The only issue I had was that they do not do service appointments, so waiting can be an issue. I brought my Jeep Renegade here on August 3, 2021. I was told that it may be a day or two before they could get it in for diagnosis. The staff was very helpful and actually got to my vehicle within a couple of hours. After diagnosis I was told it would be the next day before my car would be finished which would not be a problem. My vehicle was finished right on time and everything is running fine now. Would definitely recommend Reedman Toll to service your vehicle.

I have gone here twice now. The first time I went there was terrible communication about what the issue they were addressing was, and then estimated a few hours to fix that turned into about a week before my vehicle was returned. I was in a pinch this last time to get an oil and fuel filter change with a tire rotation and was charged almost double what my local shop charges to do the same job (local is $450, Reedman was over $800). Then when I was returned my truck, the fuel system had not been re-primed after the filters were changed as indicated by excessively long starter cycle to start the engine. Also with the tire rotation, the air pressures were not checked, and with heavy duty Ram trucks, the recommended pressures are different between the front and rear tires, so now my tire pressure sensors are throwing warnings until I can go to a pump to readjust all of my tires on my own. Overall the staff is friendly, but I am completely dissatisfied with the prices and the actual level of service provided.

I arrived just before the service department opened the garage and was greeted very kindly with expectations set based on my issue. I was willing to wait, and was kept up to date with the status frequently. Once the analysis was complete I was told that the part was on hand and given the time to expect to wait for repair. It was actually slightly less. The atmosphere was super clean and comfortable to remotely do my work, the service manager was super friendly and attentive, and I was very pleased with the overall experience.

After a long search for a new vehicle with having major issues with my trailblazer, I found Reedman Toll in Springfield and was helped out by Isiah. He was a great salesman and listened to my concerns and kept my budget in mind throughout the entire experience. Isiah was able to get me into a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with little to no issues. I highly recommend going to see these guys if you’re in the search for a new or preowned vehicle.

The service desk gentleman was courteous and my car was completed in a reasonable time.My only gripe would be that who ever worked on the car moved my seat far from where it was. Normally not a big deal but the car, even though it is supposed to be a luxury edition, does not have position memory. I’m still messing with it to get it back to my preference.

READ YOUR REVIEWS THIS HAPPENS TO LOTS OF PEOPLE HERE!I went to get car fixed for issue it was having. Women called back and said the issue was due to a misfire. Cost $800. I said great as long as the problem was solved. Got my car back and the same issue was occurring. Then Julia stated we got something else fixed so we should be happy with that. WE DID NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING ELSE TO BE FIXED BUT THE ISSUE WE CAME IN THERE FOR. we were told that the rate to get it fixed was $800. We read the previous reviews here and more people are having issues similar to this one too.

I am usually a fan but was a little disappointment with my experience this time around. When I was called to be given a quote, I was only quoted half of the price because the worker forgot to quote me the price for labor. No big deal because I would have had to pay the price anyway, but it would’ve been nice to have been provided with accurate information. I pick up the car and had to take it back a couple of days later (Saturday) because there were issues with the brakes and rotors that were replaced, making noise, sounding like metal on metal. I was told to bring the car back on that following Monday because Saturday when I returned with the complaint, the dealership did not have the parts on hand. I gave them my car to replace the rotors again and I’m still not satisfied. The rotors are still making a weird sound, especially if I come to a hard stop; which I did on purpose to see if the issue was resolved. I also feel that way too much pressure has to be applied to the brake pedal to bring the car to a complete stop with new pads installed. Normally with new pads, your car jumps to a haut by just tapping the brake pedal. I’m not sure if the dealership is purchasing cheap parts due to the pandemic, but I feel like I could’ve just taken the car to a Pep Boys and paid half of the price. I will be finding another Jeep dealer to service my car. I purchased the car from Reedman Toll, but I will not be taking it back there.

Something is obviously wrong with my car, however they are trying to tell me that nothing is wrong (Springfield reedman toll in particular) Looking for another dodge service center with techs that specially know about my 2019 Dodge Challenger RT and why after a little over 16,000 miles my sport mode and all it functions have left the French toast car. I asked them to listen to another RT Challenger to compare but obviously they didnt. Either they arent trained on this problem and or they didnt want to deal with it 🤬Does anybody have any direction for me?

My tire has a leaking air. Technician replaced tire sensor and valve. Picked car up. Worse customer service ever. Low tire light still on. Tire still won’t hold air. 305.05 dollars later. Back today hoping for a better out come or full refund. To be continued

Where do I start ? So I Dropped My Car Off Early Friday, Had An Appointment At 11Am That Day . I Decided To Call Monday Before they closed to check on the status . No answer all day . So I went to check the reviews the next day. I read a lot of people had the same issues as me . So I literally had to call back to back 8 times . Finally someone answered and told me they haven’t got the chance to check on my car yet . Minds you it late TuesdayNow . So I gave it one more day . Still no call back . I finally on Thursday called early . Grace of god got an answer after the second try . They literally was just about to do my car . Told them not to . I will come pick it up and take it some where else . Don’t goto them unless you can wait weeks on your car to only get checked out .

I had a 9 am appointment for an oil change and an inspection. I was there with my toddler for 3 hours waiting for my vehicle. No one spoke to us the entire 3 hours. No one directed us to the seating area inside the back of the showroom (we sat outside for an hour before finally wandering in, finding it, and seating ourselves there.) I understand businesses are still short-staffed these days, but there was certainly no shortage of attentive employees when I was there 6 mos ago to spend money on a vehicle purchase. So, okay, things happen. I couldve dealt if this were all of it. But, when I left, my touch screen in my vehicle was no longer working. It was fine when I brought the vehicle in this morning. I spent 45 minutes calling all departments of the dealership and no one answered any of the calls in any department. So, three hours at the dealership just to leave with my vehicle having problems it did not have before bringing it there and no way to get in touch to have it fixed unless I drive back out there as soon as I have the availability.

Arrived at the service department at 0735 for an oil change/tire rotation. Drove into the express lane. Car want finished until 1015 when I approached the counter to ck status. Have been to several other jeep dealerships and service/oil changes went much quicker and smoother. The dealership was empty inside and not very inviting!

I explained to them that I need it back as soon as possible because I was leaving to go on vacation they insured me it would be no problem. I was told I’d know what was wrong with my vehicle by the following day. They contacted me a few hours later and then we proceeded to have them complete the fix. I don’t think the price was gouging, and I got my vehicle back sooner than expected. Everyone I talked to during this process was pleasant. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle did a good job diagnosing my vehicle and seemed to put at least half a thought into it (previous bad experience with a different car, different dealership, so that’s a plus to me, but likely standard) Hope the light stays off now! I have the worst luck.

The young lady, that took care of me, at the front Service Desk. I know she told me but I don’t remember at this time. She kept me informed, made me aware of the cost, and any changes, to which there were a few.As far as the garage, it took almost 4 hours for an inspection (needed to change a front lamp to pass the inspection), change the oil, and the changes (bulb to lamp, and the completion times - 30 minutes plus to change the bulb, then another 30 minutes plus for the change to the lamp.I gave a score of 3 because of the young lady ( it would have been a 5 if the section was just about the people at the desk) but only a 3 because of the changes.The young lady apologized for my inconvenience, a discount for my inconvenience and increased cost $75 to $300, and even a air freshener. She also said she would talk to the Parts Manager and Service Manager about my situation. I reminded her to tell the Service Manager that they check their voicemail. I had left at least 4-5 voicemails and received ‘no’ return phone calls. The only reason I came to Reedman Springfield was that it was closer to my home.After the lack of voicemail return, I still came to Reedman Springfield for the closeness to my home and again the two men at the Service Desk were polite and helpful.

I took my Dodge Ram to Springfield Reedman Dodge for a few things. The first thing was a check engine light. Upon their diagnosis, they broke the news to me that my truck needed a new motor from that point on. Julia in the service department made the appropriate phone calls to the warranty company and kept me informed of the process. My only complaint is that they had my truck for three weeks and they could’ve at least washed my truck since it cost the warranty company about $9500 for a new motor but on the plus side the truck runs great with the new motor.Moving forward a month my driver side mirror was hit so I had to replace it. The gentleman in the parts department was very helpful and ordered the mirror and it was in the next day. I dropped the truck off to them and had the truck back within two hoursIn conclusion, thank you Julia from service department and also the gentleman from parts department! The wait time is always horrible! I arrived at 8am and didn’t leave until 2pm. I went their first a oil change and new tires. This heavy set African American lady made a error about the amount and the amount of time my car would take to get done. She became upset and outraged at me because I begin to become impatient and ask for my car. She told me they only keep two of everything in stock and would have to order the part. They were still waiting for the two tires to come in. I complained to the manager and he was very accommodating and understanding and so was the younger girl. The technician even came out to apologize. No matter how many times I come here I’m always waiting 4-5 hours for themTo work on my car.

We have purchased two vehicles from Reedman Toll in my household. We are always welcome from the employees, and they even remembered us the second time we purchased a car. Marcus helped us recently and was so patient with us trying to pick which car we wanted to go with, and laid out all of our options for us. They work quickly, and didn’t try to convince us to go for anything we didn’t want. We weren’t sure if we were going to be able to get the car we walked in wanting but Marcus made it work! We will continue to keep going to Reedman Toll and highly recommend everyone else to go if looking for a car!

1 and done.called to make an appointment for my caliber. they said no need just drop it off.....o.k.The next day they called to tell me there was a fee to check it out and it would be 3 DAYS before they could do this??? Bad Business....After checking it out they told me it needed a blower motor and blower relay. Both of which I had ALREADY REPLACED. So i went with it. OH and like others have said they didnt have the part so that would take a day to get it. (I picked it up at the parts store same day)So a few days later the Service Manager called saying the mechanic MISSED A PART! LOL. The AC Module needed to be replaced too. So basically he replaced the motor and resister (that was brand new I replaced it before bringing it there) for nothing. plus labor which all together was about $600 bucks. $400 for parts.... I paid $200 for the same parts! So double the price in parts plus labor!So they also had to order the blower module. The module was $500 plus labor. and like others have said the price they give you is only for the part. The Service Manager was nice but I could tell she didnt know much about cars. again bad business.While it was there it also received a lower control arm. $1700 bucks altogether and a week and half later.......

Horrible experience. They double talk themselves and dont stand by there own words or work. They dont keep in contact with you to keep you informed of whats going on with your vehicle. Customer service is lacking at every level.They replaced a radio almost 2 years ago that was still under warranty and then said they didnt so the new warranty wouldnt have to be honored. Had my truck on multiple occasions for days on end only to give it back for me to come back another day.I will never use them again for anything. I will now travel to other dealerships for parts.I would have given 0 STARS but that wasnot an option. I HIGHLY recommend going to another dealership for parts or service. Save yourself the aggravation.

Took my Jeep into the Reedman Toll Springfield dealership this morning for an oil change and tire rotation. On a whim, I took pictures of the position of the tires before i turned it in (one wheel had a noticeable scratch, probably from my hitting a curb). A couple hours later I was told my car was ready, I paid for the oil change and tire rotation, went out to my car and looked at that scratched wheel and saw that it was in the same position as before. Long story short, I brought this to the service agent’s attention and was told it was an oversight. Maybe. Maybe not. Since I was given a checklist when I paid my bill, I assume this checklist is used for a reason - so the requested work is recorded once completed. Anyway, it went back into the bay to do the rotations. If I hadn’t taken the photos, I would never have known I paid for work that wasn’t performed. Buyer beware.

Once you purchase your vehicle and drive off the lot your customer service no longer matters. My daughters car is been in for service on multiple occasions, we even pay an extra $50 a month for her to have an extended bumper to bumper warranty that included a rental car. Last week I spent almost 45 minutes arguing with the general manager that she needed a rental car and he told me they did not provide it due to Covid, this week I took a day off from work went into the service department and after an hour and 45 minutes was met by the service tech who told me that my daughters car was going to take another 3 days and enterprise was on the way. Now the doors on her charger are Boeing and neither the warranty nor Dodge nor the dealership will do anything about it she purchased the car in March.

Ok my experience was better the 1st time i got my oil changed, this time was not bad, just time consuming and i only had 4 people in front of me. Ok i got the on sunday 8/29/21 at 7:30am, it was 5 cars in front of me, i asked the guy how long was the wait? And he said 1hr so i accepted to get my oil changed, i left out of there a lil after 10:30am. Now i was 5th in line and who is to say those in front of me were all getting oil changes, anyway an oil change takes at tops 20 minutes. I missed my carpet appointment i was scheduled for at 10am so i just want to say that you guys should honor waiting times when customers ask and move a little faster on the simple oil changes and tune ups but other than that, staff was friendly and even helpful as when guy in the parts department put a new battery in my key with no hesitation when asked. Classic car buying experience with all the stereotypical issues: told one thing then another, constant back and forth with sales person and then here comes the manager blah blah blah.... What a pain. When are car dealers going to wake up and provide a better customer experience. My experience? A salesperson that was trying to do my deal via his personal email account and provided me personal business cards instead of using the dealership email address and business cards. If I didn’t keep to his script, he was easily frustrated and unprofessional. A sales manager that states things he didn’t know, which ended up being false and the classic, “I’m losing money on this deal.” When I finally closed the deal and took delivery of my new vehicle, no salesperson was present to go over all the features, no manual for the vehicle and the inside of the vehicle was wet as if someone poured a drink or two all over the passenger side and back drivers side. What a horrible experience. The only reason I gave this dealer one star is because they were the only dealership that had exactly what I wanted with the most aggressive price. The dealership itself is is old, run down and filthy. In the wait area, expect to see a bunch of massage chairs with portable heaters and old 2016 vehicle brochures. Save yourself the headache.

This dealership has the worst customer service. I would never recommend this specific location. They were wonderful when I was purchasing my Jeep in 2019, but having it serviced is a nightmare. No one answers the service or parts line- it goes to a voice-mail unless you call non stop, then someone picks up. I understand that Covid has had a huge impact on everyone however, lying to customers about when their parts will be in is unacceptable.

I’m never disappointed with the service I receive at ‘Reedman Toll’. Everyone is so friendly and couldn’t be nicer.From start to finish, I was treated with kindness and respect. When dealing with a service department, this is something that I don’t usually see anymore and that’s a sad statement to make.As a plus, the waiting room is great. I ate my breakfast at the counter and read my book in the more comfortable chair. The two hours flew by.Thank you RT

My daughter and I are not from the area and we were in immediate need of service. I went into the Service area and was put at ease right away by Shann. Together we worked with parts and they were able to fix my car. Ed the mechanic was amazing. He couldn’t have been any nicer! If I didn’t live so far away I would continue to have my car serviced there. Thank you again for helping my daughter and I drive home safely!

Hello Everyone, my experience with Reedman Toll of Springfield was amazing. Big shout out to Julia and Jim! Thank you for repairing my 2020 Dodge Durango GT. I recently gotten an inspection done and somehow I had oil leaking into my transmission on the front and back sides. Julia and Jim provided the best service that a person should receive with accurate details and time. They made sure that I received the best parts to fix the problem. I just got my 2020 Dodge Durango GT back and it drives great as if I just bought it. Julia and Jim thanks again for all your help! I will be doing business with you all again!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Made an appt for my BRAND NEW car that I PURCHASED HERE. Address on my confirmation email was this address. I showed up on time(10 minutes early). A very rude, ignorant young lady that works there, walked up to my car and told me I was in the wrong place and I NEEDED to go down the street. I asked her if this was the address listed on my CONFIRMATION EMAIL, she said it was. We dont even service Chevrolets, you need to go down the street. I asked why this adrees would be there if its not the right 1. I dont know, but you need to leave because we cant help you here. If I wasnt in a good mood.....

If you’re looking to get a new or used car, I highly recommend going here! The whole sales team there is what really sold me. Each sales rep made sure to make you feel as comfortable as possible and guided you in the right direction for your next big purchase. I want to say a huge THANK YOU, to Sharif Mosley. Very bad experience. The sales person who take care of my sales was Marcus. I bought my car in December 2020 and I told them that I can register my car myself but they insisted/not allowed me to do so. Now it’s been 2 months and I haven’t received my license plate/tags yet. My temp registration is expiring in 5 days, and When I call reedman toll to check they put me to some finance person and it always go to voicemail. When I try to call again they take my name and number to call back. I don’t receive any call.Very bad experience...

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst place you can bring your car for service. You schedule appointments but they dont go by the appointment and say it is walk in. What is the point of having a choice to schedule appointments? They dont even call you with updates and just hold your vehicle until they finally get to it. Poorly run place that doesnt even take care of the people that bought their car from them but want to take your warranty away if you take your vehicle to another shop. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

The service wasnt bad, it wasnt great neither I arrived at about 7:30 a.m. drop my car off I waited there. I was the second car there in line my car didnt get pulled in until after the 6th car. The only issue I had was when my vehicle was done, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes before they did my paperwork, I was waiting for over 30 minutes for the woman to do my paperwork so I could pay .

Isaiah was extremely professional and a master of his craft. I’ve been to quite a few car dealerships and dealt with people who aren’t direct and straight forward. Isaiah is very confident in his ability and that really made it easy for my wife and I to relax. We didn’t have the best credit at all but he was able to make it work. I would recommend him to anyone who really needs a car but don’t want to get screwed over. 10/10 I highly recommend!!’n
