Everything went really well! I rated 4 out of 5 because well I got my car worked on I walked around and saw some the mechanics laying down on some sort of boxes looking like they are sleeping. Everything else about the service was good.
Reliable Hyundai is amazing at servicing my vehicle however the waiting room lacks in some needed upgrades if you compare it to the Subaru waiting room. The only other thing I not really am complaining about but would like to be able to mention when the service department completes a service being able to have a designated spot to park the cars when they are complete so I’m not always hunting my car down. Other than those two things I love the dealership!
I really enjoyed my experience, it was quick and relatively smooth to get through. However I did ask the dealership and a customer service hotline to answer some questions for me that was a bit tough to get those questions answered. They sent me something about potential repairs I should get done on my car. But they didnt tell me why or if they were needed. So I called to get additional information on the situation but no one either return my calls or couldnt answer my question over the phone. But once I got to the building pick up my car all my questions were answered and service was amazing.
Got my first brand new 2021 car there and its amazing the staff are great they truly care. Dwain is the guy who sold me the car he was amazing someone told me to ask for him hes truly incredible. When I had my ac go out I called and they got me in in a week ask for Bailey she helped me get everything taken care of.
This was the best experience Ive ever had at a car dealership.. Faith was incredible. So kind, personable and helpful. Kept me in the budget that she knew I could do and worked with me when I was worried I couldnt do it.. Was so patient and understanding especially after a bad experience I had at Toyota. I would recommend buying a car from her any day. She is she is 100% amazing. Franklin in finance was very kind and personable as well. He was upbeat and positive. Answered all of my questions and eased my concerns with leasing. All in all wonderful experience!

Flawless service! Took my car for a recall and oil change tire rotation and wiper blade on the back wiper with an appointment and was in and out in about an hour! Very pleased with the visit!
Worst customer service experience ever had with the service center. I called ONE month in advance for an appointment. Took my car in night before for the early morning appt time and receive a call at 4:30 that they did NOT do a single thing to the car because they were too busy. Wow! Great way to treat long standing customers. I took it in for 2 recalls and at least expected that work to be done. Totally unprofessional!
One star. Ive had my Santa Fe in the shop there since June. I understand that Covid has made things go slower, and Im even okay with my vehicle taking a while to be looked at. What Im not okay with is the complete lack of communication and the fact that every time I call to get some kind of status, Im told Ill be called back. Subsequently, I am never called back.Hyundai is paying for the repair since the repair is a recall, so I cannot take it anywhere else in SPFLD. If i could, I wouldve taken it somewhere else long ago.Pro tip: going in person is ONLY way Ive ever gotten straight forward answers.
If I could leave a million star review I would! I was traveling from Wisconsin to Texas when my car lost power and could hardly get out of its own way. I was about an hour away from this dealer, I called them and they said to bring it in and they’ll look at it right away so I could make it home. I got there around noon they quickly took it into the shop and began their diagnosis after about an hour the tech came up with the diagnosis. The waste gate actuator had failed 😞 thankfully the dealer had the part in stock, they installed it test drove and washed my car all on a Saturday the tech was determined to get my car fixed so I could get home. And I was more than satisfied to say the least! If I’m ever in Missouri again I will be sure to swing by and give your dealership my business. Thank you guys for the amazing work my Santa Fe made it home safely and is still running perfectly!!!
Bought a 2022 Tucson for the wife with the best service plan and warranty offered. Oh how they love you then. Fast forward a couple of months. Wife brings vehicle in for tire problem. The woman behind hind the service desk gives her the run around and acts like shes doing her a favor by even acknowledging her. This woman has no people skills and needs to go. If service is part of making your new car decision, Move on! Service is terrible!

Worst service ever! We sat and waited for an oil change for almost 2 hrs. Several people at the desk just hanging out. Finally had to ask what was going on and never got an apology just a “they didn’t your paperwork up here to me”.

After 6 weeks of car shopping, test driving several makes/models, we finally decided to purchase Hyundai Santa Fe, just to find that none of them were available in the Limited trim/Calypso red in the Kansas City Metro area. Nor could local Hyundai Dealers locate one for us.Which was certainly odd, since we were locating them all over the United States.By luck I landed on a listing from Reliable Hyundai. And inquired about the vehicle. Sales representative, couldnt quite get us were we needed to be. By Monday morning the vehicle was sold. My surge in locating another was was starting all over again.Within a few days I received a call from Wes the Sales Manager from Reliable Hyundai. He was politely inquiring about our needs and to see if there was anything that he could do for us.I told him about the vehicle that we were interested in, and that it was already sold. Wes immediately offered to help and locate another one. Not only did he locate the vehicle, he brought it in from another State, no hesitation. We had agreed on purchase price and trade in value before hand. And also filled out the very easy on-line credit application.He instantly replied when we had asked questions, no ring around the roses, just total honesty. It was the utmost pleasure meeting him in person. He waved his magic wand and made it happen. And I am so loving my new ride.We also like to thank Dalton for showing us all the electronic gadgets and helping us with getting things set up properly. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field.Finance office was a breeze, thanks Trevor for making it easy. Terrible experience with my purchase. Love my car but what a debacle purchasing it. Dealer put wrong vin number on my paperwork. Called me 4 days later . Sent salesperson to my house with correct VIN on paperwork a week later. Ran my credit for the second car again and l had 2 loans on my credit for one car! Took me 30 days from the 12th of July till the 14th of September before the dealership sent a check to Hyundai to pay off the first loan on a vin numbered car l never bought. This should have been done the same day l signed for the correct VIN car!! Numerous calls to Wes and Paul before the screwup was rectified. Then my VIN ended up on DOR paperwork with Educational Community Credit Union with a lien on it and l never did any business with them. Asked Paul for help, and he never contacted me back. I got it straightened out but what a bunch of extra work on my part. The Managing Partner should contact me for the full story. I doubt if he will. Buy your Hyundai with caution at this dealership.

I bought a 2021 Kia Sorrento at this location. When I bought it the customer service was subpar at best. Wes, the manager, called me after my visit and addressed every single concern I had. Not only did he address them, he actually fixed them. That is crazy cool in this day and age. Here is a big bold shout out to Wes! GOOD JOB WES!!!!! You the man! Thanks for all you do!!!!!!
My fiancé and I had an awful experience here when we bought our car. If you want unnecessary hassle and salesmen lying to you for their benefit and not yours, this is your place. Not only do I not recommend this dealership, I warn people who are thinking of buying a car from this dealership to find a different place.We bought a car on a Friday in May. Our salesman, Mason, told us it needed detailed and a few minor issues fixed. He said it would be ready the next day and he would call us. We told him on Friday we would be there at 5 and he said he would see us then.Saturday came with no call from Mason. We stopped our farm work to take the hour plus drive to Springfield, figuring he was expecting us anyway. We called Mason on the way over and he did not pick up. We arrived at the dealership to find Mason standing outside for some reason and asked him if our car was ready and where it was. He went in to check with his supervisor and, I kid you not, 2 minutes later came out and told us it was not ready as their shop did not have the proper tool. He, nor his supervisor, could take 4 minutes of their precious time to check on our vehicle that he had promised us would be ready or to call us to notify us and save our 2 hour trip.He cared more about making the next money than to take care of the sale he had already made.He then told us it would be ready Tuesday or Wednesday. Well Tuesday came and he called to say that he had to make an appointment with the HONDA dealer to fix our car, it was a sensor, and he couldn’t get the car in until Friday. So he waited until Tuesday, 3 days later, to try and get the car he already sold to us fixed.Friday came and he said it should be done by 3 and he would bring it to us. I called Mason at 3 to ask what was up and he said he had no clue. I called Honda and asked the service manager what was up. The service manager said that Mason had told him HE WAS AT WORK UNTIL 6 SO THERE WAS NO RUSH FIXING RHE CAR. The car we bought a week ago at this point.The dealership promised to make it up to us. Mason brought a 25 dollar gas card. When gas prices are 2.70 a gallon. Real great.This dealership cares more about making money off of the next person than taking care of the person that has already spent the money. They will promise you one thing and not deliver it. They will tell a technician “no rush” when you’ve been waiting for your car for a week. They will forget to call you because they are too busy schmoozing for more sales. They do not care about you or your time, but they sure do care about your money.
Everyone and everything went great from the the very beginning to the end. The salesman went over the advantages of a hybrid and once we settled on a car and price he helped get everything set up. The Sales manager has called to check in with me several times to make sure everything is going well. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience.

My wife and I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Kona. I’m convinced the reliable knew of a recall with the piston rings when we bought the car. So now we are taking the car in every 1000 miles for them to tell us it used a half of a quart of oil. And I was told it would only take 15 minutes to do. But it’s really an hour and a half. We spent a lot of extra money on the extended warranties. So now we are driving a car that the motor could seize and possibly causing a fire the recall states. Not happy with the hole dam deal

If I could give this location a severally negative 10 I would I bought a car from faith hill back in may and had one experience then I was trying to buy a Chevy Silverado rst apparently got an approved they ran my credit was their I was told all I needed was 500 dollar’s down I told them I would write a check for it as long as they got by 630 or they were going to sell it to someone else they should’ve done the right thing since they ran my credit but didn’t and I was already their but instead got told if the deal falls through then the will think about calling me worse customer service from sales manager Paul whom said they would call me back and never did I recommend going else integrity is horrible and it’s so sad I was a returning customer they just decided to screw over after a customer ran credit and all they had to do was sign the paper, instead they sold to someone else who was their the day after who hasn’t even ran the credit yet!!

Just purchased my new 2021 Hyundai Sonata here. Ask for Ray Rosas, tell him I sent ya. Supposedly I will get cash..lol. anyhow. I stopped in several times and eventually found a car I loved. Got a great trade-in deal on my 2015 Toyota and a heck of a deal on my new Sonata. I must have test drove 10 cars all over town (hated Toyota) but Hyundai has great warenties and really nice sales people and managers. The finance office was painless and quick. They all are really personable .
Let me start by saying sales was absolutely phenomenal. Our experience there was absolutely amazing. Then we went to the finance department, they made me see nothing but red and I wanted to walk out without a car. It was high pressure, I typically dont buy the MPP extended warranty with a new car but this apparently was not acceptable. Our F and I guy had to get his director on the phone, Well...this is where things went really bad. As they were talking on the phone he made a very unprofessional and highly inappropriate comment that my daughter and I could hear, along with his comment about not repeating the sh!t he says out loud. Worse F and I experience of my life. I typically trade every couple of years.....just marked this dealership off my list. A nice trip to KC or STL will be in order for my next purchase.
Out of all the dealings with other dealers of other brands reliable was up front, and very easy to work with . i didnt feel like i had to be on defense the entire time like other dealers .I wasnt pressured into bogus add-ons and mark-ups, they did offer a few things but once i said no thanks, that was it i wasnt hounded . it was a very easy and stress free experience.Im now a proud owner of a 2022 Tucson and will defiantly go back when i need service or another car .

Overall good service. The staff was courteous and efficient and vehicle service was completed a bit speedier than I expected. They can run your vehicle through a free car wash before you pick it up which was a nice feature.
This place continues to wow me. I bought a new car in April of 2020 when the pandemic first started. Ive only had to have service twice since Ive only put 7,500 miles on my car.Every encounter Ive had with them has been fabulous. My wife has a Hyundai as well. She feels the same. Out of all the other dealers in Springfield, this is where you should go.
Casey Kelley is beyond rude and made it so we would not be buying 2 vehicles from them. He was so rude, we came in to see 2 cars one wasnt available understandable. The other one he wouldnt let us even test drive because we werent buy it that day. Beyond rude we didnt get to look at or test drive anything. He wouldnt stop asking why we wouldnt buy that day and what he could do to change that. Then saying he wont make any money if we dont buy it. So even if we did get to test drive he would only let us do a couple. We wont be back.
I had a horrible experience. Not only could they not fix my car. They couldnt find it. The guy that was working on it quit and when I got the car towed back home it was missing parts. I will never go there againIf I could rate it lower, I would.
The repair services are great but getting a call regarding when the car is finished is a bit tough. Repeated calls and offered a call back doesnt work. Make sure you get a straight answer.

I’ve recently went into the service center two times to get my car worked on. I have family who work for Hyundai in Kansas City but I live in Springfield and thought it would be good to give this service center the opportunity to earn my business. Each time I left feeling like I was cheated or that they attempted to cheat me. It’s unfortunate that I can’t count on leaving from this place feeling satisfied in any way shape or form. I will not be coming back here, nor will I refer any of my family and friends here.

When you pay for the car wash service they tell you anytime come get a carwash. I have came here many times with the wash shut down. They line cars up for their porter to get them through and do not leave room for the public. I have been sitting here waiting for their porter to push these cars through for 20 min. I called the company no solution they said I had to wait. We have cars sitting here with hazards not moving at all waiting on one guy to get them through. Horrible customer service and horrible times with car wash also horrible on getting cars into service they will make you wait 3 weeks for an oil change so u better schedule it right after you get your other done. I would not recommend this dealer at all! Springfield mo

I have come here for years to get my car maintenance done and they have alway had excellent customer service. I just purchased a brand new Hyundai Tuscon and am absolutely in love with it. Armando was super friendly and helpful, very easy to talk to and made buying a new car a most excellent experience. I felt well taken care of during the whole process and have no regrets. I looked at many different dealerships for cars similar to the tuscon but ultimately fell in love with another Hyundai. I am a pretty brand loyal consumer and highly highly recommend both this dealership and a Hyundai! You wont be disappointed. Took 5 months to get parts and repair a brand new vehicle with only 10, 000miles on it. Then the day after it was picked up had to return because the transmission was empty of fluid and overflow and car overheated.
We are very pleased with our experience from the initial purchase through the continued service/maintenance at Reliable Hyundai. Would recommend the vehicle and Reliable Hyundai completely for anyone considering a car purchase.
I did not buy my 2019 Hyundai at this dealer, I did plan to have them service it. I had already had them to do the 30K maintenance and had planned to have them do all the maintenance. Not anymore. I had to take it in for a warranty repair and I have been having some trouble getting the repair covered. The dealer has been zero help. They made promises to submit the request but then I find out from Hyundai that they never submitted anything. When I call, I get directed to leave a message and then I never receive a call back. This has been going on for 2 months. Today my my service technician Mitch, said I have made $0 off of your vehicle, why would I want to spend time to get this resolved? Luckily Hyundai themselves have been very helpful.

I really try not to leave nasty reviews but for a dealership and repair shop I do not find this place very reliable. We took our 2016 sonata here to be repaired over two months ago. It’s still sitting in the lot. I just had a baby via csection so I really don’t have the time or money to wait and be lied too, let alone be stranded without a vehicle with a newborn. We have been fighting with reliables repair shop to get this fixed for weeks now. Reliable has lied to us by saying that our warranty provider will only cover over $8000 for a new engine. We are responsible for $3,600 out of pocket. Reliable never told the warranty company about the extra $3600. The repair is about the same cost as what we bought the car for which was $13,000. Of course reliable provides financing for the $3600 out of pocket with a high interest rate of 22%... We have asked for a itemized list of repair costs and have not been provided anything. Any time we call to get answers we are told that the man we speak to just stepped out and he rarely gets back to us. We have had to go up there in person every time just to get answers. I and everyone I talk to about it which is a lot of previously potential customers say this is fraud. it will probably need to be investigated by Better Business Bureau at this point.
They really deserve zero stars, but they can have the one star. They get that particular star for exceeding the, I don’t really care about the customer. How can a dealership be a month out on service for a safety issue for a 2021? I called and my 2021 Palisade is not operational right now due to a safety issue. I legally can’t drive the vehicle and they said they could get me in towards the end of January. No loaner car or anything.I tried to leave a message for the service manager, but no surprise, he wasn’t available and his voicemail box was full and couldn’t accept messages.This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and buy a vehicle somewhere else that takes care of people.

I purchased a new Santa Fe Scout in 2018 which is still under warranty at 32000 miles on the car. The problem is every time I need to have it serviced even with a simple oil change, as I did today, I was told it would be a month before they could even get me in for this simple service. I find that unacceptable that you should have to wait that long and we even purchased an extra warranty contract when we purchased the car. The really sad thing is they didn’t think they had a problem. When I purchased d my new Passat from Volkswagen they have an express service line for same day oil changes. If this is the service I can expect from Reliable than I think maybe they should change their name.

2015 Hyundai Sonata- 139,000 miles.Buckle up, this is a long one. For a couple years my car has been using oil slowly but surely using more overtime. It also would make the famous ticking/knocking/rattling sound when accelerating. On February 27th I took it to them for multiple reasons after reading the similarities of others online. Reliable agreed to conduct an oil consumption test, After this first visit I noticed my car was running even tougher and told Austin as much. after four trips which caused me to miss work they found my car was using a quart/ 533 miles. Austin explained to me a new service bulletin had just came out in “early March” stating before hyundai will replace their faulty engine they would need to perform an oil consumption test. They would provide me a loaner so I “wouldn’t miss anymore work” and would call me, as soon as they had a loaner. The very next morning (March 23rd) my check engine light comes on while I’m on the phone with Austin. I drove it immediately to hyundai because although Austin recommended I have it towed, hyundai would NOT pay for that tow. This is where they went wrong. Instead of taking care of their customers and replacing the engine block I was charged $386.60 for them to “perform combustion chamber cleaning” then, start the oil consumption test again. (Missing more work) Hyundai knows their theta engines are faulty and in my opinion to recoup their losses from their negligence they figured out a way to charge the customer $400 before they’ll “submit to hyundai for “goodwill” replacement.” Knowing this wasn’t the real issue and likely wouldn’t fix the issue I reluctantly agreed. They provided a loaner (the ONLY thing they did correctly, upon picking up my car Austin’s and Hyundai’s stance is that this has nothing to do with their faulty engines and my spark plugs were just bad! And that’s why my car was running poorly! (I just replaced them on 9/18/20) I am done with this car, which is a shame bc other than the faulty engine guzzling oil because metal shavings were left in it during assembly, it has been a great car. I’m sure they will retaliate somehow for me speaking out and I NEVER write reviews but when someone doesn’t own up to their NEGLIGENCE it really strikes with me. After checking out I told Austin, I hope that $400 is worth it bc I’ll never give another penny to reliable or hyundai. Reliable hyundai will do everything they can right or wrong to avoid taking care of their customers. My car will still drink oil, and I’m out $400. You have been fairly warned. This place is nothing but a headache and frustration. Live and learn, right? You deserve zero stars, couldn’t locate my review so I went ahead an posted it again. I won’t go quietly. If you find yourself experiencing something similar contact me.—EDIT- Robert, i tried calling a number of times and it seems that # is either disconnected or never available. Very friendly staff here! :-) I took my Veracruz in for factory recall repairs, and I was treated like a fellow human being, not a nuisance or an interruption. :-) Total professionals! They also provided a Lyft service to get me back home that morning, and to come pick me up late that afternoon when the repairs were done. I appreciated that. I also asked them to change my oil while they were at it, and the price for this was surprisingly competitive. 100% satisfied with the nice folks there.
Service advisor was a nice guy but Hyundai warranty is a joke. Will never own another. I noticed that you replied to my message so I am editing my review... Is your reply a scam?? The phone numberyou provided in your reply goes to an apartment complex?? I called the dealership and asked for Robert Beverly and just get sent to a voicemail box that is full. My experience with corporate was the same. I contacted them on the website and had to fill out a lot of information to submit a complaint. 2 days later they emailed me back saying they were sorry I had a complaint and I would provide all of the information they would address my complaint and then they asked for the exact same information I filled in to submit the claim in the first place. So I gave them all the information once again and their next reply was a blank email. Their next reply was that I needed to take it to the dealership for diagnosis, but in every single email I explained to them it had already been to the dealership for diagnosis. I dont think they even read the complaints or the emails that are sent to them online. Other than the very polite service advisor the whole experience has been one of the most frustrating things in my entire life.

They have had my car for nearly a month trying to get some wires fixed. The service is horrible, do not expect to hear anything from them. If you call to see what is going on expect it to take about 2-3 days before they get back to you. Terrible customer service. I have never been to a car service business that keeps your vehicle for over a month, and has nothing to show for in terms of work in that month. I will never take another car here again, and would strongly recommend not taking your vehicle here for service.

Hyundai has the absolute best warranty in the automotive industry; Says something good when a car manufacturer is willing to back their products for 10 years/100,000 miles. Kinda makes ya wonder about the other auto makers that are only willing to warranty their cars for 3years/36,000 miles. Buy a Hyundai today & smile for the next 10 years/100K miles. I drove from Arkansas because this dealership was willing to do whatever they could to make me happy.

There was a Hyundai recall and Reliable did the service.They were courteous, fair and quick with the service.Hyundai Corporation Customer Service however is an issue:Just 7 months earlier I had paid almost $1,000 in mechanic bills due to the issue of this recall. I was told by Reliable that Id need to go onto the Hyundai website in order to file for reimbursement.However the Hyundai website for reimbursement did not work, the captcha needed to submit the claim did NOT work. After trying the reimbursement process 3 times on the website with no completion I called customer service. When I finally got to a person I began to tell them the reason I was calling, we were disconnected; and this happened twice.Reliable Hyundai Dealership was not at fault with the lack of Hyundai Corporation customer service.I am not at all pleased with the customer service of Hyundai Corporation.

I have had my Hyundai Santa Fe for 9 years, and its been an amazing vehicle. So, yesterday I bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra! Im in love! My sales guy, Don Lee, was awesome. He was so knowledgeable about the car and all the spaceship features. He walked us through everything. Paul and Richard, in the money department, were both great as well! Im excited to spend another decade with this company!
Punctual & Pleasant - I showed up for my appointment and they were prepared for my arrival and completed the service in a decent amount of time offering an area to sit, grab a snack/drink and watch television while I waited.

Called about a hummer 3 that they had. Ace answered the phone, gave my info, an HR. later gave me the good news that it was mine!! Went to the dealership and the vehicle was everything and more that what was said over the phone. The financial part was just as pleasant with ........i believe Andrew. I had my car towed to their location. They had needed to do some updating on the computer for the car, which is fine. However, I told them many times the car did not lock with the key fob. They offered to fix it, but I didnt need it. Now, just because I didnt need it doesnt mean leave the car unlocked in the parking lot for a whole week until I can come pick it up. Fast forward I called and confirmed I could pick it up on Monday being a holiday. I was told I could. Drove TWO hours to be greeted by sales theyre not open.... I was told to pick it up.. When I pressed for my keys I was told to go inside through the show room to somewhere else. Nobody offered to take me to where I needed to go. Finally had a lady get the keys, found the car unlocked, restrained from blowing up in the show room. Went to leave and found my car had sat for who knows how long with a flat, flat flat on the rim. I know it sat there and I know service walked by it every day for a week. We had to wait in the rain for a guy in pre-owned to come fill up the tire that should have never been allowed to sit like that let alone let me try and drive off without saying anything about a bad tire.

I will not ever go back here. I spent time researching a vehicle online and then emailing someone back and forth. I was specific in the vehicle I was looking for. I was told to come in and take the vehicle for a test drive and they would help me locate the vehicle I wanted at the price I gave them. I drove 90 minutes the following day. Upon arrival I was immediately told the only vehicle in my price range was used/preowned, to which I corrected them. Then I was told there was no vehicle on the lot for me to test drive and they didnt have any idea when they would get any. I was advised I could put down a deposit if I wanted them to get a vehicle to their lot for a future date. NEGATIVE! They lost a customer that was ready to purchase on the spot. I am now going with another dealership due to this horrible experience!
I have had an issue of my trunk spontaneously opening - at times while I am driving. I took my car in and was told there was nothing wrong. I thought maybe its a short or battery is running down in fob. Its under warranty. There can only be so many possibilities. Do something. Dont treat me like I am making it up. What happens when it causes an accident?

One of the worst dealerships to try and get work done on a car and terrible customers service. When you call up there it seems like nobody knows anything and there is no communication with the advisors and the techs or the people taking the phone. Brought my car in with a down cylinder in and the engine was under a 12 month 12,000 warranty and the car was still under the second owner 60,000 warranty. Called them and was told that it should still be under warranty and to bring my car up. After a week of no word I called them several times and was always put on hold and was told the manager would call me back and never did. After the second week of my being up there I finally got a hold of the Advisor and was told that the car need a new intake valve and was told again that it should be under warranty and not to worry. Then I got a call that its not under warranty and when I asked why I got the run around and then to call these other numbers and hurried off the phone and treated like they didnt care so I out 3 weeks without out a car and still dont have a car to drivewill never be back
My appointment was set for the day after I called, which is amazing. The service manager was very nice, as were the technicians. Lyft was provided to take me back to work, and was offered for the ride back after work to pick up my car. When we pulled in, my car was being brought around because they knew it was time for me to be there. Great attention to detail. Im very impressed.
They gave me a great price to repair my car but I try to have them call me back and Ive been waiting almost 3 days for a call back and Im constantly getting told different things Everytime Im on the phone with them! And its been almost a month when I dropped my car off. I was told a week and a half itll be done and then I call after that week and a half I get told its gonna take longer and its literally almost been a month and Ive specifically asked to be updated and I havent got a single phone call from them and I basically have to beg them to tell me the progress of my car and I was told that all my parts are in and they have to do like this test or something which would take like 3-5 days cause theres other orders in front of mine and I said fine. A week goes by and I try to contact my advisor and never got a call back from him and I literally drove up there only to find my car in the parking lot. I call they next day cause they were closed then I was told that the parts werent put in yet and Im furious at this point and I just want to know the actual story or a word with the manager about the extremely poor service. And its been 3 and a half weeks ever since my car was dropped off.
They are on top of covid safety. They were very courteous and we didnt have to wait long.the waiting room and restrooms were very clean.
I was very pleased with the service at Reliable Hyundai and will definitely take my car back there as needed.
They service the car properly and take their time with it. They dont rush through it when they are working on it. The staff is always friendly.

Ended up paying almost $3,000. More than salesman had quoted us. Also had trouble with car less than a month after we purchased. First car we picked out when we returned very next day, just like we told them, with a $1500 down payment and our loan approval, they had sold it to someone else. So we ended up with our second choice, definitely not one we wanted. Im disabled and hard for me to shop for cars, loading and unloading wheelchair, so we just took the other one. Wish we could have had ability to shop more! This was a few years ago so maybe times have changed? Well have it paid off in 3 months, yea!
Great experience! The people here were so nice and helpful! My salesman Jayson was great! He understood what I was looking for and got it for me. The finance department was honest and fast! Much better treatment than I got from the last place I got a car. Thank you all!
