The guys at ELITE were fantastic I dropped my car off on Tuesday and got it back by Thursday. They were kind and accommodating. They matched my paint job( sonic pearl grey) perfectly. Jim was especially good to me. I was so grateful for their services because my last accident the place I had gone to previously treated me very poorly. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

I Just got my car back from Elite this week and I am thrilled with the results. Not only did they do a perfect job on the repair, but they also touched up other random spots where I had minor chips in the paint. My 10-year-old BMW looks brand new. I highly recommend Elite to everyone I know. Think this is the third time over the years Ive needed their services, and every time theyve been excellent.

The front end of my car took some damage from flying debris on the highway and Elite was the place a friend suggested for the fix. I came by to fill out some initial information and have my car inspected by John Osborn. He was very helpful with additional information and helped me understand the whole process with my insurance. After that he got in contact with my adjuster and took care of the rest. I just had to swing by after a day or two and drop the car off. The team at Elite Autobody did a fantastic job and I am happy to say it looks good as new! They even cleaned the inside of my car which I did not expect and it smelled great! Sorry for the mess guys 😅I will definitely be using Elite in the future and will recommend them to my friends. Thanks so much for the repair!

John Osburn handled the repair in a very professional way keeping me in the loop when changes were made giving a reasonable estimate of time it would take to repair. When I picked up my car the job they did on detailing it on the inside was amazing and the outside shined like no tomorrow. Took in my SUV to have my rear bumper and a few other parts replaced after a hit and run. The guys quickly gave me a free estimate, ordered the parts, promptly called me when the parts arrived and did a fantastic job on the install. My car was only in the shop for 24 hrs and they even gave it a washed and cleaned the interior. WOW!! The staff was friendly and professional and easy to work with. I have used Elite Auto Body on 5 different occasions. My 1st experience was when they were locate in the Toyota dealership on Wabash. I was treated respectfully and courteously. Prices were at or below others. Truly run as a business should be run. If needed I would go back.

Beware! If your vehicle is more than a few years old you have to PAY for an estimate, even if an insurance company is covering it. The estimate process is not that time consuming or difficult that it should require being charged. Cant recommend them since I wouldnt pay for an estimate!

They repaired damage to my car super fast. The repairs look great and came with a decent warranty.

PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR CAR FOR BODY REPAIR!!! THEY SCREWED MY CAR TWICE!!! DIDNT EVEN RECTIFY THE ISSUES! THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT WHAT WAS PART OF THE DAMAGE ON THE FRONT BUMPER WAS A ROCK CHIP AND ALL THOSE PIN HOLES WHICH OBVIOUSLY WAS A PAINT DEFECT. VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! NEVER COMING BACK!!!
