Its chill. I like it because its wayy more ethnic than the other walmarts. They dont follow me around the whole time or profile as much because everyone is a shade of brown in there. They still do the, shake you down for your receipt on the way out if you dont have a bag thing, but thats expected of walmart. A a company they should tell workers to ask the camera room instead of making the customers feel like some sort of way.. I till give this one 4 stars simply because its a walmart, the standard is not very high. the management isnt very professional here, they get really sassy when you verbalize complaints... but its so extra that it makes me laugh instead of upset. Its like Popcopy from Chappelles show. All and all, if you need an item and you cant wait 2 days for Amazon Go here. They dont discriminate here, everyone I treated equally poorly... but at least I dont feel singled out when I go to this one.

Prices arent the greatest but I guess still fair most workers are awesome and helpful

Walmart’s are different here in NWA, than in any other places in the world. It’s upscale, maintained and nice. The customer care is good. I was checking out the clothes se thin here, and got really done nice things in ladies section. The deli and the bakery looks quite big.

Needed bluetooth headphones for my tv and they were very helpful and nice

I placed an online grocery order. I was supposed to be there between 4pm and 5pm. I was a bit late but as soon as I checked in, which only takes a minute, they were out the doors and to the car in only a minute also. Fast service! We live an hour away and the food was still cold, and still frozen by the time we got back! Our order took up the trunk and back seat, and Im honestly surprised they got it all to fit in the car. The two associates were very friendly. They truly did an amazing job!

They dont carry anything in stock anymore. You want a cheap can of white spray paint good luck. Do you want to scan something and see what the prices even though the thing is hanging from the wall or the ceiling and tells you to come here to check the price good luck with that. I knew there was a reason I quit shopping at Walmart. I hope you pray they got a business.

I generly find what Im looking for but it doesnt matter what store you are in there is mever any emplyee working the floor. I also noticed that when a emplyee is passing they never ask if Im finding everything ok.

One of the best Walmart I know of they still have people at the checkout line they can help you instead of waiting 15-20 minutes to find somebody to straighten out an item that it does not recognize I like to visit there quite often

The costumar service was cery nice!!!!they accidently charge me something expencive instead cheap,i found up that when i was home and i just toke the receip and went to costumer servise and they just pay me back what they charge me an extra and they do nt charge me for cheap one,and there s another nice experience with them i really apreciate and respect workers,and thank to walmart for nice service!!!!

They never have electric carts charged and ready for handicaps . my aunt had trouble finding one that was available and charged and. NO ONE SEEMED EAGER TO HELP ELSE

This location has a rockin’ Tire and Automotive Department and the fellas do a good job. They have great deals on batteries and tires too. You really can’t go wrong with their warranties either.This store noticeably has more clearance items than any other store I have seen. Maybe all stores in NWA dump clothes here for the big clearance sale? Could be, and surely looks that way.Obviously, over the past few years, Walmart has started to sell beer and wine and they have a pretty selection for the novice drinker. I like to cruise up and down that isle to see if any local brewery favorites are stocked. They don’t carry liquor.They always do a good job running ads and discounts on meat too. I was going to snap some photos of those sale items, but I was too busy stocking my cart ;).I think the store as a whole needs updating.

Not very well stocked and there was a terrifying scene that played out between shoppers. Associates were at a loss on how to handle it. I truly expected gunfire. So glad it didnt happen. El Paso was enough for me, in one lifetime. Last thing I expected in my hometown. Get security at this store!

Its just a super center you all know you have to buy in bulk. Its such a large store you better be ready to stay for 2 hours to get what you need.

They have cute womens clothes, but they watch you like youre going to steal something when youre just trying some clothes on in the fitting rooms. Id rather pay double or triple the price somewhere else where I wont be treated like a thief.

I like the pharmacy at the front of the store. However, the pharmacy aisles are a bit tight and dark in comparison to other aisles on the store.

We went to this tire center an hour and 35 minutes later we checked on it and was told it was still not done we asked them to check and see if there a problem and it had been done the technician was not turning in tickets. People were having to wait a lot of extra time because they were not doing that

Forgot a bag called manager said he would put behind the desk.go the next day to get it.it has disappeared i show my receipt ask can I just get it replaced. No they need to watch video, check bla bla 2 weeks later still no bag or call .. customer service doesnt exist here

I personally love self checkout. I think we get out faster without the checkout waiting lines that we use to have. When Im done shopping I want to leave not wait in line. The staff here are very helpful and they clean the checkout stations pretty quickly after use.

I looked for an employee for 21 minutes to help me.. I couldnt reach the top shelve. Everytime I found an employee the employee said its not their department. I said are ya kidding me.. I just need the dog treats off the top shelve!!!!! Really Walmart!!!!

Walmart has the worst customer service throughout the USA. If you go to their stores you do not get help through the aisles and if you go to the Electronics dept the clerks there cannot help you because they are NOT trained or educated on any of the products.Most the stores are very unclean and outdated.The Walmart Store in Benton Harbor, MI is filthy and needs serious upgrading.The Walmart Store in Rogers, Arkansas and Bentonville, Arkansas are extremely beautiful stores inside and out. I wish ALL Walmart store looked like those two throughout every state and town. Downtown Bentonville, Arkansas is wonderful. Small yet totally modern with a deli and seating area and a parking garage outside the door.Its nice that some walmart stores are a nice marketplace. Great concept and very well done. Love It!

Walmart stores need more checkers!! Self checking is a good option when you have only a few items. When self checking replaces a person to scan and sack your items; its inexcusable.

One of the worst Wal-Mart I have been at. To bad they dont pay the customers for helping other customers. Most of the employees are great at ignoring the customers. Makes you wonder if that is is part of their training.

Absolutely gross. Opened food on shelves. No one to assist you. Employees take one look and obviously see you but then run and hide. Shelves in the auto department were so un organized and messy, youd need three sets of eyes just to locate a single item. 4 employees passed us and never even acknowledged our existence. If you wanna be ignored this is the perfect Walmart for you!

Its been months since Ive set foot in a Walmart. I was pleasantly surprised. There werent a lot of people and everyone had masks on! I was able to find most of what I needed in a timely manner.

This review is for the TLE Department. They didnt vacuum my car when i got an oil change, like theyre supposed to. They said it gave an untrue rinky dink reason, for not doing it, yet they changed my radio station i heard my system way in the store!

Too many people not social distancing, people of other nationalities so rude and selfish about sharing the isles, expecting you to get out of their way and using some common knowledge to negotiate the isles as if on a one way street. Not a prejudice bone in my body but Hello! Maybe Walmart could come up with at least 2 signs with the well over $200.00 I spent today! Thanks for this opportunity to Express my concerns and hope you will let my voice be passed on to people who care about people like myself and others!
