Ronny is honest and fair with all his products. Bought a used spa that he reconditioned, it looked like new and performed perfectly. We just moved here and almost got ripped off by the spa expo and other stores. They kept pushing dated floor models. Ronnie let me order my own configuration. It was manufactured in 5 weeks in Houston.. We are now on month 3 and everything is perfect!

They are very knowledge here. Im glad I came to an actual store with experience rather than just ordering online. They have many years of experience and helped me keep from making very costly mistakes that I otherwise would have. They were able to walk me through everything I needed to have taken care of prior to purchasing my hot tub. They delivered and setup on time and quickly, and made sure I knew what to do from that point on.

1st off if I could I wouldnt even give them one star. Yesterday we had them come out to help clear an airlock in our hot tub system. While the tech was here he said there was no air lock, but needed a new heating element. So after over $250 it still does not work. While I called them 1st thing this morning to explain the problem; the owner was extremely rude would not listen, put all the blame on me then proceeded to hang up and not return our calls. Thats fine!!! Check has been cancelled and I will find a better company with better customer service!!!

I love my spa, hidden away in my back yard oasis. Great way to tan and not get over heated. 73 and still young thanks to my Sal from island mist.

Ronnie was great and his guys did a top notch install. He worked with me to find the right price point. He found and offered me a refurbished model with two years parts and labor. Looks and works like new. He ordered me a new cover and threw in a cover caddie for free! He took very good care of us. Ronnie shoots straight and always communicates honestly and clearly.
