said they dont work in that area and told me to wait for the guy. Well, 18mins later I was tired of waiting and left. Also laptop area had dirty screens/spills and was unkempt. I Wont return to this location.

Best Buy computer warranty and services are a scam. Do NOT purchase your computer hardware from Best Buy. Awful customer service. Will NEVER make another purchase from Best Buy again. I purchased a New Republic of Gamers PC that was an immediate problem. It would not turn on. If it did turn on it would randomly turn off and crash. Then it would take days for it to turn on again. Best Buy REFUSED to allow me to return it and insisted it had to be sent away to be assessed and fixed before it could be returned for a computer that worked. It took 2 MONTHS for Best Buy to ship the computer to the service center, have the computer serviced, and then shipped back. They replaced the mother board. It still did not work. We requested that it be replaced with another computer and they said that it was now too late to do so. It took 2 months for the computer to be serviced and Best Buy has been in possession of my computer longer than I have. Since the service took so long the time frame for being able to return the computer was exceeded. They now have the computer again and expect it will be another 2 months (at least) to have the computer assessed and fixed again. (If it can be fixed) As per the Best Buy policy I will have to go through this process 3 times before their lemon law process will apply. However, because of the time it will take for service that will more than likely exceed the turn around time requirement for the lemon law to apply. In the mean time they did offer to sell me another new computer since I will not have one and need one for work. (I declined and purchased a computer elsewhere.) THIS IS A SCAM. They sold me a lemon and refuse to replace it and make sure the service time frames exceed the ability for you to return the computer -- but they dont mind profiting trying to get you to purchase another computer! If that was not bad enough, the manager of the Cypresswood Geek Squad was extremely rude, condescending, argumentative, and tried to blame me for the computer not working- even though the Geek Squad and the best Buy service center had the exact same problem and another Geek Squad employee supported my story. If I had chosen to go to another vendor like Wal-Mart I could have just had the computer returned and replaced. I have a brand new computer I cant use and had to purchase another computer so that I can actually work. I continue to pay for the first computer though it has never consistently worked and it has not been in my possession most of the time I have owned it. Best Buy and the Geek Squad has terrible customer service. The Best Buy warranty policies are established to create bureaucracy, frustration, and scam you out of your purchase. Also, at the Cypresswood location, if you call the store in an attempt to speak with a manager the VM states the store no longer accepts phone calls. After this experience it is no wonder why Best Buy is struggling as a company and about to declare bankruptcy. I certainly would not want anyone to ever go through this hellish nightmare. Take your business to a company that respects their customers and honors their commitments.

Yes I went into Best buy today maybe by 11:00 a.m. I were looking for a special electronic but they told me they do not sell them in the store I can check online and look out with very nice and ask me is it anything else I can help you with I was like no thank you you did your best thank you for working at Best buy and helping customers bless you and your family and keep up the good job

The Shamrock roof did after I got the new roof, and did not paint the siding also, I call them but the owner never call me back to respond back.
