Ive been taking my car here for the last 3-4 Years and they have very quick turnaround fix time. Chang is very polite and straightforward. The two old guys in the back are also friendly and very good with the vehicles they fix. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone that needs a fairly priced and very reliable work done on their vehicles.

Called to TRY to make an appointment about getting an inspection and the person who answer just kept saying “he’s not here right now...” as if there aren’t more hours in the day or days in the week. Do they not want business? I’m confused.

They are very open and honest - and will work with you to explain which specific parts need to be replaced and why. They are also reasonably priced. Its a mechanic shop I can trust like a family member!

Ive been come this shop many years.I satisfy the price and service.Specially, Chang he is very gentle and humble. He knows how to make happy for customer.But, there is old machenic. He never say Hi. No smile -.-When Chang was vacation. I went best auto.I dropped car for repair. Old guy said O.K, I check it out. I will give a call.Old gentle man he totally misunderstood my problems.He didnt understand. I asked him when Chang come back.After Chang come back, I stopped. then I fixed my car and happy.When I got there. Old guy was mad to Chang.I think old man is owner. He treat with employers a sneer.If Chang he leave, I wont come this shop.

The owner Chang is fantastic! Hes humble and honest, and a pleasure to do business with. Hes reassured us a few times about parts, such as break pads that wouldnt need replacing for another year. He tries to find low cost solutions and will help us save money where he can. Ive even towed my car to his shop from another because he could do the same job for half the price. I dont have a single negative thing to say about him, give him a try!!

My car was having brake issues. I had a second opinion elsewhere at Craftsman auto that was high and attempting to fix a problem the car didnt have. These guys were quick to dispell the incorrect opinion from the other shop and gave me an in depth explanation of the problem. The car is now running without issues and they saved me 500 dollars from the other shops estimate. Trust is a very important part of the auto care service and they did a good job in earning that.

Find another mechanic. Do not take your car here especially if you live out of town.I had my car serviced on 12/8/18 when I noticed my car shaking while driving into town to visit family. They replaced by CV joint/front driver axel and rear struts.I noticed that my gas pedal and driver seat was still shaking at higher speeds after the repairs. I took it to my trusted, local mechanic where I was informed that the parts used by Best Auto Care were shoddy.On 1/2 (less than 1 month later), my mechanic at Konard Automotive in Durham, North Carolina informed me that my car was still shaking because the axel piece that Best Auto Care used was bad and needed to be replaced. My mechanic also informed me that struts that Best Auto Care used were leaking and needed to be replaced.My mechanic nicely agreed to contact Best Auto Care to inform them about the parts they used and provided pictures of the concerns from one mechanic to another. In addition, I spoke to the store manager regarding my concerns assuming that they would want to rectify the work performed.They were unwilling to work with my mechanic to discuss the problem and find a resolution. They were unwilling to use the photos and my mechanics expert assessment as a valid inspection of the car.I was informed by the store manager that they were unable to resolve the problem until they were able to inspect the car in person even with the evidenced presented to them. They were dogmatic about this stipulation and unwilling to resolve it any other way.I would assume that a company that is concerned about their customers and wants to be known as a reputable business in the community would want to resolve the problem. Instead, I was met with resistance and unwillingness to fix their mistake and incompetence.Again, go somewhere else. Find someone that cares about you as a customer and wants your return business.

NTB always quotes me ridiculous prices to have routine stuff done so I buy the parts myself and give them to these guys to put on, never had any problems, quick turnaround, reasonable labor costs. The only breakdown theyve handled for me was my cars alternator- the first one (Denso brand) they put on went bad within 2 days and they honored the 6 month labor + parts warranty with no questions asked which was pretty cool. Second one seems to be working fine.

Had car trouble traveling. Brought them the part at 8:20 a.m. on Sat. with no appt. and they fixed it in 25 mins. Very nice people . Thanks for the great help.

Had an oil/filter change and balanced all tires. Professional, courteous, and honest with a very reasonable and fair price.

Charged me an arm and a leg for shotty work. They also did not honor their warranty! I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy. I recommend baclick service station.
