David, Paul, Jerry and the staff have taken care of me for years. When my wife and I didnt have hardly a dollar to our name, David would work with me on payments to make sure I still got my vehicle fixed. He really helped me in a bind. I am so grateful for all the work they do.

Extremely high for work done. Oil change $20 higher than dealer. Other work approximately 30% higher than normal.

Dean oil is a great place with great workers who get the job done. BUT the reason for 3 stars is they have one VERY RUDE worker. He is a dean so I doubt they’ll ever do anything about it. David dean has such an unnecessary attitude. Will talk to you like you’re nothing, like your presence is a problem, and like you shouldn’t have questions about your own vehicle. I would like to leave a nasty review just on his customer service but I will leave it at this. They put two new tires on my car & forgot to tighten the lug nuts on one. I lost two on the way home. No apology just attitude every time.

Went here for a front end alignment. Got in and out quickly. After I left noticed that my car was still pulling to the right. Called Deans to let them know. They had me bring it back. They drove my car and noticed the same thing. Swapped tires around, no more pull. Quick, nice, and professional.

All I have to do is call ahead of time. Usually, the guys can get me in the shop within 2 hrs. Fast, clean, professional help. They will have you back on the road in no time! Give them a call...

I took my car in for an oil change, new brakes and a tire rotation about 3 months back. Everything went great except for the oil change.One month after my visit, my oil/ check engine light came on. When I had it checked out, my car had almost no oil. It was checked for leaks, but none found. I have done business with them several times in the past and had great experiences, but something definitely went wrong this time. I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. The people are friendly and knowledgeable, but I recommend that you have them to show you your oil levels before and after service.

Reasonably priced. Fast service, usually. Last couple of times I had an oil change, it only took about 20 minutes (maybe less). I usually call prior to showing up because they can get busy.

Great local business. Non ethanol gas and a reasonable price. Theyve added a credit card machine and now you can fill-up 24 hours a day.

I used the self serve at the Dean Oil complex in PV. It is in an industrial area, (so dont expect great curb-side appeal) but the folks are friendly, but not bubbly (thats fine with me). Offers good no-alcohol fuel. They do have a full selection of fuels available at the pump. You pump, you pay inside. It isnt a quick in and out, but not bad. .. no pay at pump at this location.

I just went there and gave them my car with over 100k miles on it for the day, gave them a laundry list of concerns Id accumulated from neglect, and expected to pick it up that night or the following morning with a huge bill. They called a couple of hours later and said it was done. I was shocked, asked if my husband had a chance to call with a request Id forgotten, he said no but was doing it now as we spoke. Id given them the opportunity to find and charge for whatever they wanted, instead they told me the noise I heard could wait before I paid to fix it. My car runs like butter today, so much so the difference was even noticed by my kids. They have my trust and all future business now.
