Very clean mobile home park impressive there’s not a lie trash like he might see you at some other places is really impressed with it I would definitely live here

I have lived here 12 years. I like it. The maintenance guy Bryce is awesome and they really try to make it a pretty and pleasant place to live

We bought a new home and moved it here only because there were no other parks in Springdale with open spaces. The rent is ridiculously high but its a nice park. Weve lived here now for 3 months and have already got two notices of rule violations. We signed a 4 year contract to get the space but as soon as its up we are planning to find a new spot for our home.

Loved it so much, Ive purchased a home with my sister, just waiting to move in!!

Run down. Places looked horrible. I dont live here, but I can tell I wouldnt want to just from the looks of the place.

Very nice communication

I live in a 4plex next door there is a opening between the trailer park and here. People constantly cut through here and have stolen quite a few things from the tenants. Tried to contact the owners to make an agreement to make a fence for this reason. Someone slashed everyones tires the other night I guess I need to get a camera.

Drove around to see trailer for sale. The whole place looks beyond shabby. Trailers look old and condemned. Would be afraid to move in there.

I grew up in this park. It is so much better now than 30 years ago.

Community managers are great here! I have been working with them for some construction projects and they have been extremely nice and knowledgeable.

Can never find the address in this place.

WARNING: Extremely rude, unprofessional, and racist management. Warning for all DO NOT EVER BUY A HOME HERE. You would not believe the harrassment individuals will receive here. This place needs to seriously be reviewed and monitored by upper management. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE!!

The location does not look bad at all

Lot rent is more expensive than other parks in this region, lots are very small, vandalism and burglary are common problems. When we bought our mobile home, they told us we could move it in three years ... after two years they said we cant ever move it, even though the paperwork we signed says nothing about it.

The employees that work in the office are rude demanding and they are liars (Sabrina) I dont recommend this place to live the soonest my least is done I will move out
