They did a 6 speaker install plus an amp. Ive been to a few shops and they were the fastest but the most professional. Very efficient crew. The owner was knowledgable about anything I asked him. Even helped me tune a sub i installed myself. Plus they were nice and respectful over the phone. Kudos to you guys at Thumpers!

They installed exactly what I wanted and stayed true to the qoute (I think). My Sidekick JLX Sport got an entire Memphis audio makeover. Every speaker was switched to Memphis and this thing BUMPS. Love it.

Don’t go here! Charged me an arm and leg for the install that ended up going out that same day, brought it back to get worked on and they broke it completely.. paid 400 dollars and got nothing in return. Great job guys thanks for the help!

I bought a refrigerator from these folks and it had issues within a few weeks of purchasing it. I have had 3 service calls on this and its been the same problem every time. Ive been charged to repair it each time. You think they would be willing to make things right and but no. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I went to Thumpers because I thought my factory head unit in my 2008 GMC Sierra was going out. Based on what I explained and showed them they assured me that it wasnt the head unit and it was actually a speaker issue. This saved me from having to spend unnecessary money. And to top it off, they also quoted me less to replace my factory speakers than anyone else that I looked up in NWA. The employees I worked with, both named Jeff, were honest and friendly. They gave me many options to choose from and didnt try to sell me something I didnt want or need. When I picked up the vehicle after installation I looked the vehicle over and Jeff was there to make sure everything was up to my satisfaction. They went above and beyond in making me a happy, satisfied customer. I would definitely come back in the future, as well as reccommend this business to others.
