This is for anyone who decides to seek employment with this location. They hired me on for a month, got me my own set of uniforms, and then promptly fired me because I didnt act like I wanted to run the place. First off, I was only hired as a warehouse associate, not a manager. So why would I need to do someone elses job on top of mine? Second, I came in on time every day and completed my job tasks to the fullest. This is the reason why most companies have a hard time hiring or keeping people, because they dont respect the workers they have enough. If you care about the well-being of other people, get your parts somewhere else besides Riggs-CAT.
I stopped in to talk to somebody about purchasing an LS tractor package with hauler and some attachments and got pretty good news on prices. The next day, i called and left a message to pursue the sale and nobody ever returned my call. A couple days later, called again, left another message....no response. I ended up buying a private-sale tractor and needed an attachment so I called again, left a message. Nobody called me back. I dont understand how this place is in business if they repeatedly walk away from tens of thousands in sales.
Weve done a ton of business with them over the last few years and theyre always helpful and go above and beyond to take care of their customers.
Riggs has top notch customer service! I needed a battery replacement for my Husqvarna blower and originally went to Lowell Small Engine, who is supposed to be a dealer too, but flat out refused to help me. I went to Riggs next and Bobby in the parts department not only helped me but found out my battery was under warranty and had a new one sent to me in a matter of days! Thank you Bobby!

Ive been to this place twice to purchase a lawn mower. The salesman was very busy today that is... understandable,however it took at least 20 min before anyone would say may i help you i spoke to a person at the front desk and all i got was the sales personWas busy im about to spend 9,000 dollars on a mower, long story short when he had time the first visit he acted like he didnt want to help me anyway, maybe they are making to much money? Im upset because a salesperson should acknowledge all customers if busy or not, at least say i will be with you as soon as I can not ignore a customer, again this has happened twice, when i was there i didnt have all of the money to purchase the one I wanted, but I saved for it and now that I have the funds the sales person didnt even acknowledge my presence,Im very disappointed, however im going to spend my money elsewhere, i didnt know how many dealerships were near me now I know.
