CONSIDER THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT AS A LAST RESORT. Update: the service manager (Jimmy) contacted me. He was very rude and condescending. The dealership will have to resolve the issue with the BBB and State Attorney General’s Office at this point. This has been the WORST experience I’ve ever had with vehicle service and repair.I dropped my vehicle off for service on 8/17/21. I did not get my vehicle back for two weeks. I asked that my vehicle be fully inspected for any issues. I stated that the right, front turn signal was not functioning correctly. A previous oil and lube technician told me that the turn signal issue was due to faulty wiring or a faulty computer. The dealership would have to address a bad computer. The dealership service department inspected my vehicle for two weeks, and found many issues. However, they stated that they found no issue with the turn signals. They wrote me a repair estimate of $4,162.30 to repair all the issues they found. They charged me $211.87 on 8/30/21 for the inspection. I took my vehicle to another mechanic on 10/15/21. He found the turn signal lamp assembly broken. This indicates that the McLarty Daniel service department did not, in fact, inspect my turn signal as requested. Instead, they took the opportunity to bill me for an inspection, and give me an estimate for excessive service work.Edit: I have tried to contact the dealership several times. I have received one returned phone call in which the service manager said that he would talk to his boss about it and get back to me. I have not heard back from the service manager.
In June I went in to get an oil change. I ended up leaving in a new car. The only reason that happened was because of a salesman by the name of Sal. He provides superb customer experience. I was very indecisive and he continued to work with me until they closed. He truly helped make my dream car a reality. One of the most impressive attributes is his attention to detail in the deal. AND the care he has provided after. He has checked on me multiple times and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. Scheduled my service appointment and has provided me with knowledge on my vehicle that I did not know. He is not just a salesperson. He is a professional. He is a great guy. And he definitely cares. I have bought my last 3 vehicles from the dealership. My next will be with him. Thanks man.
Came in 5 mins til service was leaving last night because I needed my tire patched because I caught the flat on the way home. Had both kids with me and all the service guys left but 1. He was willing to stay and patch my tire. Was super thankful he was willing to work some OT and fix it.

Absolutely disgusting business practices. My uncle took his 15 Charger because he lost his keys. No big deal right? Well after a failed attempt and 1500 worth of parts. The dealer wanted more money and my uncle ended up towing the car back out and they couldnt even put it back together. We ended up calling Elite automotive solutions and they came out and told us dealer was trying to program the wrong key!! Unbelievable. To make things worse my uncle went back to tell them and they brushed him off due to hik bit speaking Spanish. I warn everyone Spanish speaker please avoid this dealership. We will be filing a complaint with the attorney general.
Robert was very helpful. I brought my car in for brakes. Found out my rack and pinion was leaking. Needed to be replaced. I had an extended warranty. He dealt with the warranty company all day in filing a claim and getting it approved. Received approval and ordered the part. My was ready the next day. He was very patient through the whole ordeal. I bring my car here for all services. Never had a bad experience.
Andrew was excellent to work with. He made the buying process exceptional. I didnt have face to face with the sale manger but they made the process smooth too. The finance manager made the process smooth and easy. I will recommend your dealership in the future.
Been tracking a new blue Durango saw that it came in called and verified it was there drove an hour and a half and it was there just like they said gave me a great deal on my trade-in very helpful they were very professional would use them again the other McLarty Daniel Dodge in Bentonville did the same thing a week earlier the sales manager told me the car was there and available to sale drove an hour and a half when I got there they said it been sold the Friday before they just forgot the list it as sold won’t ever go back there again and that’s where I bought four cars in the last five years they knew that it was sold for at least two hours that morning but did not call me and when I got there they acted like they really didn’t wanna sell me anything so they won’t ever see me again go to the Springdale Mclarty dodge much more professional

I received a coupon in the mail for a $ 49.99 oil change it was mailed to me from McLarty Daniels so I made an appointment to have the oil changed. I presented the coupon to the guy at the counter and went to the waiting area, Some time later the guy came and told me about some other things that were recommend to have fixed I told him no thanks and I just want the oil change.A while later I was informed that they were done and that my bill was $79.15 I asked why it was not $49.99 like the coupon said and was told that coupon was only good for 5 qts of oil and my jeep used 5 1/2 qts. So he could only honor 1/2 the coupon. I want to know why I was not told this until after the work was done when the guy had several chances to inform me about it before it was time to pay?? What a rip off also on my bill I was charged$4.37 for shop supplies? What shop supplies? A half qt. of oil cost me about$40.00 and it cost you people a customer not like you care! Now it’s completely understandable that when you take your vehicle to be serviced, there’s going to be charges and fees but aren’t they doing the same service every one else is doing? Does it really make sense to be paying more? We all expect to be able to trust them, it’s their job and specialty.This place is overpriced and staff plays the “oh I’m not sure” game when asked about high prices or as one of the employees told me “i just bill the stuff they use” they charge their own labor.Then you look at the bill and they have shop fees and miscellaneous fees.Like they are charging you for paper towels, they already have to use anyway but they charge it to every customerI’m sure they have some great excuse for what the fee is but end of the day they try to find every way they can to nickel and dime you just like when you buy a carImagine if Walmart had a sliding door fee and they put it on every billNever will I make the mistake of bringing my vehicle here againFor what they charge they could of at least vacuum the carpet
We had to bring my Fiat Spider 124 Abarth in for an oil change . We made an appointment but arrived abt a half hour early. Robert, our service associate was excellent and very courteous. He had us set up in no time. Due to the time of our appointment and the distance we had to drive we hadnt eaten so Robert arranged for their courtesy shuttle to take us to a nearby restaurant and sent them to pick us up when we were done. By the time we arrived back at the dealership my car was ready and waiting for us. Check out was fast and easy. All in all one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a service department!

If you try to get sales tax included in your loan with this dealer, please beware. I was told that it would be in my loan multiple times. I go back to the dealer when its time to pay sales tax and am told it didnt go into the final paperwork. They even had documentation of it being in the original paperwork I had agreed to. I feel like they just said whatever it took to get me to sign the dotted line.Edit - The person responsible for my issue is no longer with the dealership. They have tried to make it better after multiple calls. They did what they could to make it right.
Well, I’ve purchased 7 or 8 autos here with the latest being a $60,000 used car. You’d think just maybe they would follow up to see how things were but nope.I needed the software updated the day of purchase and they said I’d have to pay another $150 for an update instead of a courtesy update. The car needs it and it wasn’t cheap.I lost a key and had to order another from them.The service is so poor I took it to their competition to have it programmed and they did it in half an hour. McClarty said 2 hours!All in all just bad service. Sales is the worst.I’m glad I don’t have to buy my next vehicle there. Plenty of options in NWA.
Be very careful that you understand your repair quotes ahead of time. I was quoted a $3300 repair which included 3 new components for a simple electrical issue. I declined the repair. After consulting with a different mechanic, my car was repaired by replacing a single fuse (about $2). They have no checks-and-balances for checking their technicians work.
Justin was my service advisor and he was extremely helpful and nice. Dropped off my Jeep the night before for an oil change since I couldn’t make it to my appointment at noon the next day. Received a call at 9 am that my oil change was already done. Way before my appointment time. Very fast service!

Michael met me in the parking lot and is nothing but a delightful 23 year old salesman...when did they get so young? Or me so old? Im going through a midlife crisis (maybe) and Michael knew all the facts (except how to open the trunk) on the little car I was interested in. He didnt let me test drive it on the freeway, but I guess rules are rules. Really liked the car... probably coming back for it. Michael was awesome and didnt pressure me into any paperwork. Im going to ask for him specifically when I go back to buy. You should ask specifically for him too! Tip: his favorite dinosaur is a Raptor! Rawr!
Service great but your reps need to tell customers that they offer military discount on services. I had thousands of dollars done within a year or less and not once was I offered a discount until today when I wore my veteran shirt. Bad form on your part. My husband and I have both had not so great experiences with buying cars in the past, our salesman, Matthew, was friendly and honest. I asked to see exact breakdowns of the costs/fees, there was only 3 things: the price of the car, a $3 paper fee and a fair handling fee. When we went in to do our financing there weren’t any surprise charges added, I carefully comb over every number! Matthew fought for our needs from interest rate to deal requests. We really appreciated how down to earth and professional he was, which made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Ive already recommended a few friends to go see him for their car buying needs in the future!

I usually dont post negative reviews, but felt I needed to here.The sales staff was friendly and welcoming. BUT I called asking about a particular kind of vehicle. I told them what model, engine, color and everything I wanted. I was very specific. I was told they had one that fit my description exactly. I was even sent the stock number to see it online. The online listing had no pictures, but showed it to be in stock.The next day, I called and told them I was coming to look at it and was told to come on. I drove nearly 2 hours to get there only to find out that vehicle did not exist in their inventory and was nowhere on their lot. I was told it was a ghost vehicle and they did not know where it was.I was asked to test drive a different vehicle that was similar, but not the one that I was promised was there. They have a designated test drive route that consists of about a 4 or 5 block route that is mostly a residential area. It literally took less than 5 minutes to complete No way to really try the vehicle out and have time to find issues.There were also some pricing issues as they wanted to charge me quite a bit more than the listed price because I wasnt financing with them.I took off work and wasted several hours of an afternoon and several gallons of gas due to misleading information.Disappointed.
As I wrote on the last question I appreciate you guys getting right on my vehicle looking over what needs to be done instead of taking it somewhere and guesstimating that way when I do get my income coming in I can take care of those problems again thank you guys for your quick response and thank you Ivan as well

Im giving 5 stars for the employee not the company as a whole.Scott was my service manager? (Think thats the correct term) He was absolutely wonderful! He stay connected with me. Kept me informed step by step everyday. One day he was out with an family emergency. And no one else there could find me any information on what was going in with car. I called well over 20 times with a majority of those never even being answered. When I finally did get someone on the phone theyd put me on hold for well over 10 minutes. I was finally able to get hold of Scott on his personal device and even though he didnt have too since he was off... he still got the answers for me. So kudos to having an amazing an employee that goes above and beyond!! I surely will be back to service my car again as long as Scott is still there!!

The finance department was very helpful and quick when it came to paperwork. They also gave us peace in mind with an available extended warranty that we purchased for our vehicle. The face to face people were professional and courteous and handled my issues promptly, Robert particularly, I had brought 2 vehicles one at a time for specific issues. When I picked up the 1st vehicle (Chrysler Town and Country mini-van) the cosmetic intake manifold insulation cover was just laying cockeyed on top of the engine instead of being properly placed and secured but with only a small confusing glitch with the voice/bluetooth module all repairs were done as requested. When I picked up the 2nd vehicle (Jeep Patriot) and got home I went to remove the air filter compartment cover to find the bolt at the cover that secures it to a bracket going to the body wasnt secured at all,in fact, the 1st couple of threads had been stripped because the bolt that had been used was the wrong one, it was to short. So I returned to the dealership where Robert saw to it that it was corrected immediately.
Circus show. Drove up to look at truck. Dealer couldn’t find keys to test drive it. Rather than having the “key guy” come in that evening to make a key (and potentially a sale). We were told to come back tomorrow. Returned the next day when they had found the key. Not one person apologizing for the previous day or trying to make anything right. They had literally raised the internet price of the truck overnight from what it was when they couldn’t find the key. So had to argue about that to get it lowered back. Last but not least was told there was no room to finance my sales tax as I was capped out. Yet once in financing was offered all the bs aftermarket warranties and what not. Just all around a bad experience. The salesman was at least not pushy.
They charged my daughter nearly $2,000 and were unable to repair her vehicle. The service manager said their Springdale Jeep location did a hack job on the wiring harness and it is beyond repair. Admitted they couldnt repair the problem after several attempts.
Very very friendly, upmost respect for the individual. Definitely will be back to them in the near future

I have alwaus had very good service and the folks in service are very nice snd helpful. The folks in Body are also very helpful and on two occasions the work thry dod for me was super. As a foot note I would not work with sales referance buying a vehicle I would go to another Dodge desler.

Came here to get new tires put on my car, made an appointment and was told it would take no more than an hour and a half. Four hours later, still not out of there. Was given my first free oil change, other wise I wouldn’t have come back a second time for service. Was told it would be 1 hr, and I’m going on three hours now. It’s just ridiculous. Why tell me one hour at all? Why set that expectation? I will not come here again for service.

Very unhappy with how we were treated here. Went to McClarty Daniel Nissan and bought a new vehicle there instead No tricks, price changes, or hassles there. We were treated great at the Nissan establishment. Too bad we could not purchase the vehicle we really wanted from this location due to poor sales reps and a sales manager that would not speak to us. But the internet representative, Courtney, was honest and wonderful.
Service is great. To good if you ask me. My only complaint is they sold a new truck to my husband (who was drunk at the time) definitely without me knowing it while I was gone on a trip. He is completely sober now for over a year, so I appreciate that he fought and won that battle.Meanwhile, I manage the household budget and this was not fair to me for them to sell him a truck without me knowing while he had been drinking. It is definitely more than we can afford. Luckily we have barely maintained our payments, but it’s a struggle. I may have to get a second job just to pay for it. At least they could have sold him a 4 wheel drive so I could enjoy it rock hounding.

The absolute WORST experience I have ever had, from buying a car, to buying their bumper to bumper tire/wheel warranty, to their getting your cars oil changed - which was free from when I purchased the car - BEYOND TERRIBLE WITH EVERYTHING.I was told by others to NEVER use this dealership, but I figured I would give them a shot. LISTEN TO WHAT PEOPLE TELL YOU AND READ THEIR REVIEWS. Unprofessional is an understatement. They are the reason car salesmen have a bad name. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - BUY A CAR FROM ANYWHERE BUT THIS DEALERSHIP

I’m so frustrated. I arrived for an oil change and a transmission fluid change at a 12:00 appointment time. They said it would be about 2 hours. I asked for a courtesy vehicle and he said that there wasn’t really one available. About 1.5 hours later, they came out and said it would be a bit longer than they expected, maybe another hour. I asked again about a courtesy vehicle and again one was not available. I ended up sitting in their waiting area for over 5 hours with 3 children! We were there so long that I had to order a pizza for my kids to eat. To make it worse, my youngest peed his pants. I was so frustrated that I just wanted my keys and to get out of there! My only day off wasted at this place. I didn’t get anything done. They are so awful!

Went in to get a truck. They said my credit was bad. Said they would put me in a car to build my credit up. Then trade it in latter for a truck. My credit was not as bad as they said. I went to leave and suddenly my credit is good enough for them now. I dont think so. I went somewhere else and easily spent $30000. Beware

So not only did I get talked into buying a truck I didnt want and couldnt really afford. But the 2020 dodge ram 1500 tradesman had the correct amount of oil on dipstick when I purchased. Then I checked less than 2 weeks later and nothing registered. Had I not checked it would have locked up alsoOil life was at 20%. I added oil they say bring in for oil change it did . First they didnt check oil level before draining. Also couldnt find why it used or leaked out almost 6 quartzBut to figure out why it was out of oilThey said I marked dipstick really it is already marked idiots all idiotsnot satisfied at all

This Mclarty branch dupes people. I saw a vehicle on their website and scheduled a test drive for it the very next day. I went there just to realise that they increased more than 6k on the vehicle without anyones knowledge and they say they had marked it by mistake.Such a waste of time.
The folks in the service department took on a tough car repair and really went the extra mile to get the job done. And it was done right. My vehicle was also cleaned and detailed no charge. I could not ask for a better experience.

The customer service is good. But let me warn you. Do not understand any circumstances buy a ecodiesel. You will have problems with it once you hit 40,000 miles. The DEF system is junk. Every time something new happens it a quote of $3000.00. Save your self the problem and dont even waste your hard earned cash.

We needed service work on our 2017 Ram 3500 because it wasn’t engaging into 4 wheel drive. Our service advisor, Ivan Pima was awesome. He kept us informed with the status while we waited, advised us that we needed an actuator which they had in stock! Offered us a car because it was going to take a few more hours to complete, texted me when the job was complete and even managed to get it all covered under warranty! Thank you Ivan!
