Ive used Thumpers multiple times over the years for electrical work on my service vans as well as appliance repairs. They are great to work with and pricing us always more than fair. I would not use anyone else!

Disappointed. We’ve been a loyal customer for 15+ years. They were well aware we had a time sensitive W/D pick up, and they completely brushed us off the day of the pickup. Our property management co and I will not be using them anymore.

Wow, I would highly suggest customer service 101. Inquired about a washer and dryer and the guy I spoke with was about the rudest and most un-interested in my business sales person I have ever interacted with. Included statements that they have not updated their Facebook in 2 years and do not have a website...in 2021. I do not know how this place stays in business. I would rate a 0 if I could

Ive been to these guys for years, with used appliances and the washer and dryer lasted me 6 years & went bought another set since both went out same time so i upgraded and had issues well easily returned and exchanged for a even better set for the issue and even comes with a warranty!Also need subs, amp, or even new speakers they have it done in no time and sounds amazing

Bought wife a fridge near $800 in March. Its now June and it totally quit. Called a repairman to fix it and its too far gone to be fixed. He said Thumpers shouldve never had it up for sale. We will not refer them to anyone.

Rude and unprofessional. One of them had a huge thing of chewing tobacco in his mouth which make it difficult for him to talk. He had to stop and spit every minute or so. He then was extremely condescending to my boyfriend and tried to start a fight with him over the cord we needed for our dyer.This is the second dryer weve bought from them and when I told the guy the last one barely last a year he just shrugged and said thats what happens when you buy used.I will not be back.Update to say my dryer is already broken and Ive had it like 2 months.

Landlord bought a washer for the house in April 2017 from Thumpers. It is now August 2017 and the transmission is already out. Only worked fora good three months. :( Warranty is done and it will cost more to fix the transmission. So Im having to buy another washer. They have good customer service in terms of coming out for a service call in a timely manner but would not buy another appliance from Thumpers.

Well if u want to buy a different one every couple months Thumpers is ur place. In April gave $575 for a washer & Dryer, 30 day warranty. Guess what july the washer quit. Gave $500 for a side by side refridg at the same time & its giving us problems. So No i wont go back.
