They are amazing moved it to here from another body shop due to communication and Lewis collision has amazing communication. And did a great job on my repair and great detail.

I used Lewis Collision when someone hit my car at my apartment complex. They really helped me navigate dealing with insurance! They are very communicative and are always giving updates about your car. My car looks good as new, and I’m super happy about it! Definitely would use them again (but hoping I don’t need to at least for a little while)! Also, they are just super helpful and friendly.

Hit a deer with my Civic and had the damage fixed here. I was not disappointed! Great service, that was on time and seamless! They have a good working relationship with the rental company also, so absolutely nothing was left to me to worry about!

Thank you Lewis Collision!The staff was incredibly friendly and the communication from start to finish was top notch. Work was completed on time. The reason I gave only 3 stars was the actual work itself. The color match was pretty good. However, the paint and/or the clear just isnt as smooth as the original paint. Its very easy to tell where it was painted. Hopefully I never get into any other type of wreck, but if I do, I am going to try somewhere else. Again, very accommodating staff, just not as high of quality of paint work as I expected.

Im ashamed to say that this review is well over a year overdue--maybe two years. Lewis Collision did a 10-star job on my car after an accident, and I couldnt have had better service and workmanship! Not only did they coordinate with Enterprise so that Id have a loaner car while mine was in their shop, but they treated me like a queen throughout the whole process. My car came out looking like new, and I couldnt be more pleased. The young woman at the front desk was wonderful, and Leon, and Alan--well, Alan did a super job as well, keeping me updated on the progress of the repair. Thank you so much, Lewis Collision! I’ve been to Lewis twice for insurance claims and both times the staff has been really helpful and did a great job! This time I brought my car in for hail damage. Insurance was being difficult, but Lewis ended up taking care of some stuff complimentary that insurance wouldn’t cover. I appreciate it so much, the communication and updates were awesome, and I will definitely come back if I need body work again (and recommend them to all my friends)!

I went to have a door ding removed and you cant even tell it was ever there. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They are very personal and very reasonable. Highly recommended!

The most professional group of individuals I have dealt with in a long time. From the friendliest reception staff you could hope for to the knowledgeable estimator and the skilled repairman, everything was handled with precision and in a timely manner. I dropped my vehicle off Thursday morning and was told it would take about a week I was called Friday afternoon to come and pick up my vehicle. I couldn’t have asked for more pleasant or professional experience.

Lewis Collision did a great job on my vehicle repair! Allen was very helpful and reassured me my vehicle was in good hands. The repair time seemed a little long but my vehicle has pearl white paint and requires 3 stages to get the color right so that it blends with the rest of the vehicle paint. The paint job was excellent! I was most impressed with the way they cleaned and detailed my vehicle. It even smelled new!

Tremendous customer service. They had everything in order, walked me through the process, even had a rental lined up and waiting for me. Lewis Collision Center employee’s we’re courteous at all interactions. They were faster than anticipated on repairs to my vehicle. Upon closer inspection of their work it was perfectly matched in color and appeared to look as good as factory production.

They did a great job fixing a warranty paint issue I had with my dodge. They were quick and also cleaned the inside of the truck. It was not dirty when I brought it in but they did a great job detailing the inside. I did have to air it out though because of the fragrance that was in the cleaner that they wiped the dash off with but other than that no complaints. I would recommend them for body work if you need it.

Went because of the good reviews.The work was fine. That is where the good stops.The bad: the price was outrageous. To give some idea: the insurance valued the work of repair at $3500. I ended up paying $7000 for it once the car was disassembled and I could not get it elsewhere.They took forever to get parts and do the repairs.Also, I believe the surcharge of 3% for CC is ridiculous.Will never use again.

I worked with Anthony at Lewis collision to get my car repaired. I had to replace the full front end of my vehicle from hitting something in the road and the process was quick and easy! I had filed an insurance claim and they took care of everything with the communication with my insurance adjuster. The whole process was very simple and I got my car back within a week. This company did a great job taking care of our damaged bumper. Not only that, but they went above and beyond by detailing the inside of our car. They didnt have to do that as our van isnt in the most pristine shape on the outside. It doesnt look like it warrants a thorough interior cleaning and we werent expecting one, but boy was my wife thrilled when she realized they had done that. All the staff we interacted with was extremely friendly and didnt make me feel like another name on a list. Heres hoping I never have to come back again, but I wont complain (as much) if its this place that does the repairs!

If I could give Lewis 6 stars instead of 5, I would. My car was hit on the highway by a flying transmission that came off a semi - there was significant body damage. Despite setbacks, the team at Lewis worked hard to get my car back to me in record time so that I could drive safely to Wisconsin for the holidays. Anthony stayed in communication the whole time, he was very professional yet compassionate. His overall customer service was superb. The team didn’t think it would be ready in time for the holidays, but they did not give up. It came down to the wire, with three people working together, but they did it. The car looks and feels great. I cannot thank them enough.

The people at Lewis Collision are very friendly and they did a great job repairing damage to my car from an rv side swiping me. However, they did not fix a ding caused by a hinge on a compartment door on the rv that initially struck my car and scraped down the side. They had my car 9 days and left the ding to save State Farm money. It was bs as I didn’t even require a rental car. I will never use Lewis Collision or State Farm.
