Scott Equipment in Springdale has made some excellent management and personnel changes. They are great people who have done a fantastic job to help us in our business.

The place has a very sour atmosphere, employees coming and going. It’s so quick, it’s hard to keep 1 person your piece of equipment. The manager Jon/John barns is soo full of himself I. Explaining the issues, he leaves that to his minion manager. I had to bypass that guy “moron” just to find out why it’s taking so long. I mean 2 months and 3 employees are gone and in one year the shop has swapped over and over. Horrible

I used to have a very sour opinion about Scott equipment. But their new parts guy Justin Is making me enjoy them again.
