Dont recommend taking you vehicle for oil change here.First of all they said they put air in my tire even after asking them about it. Later after couple days of driving they admitted they did not put air in them.Then they forgot to reset the oil maintenance symbol in the vehicle.Finally they did not vacuum the vehicle as promised.Never taking my vehicle there again.

I highly recommend Thompson Service but this review is for the Quick Lube oil change I received today. Although they didnt look busy when I arrived it took 2 hours just to get a simple oil change.It was also hard to practice safe social distancing at times in their little waiting area.I was not comfortable being in close proximity with their cashier who only wore her mask about 30% of the time and then only covering her mouth or sometimes just her chin.They also overfilled my tire pressure by 5 lbs in each tire.I might be searching other options for oil change next time Im due.

The lady who answers the phone, Peggy, was so nice and helpful. They arranged as shuttle for me to work while my car was being tended to. When I hadnt called to book a return ride (which I didnt need) they called me to check on me before their driver left for the day.That was really thoughtful and the kind of customer service you hope to see in the world. Thankfully I had a friend taking me back over there, but I was really appreciative of their effort!

I had a Service 4WD appear on my instrument panel, as well as a recall for the brake monitor in my 2019 GMC Sierra. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get it in the next morning! My service writer, Phil, met me at 7:30 to address those issues. Because my mileage was such that it had technically expired, Phil used a calculation based on the GMC program for just a bit over the mileage period, it ended up costing me a whopping 5 dollars and 65 cents! WOW, Im so happy to find a dealership that strives to care for their consumers! I will always go back for future work, if needed, and more for my future purchases!

Great guys!I had a piece of my undercarriage decide to pop off and start dragging as I was on 65, and was not familiar with the area. This establishment was the closest to me and they took care of me immediately and made sure I was ok and ready to get back on the road. Great service, and really nice employees!

I always take my 05 Envoy to these guys. The Envoy uses quite a bit of oil, and Thompsons tops it off for free in between oil changes.Their prices arent the cheapest around, but at least I know that theyre putting in GM-approved oil, checking fluids and tires, etc. Note: watch your mail, because occasionally they have coupons.Ive never had a problem with them. Theyre always nice, and they get the job done relatively quickly. I feel like they treat me as well as they would treat someone who pulls in in a brand new Escalade. Sometimes they have a lot of customers at once, but the delay gives me plenty of time to wander the Thompson Boys lot, to check out the new GMCs.The dealership really ought to have a salesman camp out over there... just a thought.Sometimes its true that you dont get what you dont pay for, and my days of cheap $20-25 oil changes are over. Those (several) other guys have messed up fluid levels, inflated/deflated tires to incorrect pressures, and used the wrong oil in my vehicles. Thompsons does it correctly every time.

Other than leaving the oil drain bolt loose after an oil change good service. No worries...I don’t need the oil in my engine anyway. Drip, drip, drip.
