Went in asked an associate which isle that the item that I was looking for was in. He said go to isle 13 and walla their it was. I love when I can go in and go directly for what I want to purchase. A speedy in and out. I work at night and do not want to spend my day time searching for my wants and needs. Thank you to all your workers who know your merchandise and are able to direct us to the areas we need. I came in to have some custom order blinds adjusted and Ms. Lynn took her time and manually assisted as the machine was not an option for my blinds. She did an awesome job and I was able to go home and hang my blinds with no further issues. Thanks Ms. Lynn!!!

I love Home Depot, but the store at 20131 N, I-45, Spring, TX 77373, has to be the most poorly ran store in the entire company. There were no flat bed carts available in the landscaping area or parking lot directly in front of nursery area this morning, there was only one associate checking out about 30 customers. It was a nice day, so there we many customers just in the outside nursery area. I counted 5 flat bed carts and all we in use. I talked to at least six customer service associates and none were willing to make any effort to bring more carts over from the other side of the store (commercial lumber area). Had brought up this and the issue of no hand soap in the mens restroom to a supervisor on duty, Sarah. She stated they had been aware of the soap issue in the mens restroom for a while, but were only just now going to get soap from the store shelves and place in the restroom to correct problem. While I was in the restroom, I had witnessed a store associate disassembling a wall mounted soap dispenser in an attempt to get soap for his own personal use. When I confronted him about the issue, he completely dismissed me as if it were my problem to overcome now. He presented with the attitude that it wasnt his job and wasnt about to assist or bring it to the store managers attention. This is all unreal to me, but apparently the way Home Depot conducts business on a regular basis, and the proof is in their own employees total disregard for their store and its customers.

Customer service is excellent. The agent went out her way to help order our new grill and to set up free delivery.Update on 06/30/2021Delivery was made 3 days later. It was scheduled for Monday June 28,2021 from 6am-8pm. I waited all day Monday and received a text saying the delivery was gonna be delayed for next day. I called on Tuesday and spoke with someone over the phone and was told our order is on the truck and should get it soon. Called back after 6 pm and was told it will be delivered on Wednesday from 6am- 8pm.Worst delivery service and poor job Putting my grill together. Don’t waste your time buying anything that has to be delivered, it will definitely disappoint your experience and expectations for this store.Once delivered I asked for the grill to be placed on the patio and the driver just sat it on my grass.

Well I hate to say this, this is going to be my worst review. I had one of the worst experiences inside a home improvement store. I was looking to have some blinds made..custom cut. One of the employees, a caucasian female woman probably in her 40s walked past me. I stopped her saying, excuse me..She didnt stop, not immediately. She took a few steps more then stopped turned slowly rolled her eyes and didnt even address me! Didnt say one word!Lol! Maybe she was just having a bad day.Well, screw that! I immediately left that atmosphere before I began having a bad day.So I moseyed over to the Lowes just across the parking lot divide and got exactly what I needed. Out the door within 15 minutes and they were all smiles. Good morning happy to help me and answer my questions about custom and many blinds. Nobody there made me feel like I was inconveniencing them to do their job.I will never step back into the spring Home Depot again. I have spent a lot of money in that store as a contractor. I wish I had looked at her name tag! I would have splashed her name all over this review and maybe she would have lost her job for being a....Negative Nancy...

Fantastic customer service!My wife is a teacher having a rough couple years with covid. I decided Id try to take some chances right when the store opened and see if I could find the 12 for skeleton shes been talking about.Two fantastic associates getting off the night shift, woman I believe whose name was Amy (please forgive me for forgetting) and a man who had been working a double helped me make her day.The last went above and beyond and helped research the skeletons availability at Houston stores and made some calls but it didnt appear there was much luck. She went to click out Id assume as the luck ran out, but the man came around as I was getting to the car and caught me. He said once of the stores called back and he helped reserve the last available skeleton currently in Houston.Managers who see this please help to make sure these two associates get my greatest thanks. We secured the skeleton and my wife is extremely happy. These two associates went above and beyond to make it happen.

Luke, Ray and Ron all walk into a home depot .... Actually, I walked into Home Depot and didnt get a cart. I ended up buying some shelving and was trying to carry them to my car like Andre the Giant in the Princess Bride, when Luke, Ray and Ron swooped in and asked if Id like a hand. They escorted me and shelves to my car, which was on thenoyhet side of the parking lot! I am so grateful, as I thought my tri and biceps might give out on me halfway there! The price of the shelves was great and the customer service was over and beyond!

Ad far as inventory its pretty good. As far as when ot comes time to check out....horrible employees huddled up all over the store, registers 75% are closed which leaves about 3 open so many displays you dont see there is one continuous line of about 15 people waiting to check out. I wish this was a 1 time occurrence but nope I keep trying to give them a chance .

This is the worst Home Depot in the world. They don’t help pro’s. The manager there has instructed the poor employees to not open the door on the pro side, making it very difficult to load large quantities. You also can’t enter the store on the pro side. It makes it very difficult and it’s a waste of time. As we know time is money.I’ll never come back to this poorly managed store. My time is too valuable for nonsense.

Worst experience, waited at self check because last item wouldn’t scan. Hit the help button and stood there for 5 mins and no one came. I decided to get the same item with better tag. Came back everything was gone. Another customer pointed out the attendance lady and I asked her what happened to my stuffed I scanned. She walked away from me and when to another person and helped them. I waited until she was done, she walked away again and went to another check out station and asked her again where is the stuff had. She pointed to a basket that was full of other stuff and what I had already scanned. I just leftThat lady was the rudest person i have ever met

They had a good amount on the shelves at the entrance of the cleaning aisle, for $5.97 each limit 2 per customer and no hoarding allowed πŸ˜€. They also have plenty of Lysol disinfectant wipes on the shelves. Good luck πŸ‘

We came in to purchase a security door after the measurements had already been taken. Andre politely greeted us since his co-worker who had assisted us before was working with another customer .Andre also took the time in assisting us in choosing the right locks for our door and he also made sure to thoroughly go over the charges with our purchase. Generally the same store setup as most and at least they have the paint department in the smartest location at this store. This store seems to have workers who know what they are talking about, or at least it comes off that way.This store is clean, well stocked and although I hate that the tills are so far away from the entrance, the self-help stations are appreciated when the lines build up.Plus I love the fact that this store faces a Lowes so if you cant find it at one store, the odds are in your favor that the other store will have it.I really wish Home Depot would press for some lanes changes with regards to Holzwarth road. There is no middle turning lane so when you want to turn into the stores parking lot you have to take the risk that someone may pile drive up from the rear as it is not normal to see a car (signalling or not) sitting in the left flow lane. The light located near the two stores doesnt have a turning lane either. Potentially dangerous. If you are coming off Louetta I would suggest taking the feeder along the 45 to reach the store to avoid the hazard.With that I am not putting blame on either store but it should be looked at, in my opinion.This store is very busy due to its proximity to the freeway and parking can sometimes be a pain but I never feel like Im in a crowd once inside.Home Depot has a great online store and will deliver to you (after a certain amount) or the nearest store.Overall this store has more helpful knowledgeable staff than the 1960 (Torrey Chase) location, but we go to both equally.

Got a great deal on ryobi tools today. If you bought the case with 2 batteries and a charger for 99 dollars you could pick another tool for free. I got the impact driver because I use them a lot. The 3ah batteries are the new high power ones that are best for the new toolsI bought the 7 1/4 chop saw and cut hundreds of cuts on one battery making the heavy duty lattice

I purchased a set of washer and dryer from this store by mistake. The sales person did not give me all the info on the return and warranty info when I purchased then. All she gave me was the short version. When they were delivered the was a problem I was told by the sales person just except it there will discount it. LG explained they would no warranty the damage, that is the way I understand it. Now they don’t want to warranty either piece and Home Depot is telling me the $325.00 for extended warranty is lost for both pieces. Why would I take delivery if this was the case. The assistant manager had the attitude sorry read you paper work. I relied on the salesperson and the delivery person, I didn’t see it in the paperwork . I would not have spent $325.00 if there was a possibility to loose it. When I told the assistant manager I was going to review this β€œnow the threats” with a big attitude, what a leader. The light also did not work in the washer, I was told buy the delivery person the new models did have lights. If had knows that was wrong I would have had sent everything back and gone somewhere else. GO SOMEWHERE THAT IS GOING TO STAND BEHIND THERE CUSTOMERS. There is a lot more to this just can’t put it all in one review.

Never. I say never buy anything from this store. Manager is fine. Workers has no knowledge of there own products. Tell me to google to find out about the product. I bought a grill from them last 2 weeks. They had a special spend over 400 Free assembly and free delivery. They just pick a random grill. Didnt let us pick the one we want. To see if all parts were there. Didnt know we be getting the floor model The delivery driver just drop off the grill front patio in the rain. Never call or text to tell us they are coming. Or drop off the grill. Heavy rain. So we had to dry it off and check to see if all parts are there and if all works properly. We spend 600 dollars for a nice grill. Not a cheap one. Nothing works. The assembly was horrible. So luckily the manager giannis. Help us to find a good one without missing part. Everything works. Bow waiting for the delivery. That they dont give any time window. If you request a time window. That extra charge. Under the past circumstances. How they deliver it. You will think they make sure i get it soon as possible. I waited all day. Night time still not here. Calling the store all day. Put on hold Several hours. And several attempt. That they never answer there phone. This is home depot. Who claim service with goos quality merchandise. They need to train there staff in product knowledge. And stop using click bait advertising to sell a grill. If you going to offer a service of assembly and delivery. Make sure you have same standards what you promoting. Not some company that dont know what they are doing. Finally answer your phone. Pay someone to works the phone. Ridiculous that the phone can ring and ring. No one answer or know anything about what your company doing. Dont offer a service that you have no info about. Or who you subcontract to deliver your product. Shame. I always buy stuff from home depot. This location need better training. And the managers need to know exactly what their workers are doing. Just answer the phone! No store is that busy Im in retail. I know
