Gouging big time. I will not by a thing from here. This guy is off his rocker.

Staff was rude and arrogant. Sometimes people are having a bad day, but judging by the other reviews here, looks like its a pattern with this store.

The folks that work here are awesome. Great customer service. HOWEVER, their prices, most specifically on any ammo related products, are predatory at best.A box of 50 rounds of 9mm target ammo selling for a DOLLAR A ROUND, and went in for some reloading powder and they had what today sells for 30 bucks a pound every day of the week, they had for 60 to 75 bucks depending on which powder it was!Went down the street to a different store and picked up 2 pounds for a total of $64.99 INCLUDING TAX.The other store did not have any ammo this trip, but when they do its usually around 30 bucks a box.Im all for making money but this is predatory.We are going to remember places like this that screwed us during the shortage crisis.............and we will remember the places that were fair, and helped us out.Im sure they mark thing up from what they purchased it for, thats the way it works, but when you peel back an orange price sticker that says 60 and there is one underneath that says 24.95...........well, that did it for me.We have long memories.

I needed to buy a gun and had no idea what I was looking for and had never gone through the process. Tj and Cody were very helpful, they hooked me up with some ammo but didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need. I appreciate them not taking advantage of a first-time female gun buyer. Ive seen comments on here about them being rude but I have never observed that. I go back now and then to get ammo, and yeah, their prices are higher than they used to be, but demand is high and stock is low, or gone, everywhere else. At least they have ammo. They arent price gouging, theyre charging what they have to.

Went in to buy some ammo, mags and browse at parts for my firearms and this shop is a joke with their prices. They are price gouging the heck out of people with their prices. I understand supply and demand, but items costing more than 5 times their normal price is absurd. I would highly recommend staying far away from this place

Bought 7 guns and tons of ammo from All About Guns in just the last year. Very helpful and always accommodating. Top notch service every single time. Will def be buying many more guns in the future, and highly recommend them!!

Be sure to shop around to price ammo. Even though ammo is in high demand right now, there are much better prices out there.

Best gun shop around! The employees know what theyre talking about and will bend over backwards to help you! Fair prices! Fun and friendly atmosphere! They also provide gun safety courses as well! I recommend this place before anywhere else!

TJ and crew are awesome. They have worked on 2 of my firearms. I took my CCW class here and they are very beginner friendly. AND they seem to be the only ones that have a consistent supply of ammo with no limits. Great store.

I was just in this store on 12/10/20.There were 2 young men alone in the store playing with a 1911 which made me nervous to start with, so I went to the other end of the store to look around & for my safety!Well, I am glad I did because about 3 mins later they fired off a round inside the store!!!I immediately left the store & will never go back & I will tell everyone i know(who r mostly gun guys) about these dumbass’s!ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

Quality gun store, every time I visit this place my mind is blown by how impressive it is, always have exactly what I need! And the people who work there are fantastic! Very knowledgeable about firearms and are fantastic to be around. Definitely a place to go if you want quality service.

I was in the shop talking with and employee, cody i believe when a lady came in and shouted at him, something about masks and slammed the door as she ran away. very disrespectful she was but the employees kept calm and finished up with me. they have great prices and great gun selections. I took my glock to them for repair after putting some custom parts in and they sent it to glock after trying to repair it there. they paid for shipping and got it fixed by glock under warranty. great service. and i have to say, the moron who checked yes on the weed question, obviously not contacts issues.

So I’ll start by saying I’ve been all over the Springfield area to many gun stores, and this is my favorite by far! I have bought 4 firearms from these guys, and they’re the only place I Will do business with. They have so many rare guns and oddities you don’t see everyday and will Sometimes work with you on the price and 90% of the time if you don’t have a ton of money like me you can put on layaway for 10% down . If they don’t have what you’re looking for just ask, they will try to get it for you. They’re customer service is awesome and they actually take the time to learn customers names so they can greet you the next time you come in. They also have cool knives and accessories as well if you’re gun shopping in Springfield I highly recommend these guys.check em out!

Beyond rude and breaking the mask mandate. I was looking to purchase a new pistol and stuck my head in and saw none of the employees wearing I mask. I asked if they were not following the mask mandate, the rude guy rolled his eyes and condescendingly said no. Obvious that these people do not respect others and have no interest in the health and safety of our community and I have no intention to support them as a business.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. WORST staff and shop Ive ever been in. Dont waste your time. Many other good shops in Springfield BUYER BEWARE

I understand times are different, but trying to charge a person a $100 for 100 rounds of 9mm thats beyond price gouging and I definitely wont be back.

Most arrogant individual Ive dealt with concerning firearms and accessories! Would not even consider that their information was in error and re-research to verify. Theyll sit on the shelf for 20-years before they come off the price! Listing clearly shows 44 Auto on the brass cases! Selling as .357 Auto Mag and made the incorrect assumption that they were made as .357 Auto Mag brass. NO manufacturer ever sold .357 Auto Mag brass! Its resized 44 Auto Mag brass! Well you have at it!

Just came in and bought 9mm yes it was priced high but Im a very impatient person so it was very nice they had it available and if they have what I want Ill pay for it cause I want it when I want it

I honestly felt so talked down on an ignored ...I walked in after calling same day only 20 min from the time of calling for a certain item that they said they had ..just to fine out after showing up that they dont have it ...turned to look at holsters and asked which one would fit my gun ...guy seemed to be very arrogant and said well what type of gun is it ..gave him information..and replied with well they make a lot of those type of guns thats like asking for tires for your car ...went to Cherokee and gave them the same info and they were able to help me find exactly what I needed

I have never even thought about not being able to just grab a gun at a gun store and pick it up...Until I went into All About Guns!T.J. has crafted a culture in his store that ups the Fun in Gun. You can just pick them up, feel them, wow them, AND see the price without pointing at the one you like and asking.They teach self defense, have tons of things I didnt even know existed, sell knives, sell ammunition, and have one of the largest gun and accessory inventories around.Super friendly, locally owned, and has guns. What more do you need!?

This is a great gun shop! I bought a Canik 9mm pistol there. They were very helpful showing me the different Caniks they had in stock. They werent overly pressuring me to buy. They arent gun snobs just friendly guys. The prices are very fair too. I would recommend this place to anyone.
