Great staff n products. Super friendly very helpful n helping me with my bow needs. I will always do my archery needs at this store. Very friendly n know there stuff. Bought a Mathews bow n they helped set me up. New strings n cables in a few minutes n out the door I went. They know bows. Great prices best around very knowledgeable. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Love this place.
I got a new bow here and these guys ROCK‼️ Super customer service! And great store. Definitely coming back!! 👍🏽👍🏽😁🚗💨
Aaron and Steve, the two guys working in the shop, were extremely helpful and are very knowledgeable. Im new to compound bows, but they really went out of their way to help me get going and shooting properly (even though I didnt buy the bows from them). I find their prices for service to bows extremely reasonable. The guys at Outdoor America really make you feel welcome, no matter how long youve been shooting. The first time I showed up to shoot, for the first time ever, they had a bunch of their league shooters in the range and I felt a bit intimidated. However, all of the guys were really welcoming and supportive. I just cant say enough about this place, I cant imagine going anyplace else for my archery needs.
I called ahead to ask if these guys could adjust my bows draw length and weight. I provided the make and model of the bow, and was told they could take care of me, no problem. I drove 25 minutes to get there, only to be told by a very dismissive, rude fellow behind the counter that they couldnt help me. He said my bow requires a special tool to adjust. Would have been great to know before making the drive. Not friendly or helpful at all, very frustrating experience.
Fun place to try out archery. They will let you rent bows for the indoor range and even give a quick tutorial. Nice staff. It is not air conditioned so can get very hot in the summer. Conveniently located right off the bike path.
Extremely experienced in archery and friendly. Best place to go for all of your archery need. Aaron and Steve go the extra difference after the sale.
When their ad says the goal is customer satisfaction they mean it. I broke the bolt retaining spring on my crossbow opening weekend. Not a stock item, the new spring had to be ordered but NO, these guys took a crossbow off their shelf, switched out the entire assembly (picatinny rail and all ! ). The charge? $5.00! They did not do that for the money, they did it because of their concern for their customers need.If you are searching for top quality gear, the latest technology and absolute dedication to first class service try Outdoor America and I expect you will be a loyal customer too.
Great customer service and products. Will continue to buy from them and use their archery range. The workers were really friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anyone.
Great store with incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff! Best place in NWA to buy a bow or any archery gear!
I needed a quick repair on a firearm and these guys took care of it ASAP with no charge.
Out standing survive, employees now there stuff.Got me lined out in now time.
Walked into Outdoor America for the first time the other day....spoke to the owner Aaron and instantly knew he was a straight shooter. He will tell you like it is and thats exactly what I want. Nice to have a shop that doesnt try to sell you everything on their shelf. Very pleased.
Best Around
I wasnt impressed. I came in needing arrows for my older compound crossbow. Its a bow Ive had for years and Ive taken many deer with it. It still uses aluminum arrows and Im comfortable with what I shoot because it works. If it aint broke dont fix it.I started getting chastised by the snot nosed kid waiting on me over the fact I was still shooting aluminum arrows and shooting such an old bow. He immediately started trying to sell me a new crossbow. When I told him no, he got rather rude with me. When I asked if he could simply sell me the arrows I came in looking for...he told me no, they dont make those anymore and he wouldnt cut that size for me because they were dangerous. I walked over to a box of pre-made arrows in the corner and found 3 of the right length and stiffness and sat them on the counter in front of him. Guess someone still makes them was my reply.I went out the next day and killed a Boone and Crocket 165 class buck on Wedington WMA with one of those arrows, using that old bow.If someone comes in and knows what they want, and you have the means to provide it, STFU and sell them what they want. I didnt need his 30 years my junior critique of my hunting equipment or to be made to feel like I didnt know what I was doing. That was my first and last experience with this place. I wont go back. They think they know what they are talking about... And in many regards Im sure they do, but you dont treat a customer that way. If he knows what he wants, sell it to them and leave your thoughts to yourself.
Great place, great people!!!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I live in northwest Arkansas and have been to a few bow shops in the area. In many of these shops the staff were either under qualified or only cared about making a sale. However this was not the case with Outdoor America. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me get my bow shooting correctly. This shop is a mathews dealer and I shoot a bowtech and still they were more knowledgeable about my bow than the so called bowtech dealers in my area. If you want to buy fishing lures, go to Hook Line and Sinker. If you want a real bow shop go to Outdoor America.
Waited 30 to just ask a simple question.
Great bow service!
Extremely knowledgeable about the products the sell and great customer service!!
Great Folks, they really helped out. theyre service is awesome, but the merchandise is a little high priced.
