I first went to the Dodge Dealership and they didnt have anything I liked. They took me over to the Chevy lot and I found my Tahoe. When I purchased it, it was nice and shiny. A couple weeks later I started noticing that the hood and top had a dry look to it. The dealership had to have known about it because once the wax had wore off it looked horrible. I contacted them. They said, Unfortunately theres nothing we can do about that. I would never have purchased this vehicle if I would have known it looked like this underneath. (Photos) The last was the day I purchased it. You can see how shiny the hood is. The first four is what it looks like now.

I never write reviews or care what happens but this experience was bad specially when it happens twice by same team member.I’ve had several issues with there service department in two different occasions. All serviced by Shawn. 1st time working with him was a nightmare and I asked to talk to a manager and no one reach back with me, but let it go. 2nd time around I took the car in and Shawn took the service call, gave him another shot and then again he didn’t surprise me. He gave me an estimate for the repair and told me to leave the car at the shop. Told him I need the car and asked if I can take it and said yes. Told me it will be a few days before he calls to set an appointment. 2 weeks later “I” had to reach out to him and he made a million excuses as to why he didn’t call. Told me he didn’t know where the parts were and will reach out to me by end of day. To no surprise he didn’t call! I had to reach out to him 4 separate times, yes 4 times and every time he made excuses. Even confronted him about it and blew it off. Took two months to get the car fixed. Then he charged me $150 more than the original estimate and he made a different excuse as to why. Called a different Chevy dealership in the area and they said he should only charge you 10% more then the what written estimate says which came out to $65 more not $150. Asked to talk to a manager and again not available. Ask another employee about Shawn and laughed and said you are not the first to complain about him. Beware and ask for someone else when you take your car in for service and stay away from Shawn!!!All of this for the car to not be fixed probably.
Tim was amazing and made the process so easy. He was even able to get me in a car sooner than expected, which was a great surprise. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking!
My mom had a battery issue with a 3 month old battery bought from the dealership in Little Rock. She took the car to McLarty Daniel after getting a jump from roadside assitance. The entire service team was extremely helpful and turned the car around quickly. Best customer service experience she has had from a dealership service department ever!
I would definitely recommend seeing Tim Cheney if you are in search for a vehicle.He was very patient and he was just very chill when showing me vehicles. Any questions I had he definitely was able to answer them and even after the sell was made he still let me know that if for whatever reason I needed anything that I could call or text him so I would definitely recommend him.

I had a great experience getting my car fixed. However when I went shopping for a car in 2020 I did not have the best experience.
Had my oil changed, tires rotated and brake inspection. Asked if they could vacuum it out for me and they said yes. They didnt even charge me for doing that. The service manager checked on me since I was waiting and kept me informed on progress. I have always gotten great service and vehicles here.
I asked the service advisor if the tech had filled my washer fluid. He said they should have. His uncertainty is troubling to me. Service Manager Chris told me in the past that if I had concerns that its the advisors job to check to see if the task were done. Not just assume that the tech did it.
Service personnel were friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Tim Cheney, even took me to work. I appreciate the personal service.
BEWARE! Purchased a used vehicle for $10,000. The truck ran fine during inspection but barely made it off the lot (yes it drove 212 miles) before the engine blew. I was told by TWO professional mechanic companies i had it towed to say looked like the engine was “pieced” together and filled with stabilizer just to get it to run long enough to sell it.After reaching out to Mclarty I was told it was a wholesale vehicle and there’s nothing they would or could do about it. Never asked to look at or inspect the truck themselves etc..I didn’t expect the truck to last forever without some kind of problems. But 212 miles before the “patched” engine blew is pretty shady…

AVOID. BAIT AND SWITCH. DISHONEST. Called this place and asked if I could order a Chevy Spark from the factory in light of all of the supply chain issues. Was told by their internet sales team member to come in and ask for the sales manager.When I arrived, I was intercepted by a salesman who flat-out refused to let me speak to the person I was directed to ask for (sales manager) or the internet sales team member. He insisted I am your salesman.Come to find out, they had me waste my time and gas anyway, since all of a sudden the sales manager who checked to see if I could order a Spark from the factory back-tracked and said it was impossible. What changed in that 1 hour and 3 minutes? Rude salesman did offer to sell me a Malibu for about 10K more than I wanted to spend.Got my Spark from Griffith in Neosho, MO. As a cash buyer, I was in and out in 32 minutes.
They really didnt even try to work with me.The salesman was not really engaging with me at all, and honestly I was not feeling it either. I left and they tried to get me to come back and put me in a car I did not want and was not at all interested in. So I went to Bentonville ford the next day and got a car that had all the features I needed and wanted, and then some.Big mistake. Big. Huge

Purchased a used vehicle from the Mclarty Daniel Ford location. During purchase many verbal agreements did not make it to what was on paperwork. I had a trade in, cash to boot and price from web site was not what was on paperwork. This was something I thought may had been a one time experience with this company. I was most definitely WRONG, truck began having motor, transmission and other warranty coverage required issues. I called the location where I had Purchased the vehicle for an appointment. I was then told I had to take it to the Chevy location because it was a chevy vehicle. Mind you I was told at the purchase time, If you use one of our Mclarty Daniel locations for your warranty it will save you $50.00 on your deductible.Long story short, looking for a new car dealership to do business with. I would NOT use this company for anything other than trying to get a better deal some!!! This being said I do NOT look forward to using MCLARTY DANIEL ever AGAIN 😒.P.S. this has been a short part of my OVERALL personal experience.
Great service, excellent salesman, finance guy was very friendly and courteous. But my salesman Harley Jobe was the difference maker. This guy is amazing. Truly knows his business and goes above and beyond to get the deal done. McClarty Daniel has a true asset in this young man. If my wife or myself ever need another vehicle, Harley will be the one we will contact. He’s our guy !!!

Shady service manager, we have a 2019 Silverado, with extended warranty which covers bumper to bumper. Service guy was trying to charge my wife for services which are covered through the warranty. I contacted my warranty company, they said they never even talked to him. Shady. Definitely don’t recommend, I won’t be buying anything here again if that’s how they try to make a dollar.
I have never rated a car business online other than 5 stars, but I felt it necessary in this case. I Co-signed for a car for my sister, and since I have received numerous calls and emails from this company asking about my vehicle, wanting me to schedule services, do trade in etc... after being told repeatedly it is my sisters car, and not mine, and to please not call me and make her the primary contact. The sales person harassed me via text for the first 2 weeks after the car was bought about reviewing him. Not only do they continue to call and email me, I also receive junk mail from them at least every week or two- They can’t even take the time to get my name right on the mail! This company has annoyed me for years. I’m finally writing the review they kept asking me for- unfortunately it’s not one they wanted.
I purchased what was said to be a 2014 but its actually one year older. Not one week later the transmission starts going out. Of course they said bec it was a whole sale car and as is their hands are tied. Having trouble with my car again on the 2nd week after putting it into a mechanic shop 5 days after purchasing. Not impressed. 0/10 wouldnt reccomend

We bought a car and the sale itself was quick and easy. After we walked out the doors they would not speak to us. We did not receive the paperwork to tag the car before the tags expired. We live a few hours away and our daughter took this car with her to college. I called about the tags getting ready to expire and asked what to do. They said someone would call me right back. This went on for over a week. When I told them that I wasn’t getting any calls back they assured me they would call back that day. Still nothing. They eventually overnighted my daughter a new 30 day tag but for the wrong make and model. I call back several times and absolutely nothing - no response or anything. They would tell me Tracy, who I had been told was who I had to work with was there and available, but when they got my name they all of a sudden said she was busy and I had to leave a message. In fact the receptionist said she was going to call Tracy over and over until she finally responded but nothing. I was never rude or pushy. Just asked for a new tag to be sent. When I call they say they call me back again they never did. This morning, I called and asked to speak to a manager. They demanded to know my name before they would let me speak to anyone. I was put on hold for a while they got back on and said “we know why you are calling” and then proceeded to tell me they weren’t going to help. I can’t get a hold of corporate and was told corporate didn’t like calls and I was left on hold for 13 minutes before I hung up.Update: Immediately after posting this, Tracy did call me back and told me that no cop would actually look the tags to see if they matched and I should not worry about it and that the tags didn’t really matter and if I believed that any cop would actually look up vins to see if they were right I was wrong. That’s poor customer service and just wrong. I did get the tag paperwork in the mail late last night. The entire point that I was trying to make was that what could have been a very simple fix turned into something that left me wanting to warn other people about this companies business practices and customer service. Telling a customer directly that they knew why they were calling and telling them they wouldn’t help them is not ok. I did in fact call the correct store numerous times and her response denying missing any of my calls is absurd form of just trying to cover her butt.

I was looking for a Chevy Silverado 2500HD 4x4 Duramax LTZ or High Country. Internet search from OK City to Batesville Ar. with no luck. I am from California and my truck died in Van Buren. Because of the past year (Covid) parts are hard to find and get. My truck could not be repaired until June 25, 2021. Not the dealers fault just the way things are right now everywhere. Found what I wanted on your website. Called and it was out on a test drive so if it was still available they would call me back. I was at my vacation home in Greers Ferry (3 hours from Springdale). Your team called and we did everything over the phone, text, and email. Gave me a great price on trade-in, fair price on new truck (based on all other dealer prices that did not have one) and we got there at 6:15pm (close at 7pm) to sign papers and pick up the truck. Tim Cheney did a great job. Did not rush through the process and explained everything on the truck. It has everything so it took awhile. Brittany Davis was great in the finance section and signing docs. She went through everything and worked out the best extended warranty based on our needs. The whole staff did a great (Outstanding) job.

I had a great experience. I shopped around at several different dealerships and actually found a truck I wanted at Fayetteville Auto Park. I was basically treated very poorly by the salesman and sales manager and when I would not agree to their price and wanted to negotiate the price they told me I was wasting their time. Their exact words. I found a truck the I actually liked better anyway at your dealership and was treated with respect and very satisfied with the whole experience of the purchase. I was happy with the deal I got on my car, but later noticed that the car had 750 miles more than advertised and when I asked about it, a sales manager gave me a flimsy excuse. So pay really good attention to the actual miles on the car you’re looking at before buying.

Im almost certain, the response from the owner will comment below our review here and say we cannot find you in our system, nor have we done business with you in the past BUT at least I can warn the public or anyone looking to do business at this place,... Went to Mclarty Daniel Chevy in Springdale. I figured they wouldnt have much of a selection but we went to see a Pilot. (There is a shortage of used cars right now) Omg busted out lights on it, badly drooping headliner and dents that werent shown in photos. The vehicle wouldnt start and once they did get it started the A/C wouldnt get cold at all. Didnt even drive it out of the parking space. Lol they want 7985.00 for it which was WAaaaY over kbb for the shape it was in. Dudes excuse, they probably hadnt looked it over real close...the inside had been detailed.The bigger disappointment was the lack of professionalism. I had made the appt. Earlier in the day. No one acknowledged my daughter and I for a good 5 min. My husband was in the car. Finally when they did they started looking to see who was supposed to help me and some guy that OBVIOUSLY was not a sales person said I will be assisting you today. The person that was supposed to help me I guess was not there or not interested. The guy said I will go out and bring the Pilot up. So he takes his little golf cart out towards the vehicle but stops and started taking to some younger female in tights by another car for like 5 min. Obviously my time wasnt valuable. Finally he goes and heads toward the truck. Comes back telling us oh someone must have left the lights on the battery is dead. BS. Finally goes and gets the jump box and comes back. The three of us climb in and start messing with things. Turns out that the SC DOESNT get cold. In Arkansas in Aug that is bad. They wanted almost 8k for it now mind you its a 2006 we know it could have asthetics issues but busted lights, nope nope nope nope! Dude finally comes back and Im like no thanks. He said you changed your mind and I said nope yall changed my mind and we left. Will never go back.
The installed a new seat belt but it was installed wrong and Im having more problems than before to put it on. Now, Ive got to find time to take it to the dealership again and have it installed the correct way.:(

We had a little hiccup but Rex the sales manager handled it with the upmost professionalism and made sure I was taken care of and happy.We also just purchased our second vehicle but from the Ford dealership.Would absolutely refer anyone to them. They worked very hard to get me what I wanted and at the payment and interest rate I needed. My salesman was also great. He listened to what I wanted and didnt try showing me anything other than a vehicle that had exactly what I asked for.

A $135 diagnostic fee was added to the bill and i wasnt made aware of it. It wouldve been nice to have a phone call regarding this extra charge prior to it being a suprise when i showed up at the dealership. sad. I called back and attempted to get hunter on the phone to discuss but he wasnt available.

So, my car was towed to this dealership because it was the closest. They had to work around their already busy schedule to get my parts ordered and get my car fixed. Since i dont know much about what was wrong with it, i believe its been completely resolved. Mike took great care of my timeframe as best as he could since i was having to uber around while it was getting fixed. He was nice, and sincere and very patient with me. The only thing is, i had to call a few times to ask on an update because i didnt know the car was done for a day already because i didnt get a call. I think if i were more informed of the steps they were taking like they do at my oil change company i would have raved even more about this dealership. It also took 2 days to get the vehicle paperwork ready and i had to pay for another uber when i was told it would be ready in the morning. Im giving a 9 because i wasnt kept in the loop. Im still so grateful mike is personable.
They really dislike you for having a bad credit score, and judge you before they even talk to you. what if i came in with 1000000, these guys are walking jokes for 12hrs
Bought an extended warranty on the truck. The first words in the warranty paperwork work is that All lubricant engine parts are covered followed by a long list of other parts. Long story short I was charged $150 for a diagnostic test which could be done at a local parts store for free. Daniel Mclarty did offer to replace the part for a price tag of $750. I was able to purchase the part for $42 and change the part with only a hour of work.This may sound minor to you but most likely your business comes from laborers and blue color people that may not be able to pay for a repair like that around thanksgiving and Christmas. Especially if it should be covered under a warranty that is being paid for separately.I will not be returning or recommending anyone to do business at this dealership.

I usually have low expectations at dealerships, but this...geez. Showed up to look at a used truck. The truck was trashed. I was surprised it was being sold at a dealership to be honest. Moved on to the next and the next. Of course, exponentially going up in price. Salesman didn’t understand the different between 2wd and 4wd, tried selling me his personal truck...it gets better. They had a used truck at a partner dealership up the road and wanted to make a deal right then and there. I was tired and hungry so we pushed it to the next day at 1pm. I show up, truck isn’t there and the salesman isn’t answering texts or calls. I talk to a manager and I get the “oh, no one called you? I told _______ to call you”. They’re not bringing the truck down here, you’ll have to go there. What happened to taking care of the customer? I guess we don’t matter, they just want their sale, no matter what it imposes on you. McLarty won’t be getting any of my business, ever.
