Mirian was very rude and not knowledgeable on how to help me process an insurance claim. She insisted that Asurion from the corporate store and Asurion from the authorized retailer were completely different. I ended up having to go back down to the Sunset store where they were happy to help. I do not recommend working with Mirian at this location as she does not see interest in assisting if there is no sale to be made.

100% recommend. Roger was such an amazing sales associate, he did such a great job explains each detail with me & going over everything with what the exact purpose of each thing! made sure I understood everything, & let me ask 10000 questions!

Mirian was amazingly helpful this morning! She went the extra mile for me and looked my accounts # which were very difficult to find. She set up auto-pay for me and relived my frustrations & anxiety about accessing my accounts. I highly recommend Mirian if you ever need any help at this store! Excellent Customer Service! 5 Stars for sure!

I don’t know how this place is still in business. I went there, tried paying my internet and they told me I had to call some company and then come back. Which was not the case. Second time tried changing my phone plan and it turns out they didn’t even change the phone plan. And some guy named Jimmy and his manager didn’t know how to. If you read my review I recommend going to 4489 W Sunset Ave, Springdale, AR 72762 Atat store they will get you in and out like chick fil ay and do there job right.

I would give a 1 star, but Eric has been helpful in getting my service set up. Unfortunately, when confronted about the price range I was told and what I got for the new monthly bill 2 totally different things. Called one week was told I would get a call back when he worked next regarding a separate matter. He never returned that phone call. Called again on Saturday regarding a certain matter, was told the system was down and he would make sure to call on Tuesday. To no surprise was again did not return the call. I called the store never was able to get anyone to answer. I think it’s ridiculous to have such a manager who can’t fulfill on customer service appropriately. Way to go ATT!

I cant speak on behalf of the owner, but the employees in this store will scam you if you appear vulnerable. My husband and I, being young and naive, came in for a buy one get one free promotion. We were told to take one phone first, pay on the other for three months, and then return to redeem the offer. When we returned they acted like they had never promised a second phone. What I learned through at least ten phone calls to AT&T is that even though we proved that there was a buy one get one promotion going on when we came to that store, the AT&T corporation couldnt even look into this stores transactions because they are an authorized retailer, not an actual AT&T. NEVER go to an authorized retailer, make sure if you use AT&T (or any other major phone service) to go to a corporate store, because if an authorized retailer does something wrong, the company at large wont fix it. I dont speak lightly when I say that the employee I spoke with intended to cheat me, specifically Brytton, but I believe the employees support each others actions. Do yourself a favor and drive five minutes down the street to the store on 412 and feel safe knowing they are a better business.*This owner has commented since I created this post. Instead of doing the right thing, they have unfortunately attempted to discredit me by claiming that employee never worked there. They have validated that this business has no integrity and is generally slimy.

Rep was rushing a sale. Lied to us and tried to set us up for things we didnt want. I dont recommend going to an AT&T store for phone service. Even the rep I had to call afterwards was appalled at what I told her the rep did. Switching to AT&T for phone service was a mistake.

Today is October 4th 2018 . Today at 11am, I walked into the store with my husband . 4 employees an we were the only costumers. One employee said can i help you. I told him a quick story how my little boy tried to unlock my phone without my knowledge several times and the phone froze. I asked if he could help me with it. So he looked briefly at my phone, laid it on the table said i needed to buy a new phone that because this phone is older, its frozen and nothing to be done for it. I told him, i have had this phone for a while. Been a good phone, nothing was wrong just locked up. My husband said lets look at the phones. The man showed us phones. Some that would only raise my plan $14-16 a month. I told him, i will just pay for a phone and not raise monthly bill. He said nope, you cant do that. I told him that this phone i had, thats what we did and i keep my montly phone bill low. He said no that i have to make payments. Which at all didnt make since. Because of this negative attitude this young man had of every thing i asked, thats just the way it is and nope.So, we left. I told my husband i wanted to think about it. On down the road, on sunset blvd is another at&t store. We went ahead and pulled in there because i still felt hopeful for fixing my old phone knowing there really was nothing wrong with it. Walked in store, nice young man said can i help you. I told him same story i told the other employee at the other store. This man was even younger then the other. He took my phone and within 2 minutes he had my old phone running great. He told me what he did by holding down one of the buttons for 15 seconds and let it reboot. He smiled and was the nicest person. I really appreciated his problem solving attitude. I give the store on Thompson st in springdale a very bad review. And soon when i need a new phone i will not go there

Zero starsIll give 1 Star only because ZERO is not an option. The AT&T location on the corner of Thompson and Sunset (412) is full of lazy and unhelpful people. I wouldnt say that if it only happened once, but three times they said, just go online or we cant take Arvest debit cards. Yeah right. Ill go back on the 32nd of Neveruary.PS. Super courteous staff at the 48th and Sunset(412) NEXT TO LOWES AT&T in Springdale.
