I was pleased to find specialty cheeses at Harps that I could not find in other grocery stores. I did an online order that was quickly filled. All items were well within the use by dates, and the fruits I ordered were beautiful. Sometimes their products are more expensive than other stores, but the better quality makes up the difference for me. Although I didnt order meat today, their meats are very good. If you havent tried shopping at Harps, give it a try. Their stores are clean and employees are friendly and helpful.

Very nice full-sized supermarket, tasty hot items, the fried chicken hot n great. Boars Head and other great brands. Lovely breads. Upscale but not pricey.Very popular, for good reason.

Great Harp’s grocery store! A large selection of groceries and everything you could need. (Though a little pricey compared to Walmart IMO).The Bakery department is amazing! They make the best cakes that are affordable and custom made for your specific event and specifications. The cake flavors, frosting, and fillings are great. Awesome customer service. The floral department is great too.

When your only choice is Walmart its nice to be able to go shop someplace else. The prices are higher but the selection is good and the folks working there take time to say hello. I see the same people working there when I go in and it leaves me with the feeling that those folks feel like they are a part of something.

This Harps is by far the nicest one in Northwest Arkansas. Great staff and a clean store! Their bakery made the cake for our wedding and it was amazing! This is a great place to shop!

I honestly hate to post this review because Ive been going to Harps for years and have always loved it, but this is what I got from Harps deli in my sealed Tabouli salad. A dead yellowjacket! How does something like that just slip into a fresh salad from a deli? It was in the bottom of my salad and theres not a chance that it was on the plate when I put the scoop of salad on my plate... truly disgusted and will never be buying stuff from the deli anymore.. will post pictures.

They are having a had time getting in whole Kentucky Legend ham. Hope they get them soon as I love that ham and the small halves wont work for me

This is arguably the nicest grocery store in NWA. It is squeaky clean and has lots of amenities. They have a wide selection of products and are well stocked.

I really like this grocery store. I live in a neighboring town but drive here because I love the layout of this store and how friendly and helpful the staff is. Plus it smells like fried chicken while you shop which is just a bonus 😁

On a recent trip, over half the items i wanted were out of stock, also, tried to purchase Deli Rotisserie Chicken, and Fried Chicken Breasts. They were out of them at 6pm and would not make any more. Had to go to Walmart to get what I needed.

I want to thank the bakery at the sunset location and in particular Ashley for the delicious and beautiful birthday cake I recently bought. It was a great hit. Harps cakes are the best! Ashley is a pro!

This is the only pharmacy I use. The pharmacists there know me by name. They are always friendly and check all my medications periodically to make sure there are no interactions. Every time I am prescribed a new medication, they automatically check. They are also open 7 days a week. Im 53 and have never had another pharmacy that was so meticulous in making sure all my medications are safe for me and the medical conditions I have. All of the pharmacists are more than happy to answer any questions I have also.

Love the deli . . . The chicken and fried catfish are a favorite. And the sushi.

The store is nice, the staff are friendly, but there is not a selection of products I would buy, because the organic options are very limited in all areas. If there was a wider selection of organic produce, frozen, and other shelf food items, I would love to shop here weekly! It’s 5 mins away from home, while the next closest store with the options I listed are a town away.

I love the relaxed atmosphere of this grocery store versus the other.

Had exactly what I was looking for but the first register I went to check out at was a bust! I was waiting in line with one other customer and one ahead of checking out. When the cashier finished with that customer she flipped her light off and walked away without finishing off her line! She didnt say a word to us, she just walked away. This was seriously unprofessional! We moved to the next available line and that cashier ended up having to call the other back up to check in less than 5 minutes because 6 more customers line up behind us. The attitude the other cashier had when she came back was ridiculous!

Harps on Sunset Avenue in Springdale Ar is the very best. Every employee does their best to help you, they are very nice and professional, they will even help you to your car and put your items in for you. I rate them a 5.

Great selection. Feels like a gourmet grocers. Fresh meat case always looks amazing and the produce aisle looks perfect also. Deli will take your order and put in a basket to pick up later so you dont have to wait on them and can continue shopping. Bakery items are professional grade. 👍👍

Awesome! Especially since the remodel. This store location is up to date and modern. Great selection. Their meat is the best. Its not prepackaged and sealed with whatever. Its fresh cut from the butcher. Prices are higher than some other larger stores, but its worth the little extra for better quality.

Harps may be a little more expensive but the shopping experience was great. I was able to shop with less of a crowd and absolutely no screaming kids. All the employees were very pleasant. If you dont mind paying a little more, I would shop here instead of Walmart.

While harps has some of my favorite foods there. I dont shop there very often. It is too expensive! I bought a small amount of food and it cost over $300! Where if I had bought the same food items at say Walmart, it would have been approximately $100 cheaper!!!!!!!

I called around for a quote for catering . They gave me a decent price. However, when I went to pick up, I was being charged $100+ more than what I was quoted. I questioned why and the lady kept saying that it was because they charge by the pound so it would not be exactly what I was quoted. I was still baffled and kept questioning so KORY took my receipts and helped me look into it some more. We went through everything and found the problem. I was being charged for something that we werent even sure what it was since it didnt have a product name. He was extremely nice and provided great customer service. I understand that things happen, however, had Kory not been there, I think my patience would have run out. 5 stars for Kory and the chicken. 2 stars the mistake and not immediately looking into the problem when the price is $100+ off what was originally quoted. I still love harps and this review is for this one time service. I trust that this will not happen again.

Leaving a review specifically for the bakery. Harps Bakery at this location did the wedding cakes for my wedding on May 19, 2019. The cakes were delicious and beautiful, and exactly what my husband and I asked for. Additionally, they were a THIRD of the price of Ricks Bakery, and at least twice as good. Will definitely be buying my cakes from here from now on!

Love this Harps location above all others. We had box lunch while there. The one thing that bugs me is that there is no tea either sweet or unsweetened and no Diet Dr. Pepper at the drink area. I find it very odd that theres no tea. Maybe some attention to this but everything else is great!

The prices at the Harps grocery store chains are a little bit higher than your average Walmart. The stores are clean, and most employees are very friendly and helpful. Theres a big variety of items & produce that you dont normally find at the average grocery store. (fresh squeezed orange juice daily & its fantastic. You can also make your own fresh ground peanut butters. You can add Honey if you want as well.)

I was shopping for 1 he or more. The harps in Elkins called the cops stating I was stealling . nothing was stolen no camera footage and I had money and paid for all of it . the workers stood by as I was in an altercation w police and talked under their breath about my appearance yall got me confused with Michele cuz I aint the one

The manager of the produce was walking up to check out line and spoke to me and to the cashier I forgot to get my fruit and the manager said I will go get and she did that’s what I call service would in other store like Walmart do that No!

Expensive! Better then walmart but due to the prices i only go every now and then when i cant find something at walmart first. Always clean. Always stocked. Always friendly. Always has the unique stuff im looking for. 4 stars due to the prices.

One of the best Harps in Northwest Arkansas, I wish they would all be this nice. Or at least wish theyd put one of these closer to the university! They have an excellent selection as far as your typical grocery store goes.

The Harps on Sunset has the best produce department in Springdale! It also has a great meat department. I enjoy shopping there when I get a chance. There are many extras also like a better selection of shopping carts and great gift ideas! Nice clean store and friendly employees.

Typical good quality product of Harp’s. However, if you want to truly experience Harps’s, stay away from this store. The audacity and disrespect I’ve been shown by the management of this store is beyond description. You NEVER pull a customer to the side, right before they check out, to chastise them like a toddler, about anything. The only reason for the one star is the customer service, since I can find good quality product, as I will also be taking my business, elsewhere.

Clean, friendly, well priced. Not as cheap as big box stores but we choose to shop here anyway. We prefer the personal touch and local ownership. This store is not the main store and is there not quite as nice or appropriated, only reason for only got stars. Ozzy keeps the meat market A+ all the way!
