They did a good job replacing our brakes a few weeks ago. Then the brakes started making noise so we back to have them looked at. They warranted the work and did a second brake job at no charge due to a faulty part. Great service!

My boyfriend took my car here to get my oil changed and a couple other things replaced and fixed a little over a week ago. We have been here a few times already and never had any issues until this most recent visit. I am currently about to go get my oil CHANGED AGAIN, but not here. It became very apprent that there was absolutely no way my oil filter was even changed out as said it was.

I had a perplexing problem with my Dodge 4x4 truck. When it was returned to their shop, Matt went through it with a fine tooth comb making sure everything was put right. I use my trucks in my business, so I cannot be without it, and the staff here did everything possible to get it back to me as soon as possible. Friendly, honest folks here-hard to find in the auto repair business where everyone seems to be after the quick bucks! This is a place I will return to in the future. Will recommend!

Great customer service. I came in to fix a rattling on my car and a gentleman named Joshua greeted me. He was polite and asked me what the problem was. I said it was a heat shield that came loose. My original appointment was at 1pm. I had extra time so I came earlier and he squeezed me in for an appointment. He checked the car and sure enough it was the heat shield come loose. He went ahead and fixed since it was such a minor issue and was kind enough not to charge . He didnt have to do that but he and for that I am grateful. If I have anymore problems with my car Ill for sure comeBack to this place just because of a positive first experience. Thank you Seeburg and thank you Joshua for great customer service. Fantastic customer service. Went in there to have my brakes looked at because the dealership mentioned they needed replaced. The vehicle is ten years old and the dealership keeps just trying to make more and more money off it. Seeburg performed the service much more inexpensively than the dealer would, and threw in a discount, too. I will be back here for all my brake, muffler and oil change services. Thank you!

Went there for a better sounding muffler on my new truck, Joshua is very knowledgeable about what kind of sound I was looking for out of my truck. Recommended a paradox brand muffler and it sounds AMAZING! Definitely what I was looking for. Highly recommend going to Seeburg in Springdale AR and seeing Joshua!

Twice i dropped my car off, twice i was very clear. AC condenser is leaking into floor board, unclog it. Twice they kept my car all day, twice they ignored my instructions and twice now i have gotten calls saying they could not find the leak. I give 2 stars because they were polite and did not charge me either time. But I wouldnt trust them to change a flat tire at this point.

My 2001 Ford van developed a problem while in the area, and the closest repair shop said they could not even look at it for three days! Called here and Clay said to bring it on in. Within an hour they had diagnosed the problem, found one I was not aware of, and informed me another matter I was concerned about was just fine and needed no attention. Great job and much appreciated by a traveling musician! Thank you Clay and crew!

Came in thinking I would get an estimate and possibly an appointment to put on a new exhaust. Couldnt believe that Shana, Manager and Matt, the mechanic got it in right away. I have a 2007 Toyota that has been giving me reasons to be concerned about my vehicle for the few days. The brakes started squealing and the Service Engine Light had flashed a couple times. Earlier in the week I had expressed my concerns to one of my employees and they had suggested to bring it to Seeburg in Springdale. They stated the staff was remarkable and seemed to pride themselves in the quality of work they perform as well as making certain all vehicle were safe. They also stated the entire staff really seemed to have an extensive background in the Automotive Industry. I thought, This is exactly what I need. Saturday, Oct 13 I stopped in to at very least see if it was a possibility to have my vehicle looked over and to have my concerns addressed as this is my only means of transportation. As I walked in, The young man at the front desk addressed me with Can I help you? I replied with my name and had started expressing my concern with my vehicle. IMMEDIATELY I felt uncomfortable as I noticed I was being treated as the opposite sex. He stated how busy they were and even stated and I quote, I dont have time right now to look at it. We mostly do work by appointments only. Can you bring it back on Monday? I asked if there was anyone available at all to look at my vehicle that I was highly concern of it breaking down on me. He said he was the manager and he needed to keep his mechanics busy . (thou there wasnt but 1 vehicle in the garage). He asked, ARE YOU MARRIED? Now I began to feel way too uncomfortable and at this point, I dont want to do business here. I replied with, Why is that any of your concern? He said I could leave it with him and just have my husband come get me and he would call me when it was in the garage....I said, Im sorry for taking up your time sir. Thank You. As I was walking out, the young man said HAVE A GOOD ONE. I left and went to the dealership where I had my front brakes changed and some-sort of sensors replaced. It cost me over $700.00 but at least I know where i can go to feel comfortable, not looked down to as a female, and can trust that someone has my best interest at heart. I can understand having to wait to get my vehicle looked at but to ask if I am MARRIED? Come on. The young man didnt even state his name. Didnt ask what kind of vehicle I had, and made me feel as if I wasnt important enough. I contacted my employee and expressed my experience with the business they recommended and they informed me this kind of thing is not normal and they had never been treated this way in the past.....I cant speak for the male gender, but if you are a female, this is NOT the garage for you. ....Thanks

I had not changed my oil in several months - bad deal on my part. I took it in to have the guys at Seeberg in Springdale take care of it. The new manager Clay was so nice, and really knew what he was talking about. Yes, I was in trouble for letting it go so long without maintaining my vehicle, but they got me in and out on a busy Saturday pretty quick and even told me when to come back in! Thanks guys!

From the very beginning to the end the customer service was outstanding. I called several months before hand to get a quote. The customer service was so amazing when I got the quote I went ahead and had my timing belt, water pump and tune up done through them. The only reason I did not rate them excellent is because the work cost about 150 dollars more then what I had been previously told. Im not sure if there was just a miscommunication or prices went up. Either way, they finished up in 4-5 hours. Chris was so wonderful and helpful. I asked him a million questions and he was so patient. Just a really sweet, ginuine person. I will definitley take my 03 Honda Civic back to them in the future.

I had been to Seeburg in Springdale several times in the past. Always been happy with the work. I called last week and needed an appointment to have my trucks exhaust looked at and a check engine look light. They fit me right in. After getting a thorough diagnostic ran, Clay and the staff in Springdale was so helpful. Not only did they find my issues and address them, what I liked most were my issues were explained to me. $3000.00 for exaust repair on a 2008 Mitsubishi? Seriously? Fraudulent overcharge period. Example 1. I went to the Mitsubishi dealer and they said a complete OEM exhaust from header to tip was less than $700.00 plus 2 hours labor retail. Total retail cost from the dealer $960.00 installed. Example 2: Advanced Auto on Oak Street in Springdale replaced the intermediate pipe for $53.00 including tax. 12 inches of pipe and .5 hour labor. Get this, Seeburg had the nerve to say the car was very rare with special exhaust. 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer base model. Completely stock. No, its not an Evo. Base model, 4 cylinder, bought brand new by my sister-in-law. How rare is that? Do yourself a favor, dont go to Seeburg. If you do, I highly recommend a second opinion. Thiefs is the only word I can possibly use to describe them. Taking advantage of single women is their objective.... BEWARE.

Only time i had them work on my car they kept it for 2-3 weeks, ran diagnostics, couldnt fix it and still charged me.

Really bad service, they made my husband wait for a week, just to order a parts that they could have been ordered ahead, i wont even bother to take my vehicle to this company..so frustrating! And they keep saying my husband will get his truck tomorrow, until it becomes a week or so..

I just moved to Springdale and I needed an oil change. I looked online and this place had good reviews. I went in and the service was great and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

After an alignment I felt tremor in the front end at highway speeds for 3 weeks. Told me I needed tie rods and bushings and quoted me over $600 in repairs.Took it somewhere else that said everything looked fine but may need a balance for $10. During balance they found out my tire was a pretty badly warped.Dustin, the regional manager, stepped in with the knowledge of my complaint and took awesome care of me and my car and took care of every aspect of my concerns. He showed me that the things quoted werent in as much need as implied with the original crew. The bushings sooner than the tie rods, but still completely safe. He also was able to provide some other service that was a known issue with the car for no charge at the Fayetteville location.

Called for a ballpark figure on pads (replacement only) on a small chevy. Guy, manager, kept hem-hawing around that he would have to see the car first...Righhht. I insisted on an average ballpark price as I couldnt believe he kept avoiding it and finallly he threw $600 out there! OmG, Hahahaha for pads, in Arkansas?! My ex husband used to replace ours himself and even a Google search showed $200 on average. Jeeeze, I may sound elderly on the phone (not quite) ;) but savvy to bait and switch and gouging games etc, etc. I replied, Youre Out of your mind and hung up lol. Dont forget that 20/20 TV episode that revealed 50% of mechanics tried to rip them off. Just sayin...Sad but true.

Victor and the staff at Seeburg (in Springdale) are friendly knowledgeable and their Service is bar none. Everyone is super helpful. Once when I went in for a brake change and they pointed out that my AC compressor was sounding bad. One month later, it died on me... needless to say, I had it towed to Seeburg to have it fixed. It’s that type of knowledge and experience that is missing from all those other grease pigs... i mean pits that try to sell you services and charge you for things you don’t really need. Another time I came in to have the exhaust changed because it was loud, and they let me know a bolt that held the muffler together was missing, they replaced it and tightened the other ones, and it was free of charge!! Great, great local business.

Love the Springdale Seeburg!! Im so glad that Springdale finally has somewhere to get my car worked on with people I can trust. The Manager, Matt, is so knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to explain the benefits of getting my repairs done early to keep my family safe. I got new drums and brake shoes today and I overpaid by $100. I would have said declined the service if I had done more research on other repair shops in town. Not a bad shop, but overpriced. Go somewhere else and and save some money.

I have been taking all of our vehicles to Seeburg since I discovered them nearly 6 years ago. David always explains exactly what is wrong. He has been diligent about telling us what needed to be fixed and what could wait so that we didnt need to spend money if it wasnt necessary. They have never tried to sell us services that we did not need and the service is always fast and friendly.EDIT:David is now gone, worst decision they could have made. Seeburgs is now like every other automotive shop. They try to upsell you on everything, very aggressively. Go in for a $30 service, leave with a $150 bill. Im now on the look-out once again for an honest, reliable mechanic.

**Update** - Shortly after I left the poor review below, Dustin, the regional manager of Seeburg, called me up to establish a communication of what went down, and how he could right the situation. He was extremely helpful, and it was obvious he cared about the quality of work from his Seeburg locations. He made time to come to the Fayetteville location the very next day, and he himself did the repair work on replacing my exhaust system..AND did it all under an hour. Not to mention, he knocked down the overall cost due to my unfortunate experience the weeks prior. I wish there were more people like Dustin, who look into customers experiences, and try to remedy their situations. Thumbs up service, Fayetteville. Dustin has restored some faith in me, that wrongs can be corrected, and service to customers is top priority. Thank you again!Just dont. Ive had 3 horrible experiences, and I will never return. Experience #1- Years ago, they lifted my car with the door open then lowered it, creating a crinkled dent under my car door. #2- Had an oil change done, and the very next day..my oil pressure light came on. I took it to another mechanic, and he finally drained the new oil after not finding any issue...Im not exaggerating a bit, but it sounded exactly like someone pouring a jug of water into more water (The oil was WAY too thin) The mechanic did not believe me I had just had an oil change the day prior. and the most recent, #3- made an appointment to have service done to my car, the muffler was under warranty. 2.5 hours later, I get a call with a quote...a quote I already knew, AND he cannot work on it until 2 more days. he gave me the quote, and didnt take off the cost of the muffler. I reminded him that its under warranty. He claims he does not see that. I sent him a photo of my print-out of the quote I received earlier, and he called me back saying Ill honor that..Ill work with ya. -as if hes doing some special favor. Its under warranty! If you really need good work done, by mechanics you will truly feel confident in, I only go to Browns in Springdale. I only went back to Seeburg bc of the muffler...but it ended up only being a $40 muffler, so eff that noise.

I like the way they do repairs than any other place.I only go here to get my oil changed and my car fixed.I dont go to walmart or any other place. Every time I get my car fixed, it is fixed for good without any other problems right away unlike other places in springdale.Yes, this place is costly,but they do save you money to if you just check out their discounts.I like their friendliness and honesty the most here than other other place.So give them a shot.

Wish I could give 0 stars for this place. Took my 1982 chevy blazer in because fuel was not getting to the motor. (So either fuel pump was bad or clogged lines) charged an 85$ diagnostic fee for the first day, but told us they didnt get around to looking at it that day. Second day comes around they told us it should be fixed early morning only to call at noon and find out they had a class all morning so my truck was just sitting there. Receptionist told me at noon that she would have the mechanic call me within 30 min to tell me what was going on. 3 oclock comes around and still no call from the mechanic so I call and ask what the problem is Oh he should be calling in about an hour or so. So I drive up there and figure out the problem and they tell me its going to cost 500$ to replace the fuel pump (2 bolts and 3 rubber lines to take loose.) Hell no. Do not go to this place!!!

My girlfriend and I went in the 2nd week of June to have a Dual Flowmaster Performance kit put on her Chevrolet 1500 Silverado since she has always wanted to have the dual exhaust with the chrome tips. She and I were very pleased with the outcome and have been ever since. The staff was very informative and very helpful. We were in and out in a little over an hour and the staff was sure to double check that we left happy, informed, and satisfied so that we would be sure to come back for oil changes and any other tune ups we may need. DO NOT GO HERE! They overcharge the hell out of you. They wanted to charge me more than $1,000 for brake work and took my truck to another mechanic and he got it done for $450. AVOID THIS PLACE.
