Best place to go! Very fast and most affordable ive found seriously! They are kind and so helpful.... I can not say a bad word about anything with this place!!!

I am strongly considering reporting Telle Tire to the Better Business Bureau. My sister took the truck down there to get the front end aligned. Telle Tire told her that they couldnt do the alignment because she needed the upper and the lower ball joints replaced and that would cost her 1200 dollars. I am an ASE certified mechanic, so she brought the car to me, and I took a look at it. I visually inspected the ball joints, and checked the tires for play. Outside of some minor dry rot on the upper of the passenger side, I could not see anything wrong with the uppers or lowers they were not leaking, and it was very obvious that the lowers had been replaced recently. I cant fathom why they said that she had to have those ball joints replaced. The boots were not ripped, there was no grease on the boots, there was no excessive play. Everything was fine. What had thrown the alignment off was the lack of a camber kit was causing one tire to wear irregularly. an hour, and an alignment later we were fine. I even attached images of the worst lower, and the worst upper we found.My brother called down and spoke to someone about what we found. The manager was rude and condescending to him because he wasnt a car guy. I dont recommend this company. I know times are lean, and everybody is suffering a little, but trying to take advantage of someone and their lack of knowledge about cars is rude and unprofessional. People deserve honesty. If Telle isnt going to provide that honesty, then you would be better served looking at a different company.

Update: After leaving this review I received a call from Mike at the republic location. Mike apologized and fixed the issues free of charge. While getting these repairs Mike personally came out and shook my hand and sat down and talked with me apologizing again and spent 10 min getting to know one another. Mike and his wife who also works there were very kind and have lots of years in this industry. I will be back and would recommend to a friend.Went in for an inspection, normal $12. Brought in our 3rd vehicle 2009 Honda Civic hybrid, front high beam was out, 3rd tail light was out, wanted to charge me 150 dollars to replace them, when I can do it myself for $20 at the auto parts store. I had been going to Goodyear in this location for 10 years spending thousands on my 3 vehicles. Telle Tire just took over and they have lost my business.

This is my second time visiting the store but this time under a new ownership is telly tires. Both experiences was great. I appreciate the new rewards program incentives that they have now. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and most of all the shuttle right to and from the store. Also library honorable toward their customers and making sure that you get the utmost service and experience from them. I truly appreciate this crew. I have recommended people to telle the tires here in Springfield

So great to find Telle Tire as we drive from Michigan to the west. They straightened out our confused tire sensors, filled our tires and got us right back on the road, no charge. ❤ 💙

My car showed I had a low tire and my regular tire place was super busy. I stopped at Telle Tire and they got me right in. Turns out I had 3 tires with nails in them (probably from construction in my apartment complex). They patched the tires and didn’t charge me a thing. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and treated so kindly in the whole process. I will definitely be back.

While traveling from GA to WY, pulling a camper, it got a flat tire. We drove probably about 2 hours before someone let us know the camper tire was low. I Google tire services near our location and Telle Tire and Auto popped up. I called and spoke to the manager and he told us to come right on and he would see what he could do. We had the spare tire and tools to change the flat tire with all the sockets except the one we needed, of course. Well we showed up and Telle Tire fixed us right up! Professional, friendly service for us out of town! Would definitely recommend

I am so thankful for Telle Tire! After getting ready to head to work after a long holiday weekend, I noticed I had a flat tire. I called Telle Tire and they were able to get me in on the same day, just a few hours after I called. The customer service was amazing, and Blake and Al (I believe those were their names, I’m terrible with names though) were so kind to me while I waited. After about 20 minutes, my tire was patched up and I was on my way. Telle Tire will be first choice for any future issues I may have!

They have improved greatly with new management. Do your due diligence with any new auto shop and try to get multiple opinions or at least Google their diagnosis to see if it adds up. These guys were very nice and honest. Im grateful.

They halfway know what they’re doing I went in for alignment they told me the ball joint also needed replaced cost $323 for the ball joint and a “halfway somewhat ok” alignment. In the process of replacing the ball joint they broke the tone ring in my wheel bearing causing a abs light to turn on. I left went and went to O’Reilly’s spent $122 on a new wheel bearing and had to put it on myself in order to fix the ABS light and traction control a issue that they caused by breaking the tone ring while replacing the ball joint. They also lied or didn’t know the difference and showed me some random rusted circular piece of metal and told me it was the tone ring, I tried telling them that that wasn’t what that was. After replacing the wheel bearing I took the old hub assembly up there to show them the cracked tone ring but they didn’t want to hear it. I could have replaced the ball joint myself but was trying to save myself the hassle but it ended up costing me more time, money and hassle in the end.

Mike and Toby went above and beyond expectations. The service was excellent and the work was professional. I highly recommend taking your car care to them. Everyone was very nice and courteous.

I came in for an alignment and balance of tires on a newly acquired used vehicle. To where I also recieved a courtesy check for any other corrections that may need immediate attention. I can tell the alignment and balance were an issue they did have corrected. My steering is much tighter and controllable.

Got me in for alignment in a day. Every other shop would have put me out 72 hours. Friendly and efficient

They were great...I had accidentally made an appt. at a different location. And once the man that was in front helped me figure out that I was at the wrong place, he was quick to let me know that they could still help me there. Also my tire was in terrible shape so they brought me back there and showed me how bad it was. Plus they were quick and friendly.

I had a flat tire at 5:30 on a Saturday night (they close at 6). These guys worked me in quick and were able to find the problem that night. I ended up getting new tires, but I was pleased with the service provided, so it was worth it.

Never ever again. After I post my review the own contact me and ask if he could correct the problem I told him that there was a way that he could but havent heard from him since. For all of yawl that receive good service from jbc tire I am happy for u all I just wish my experience could have been the same

So disappointed in this auto shop. They didn’t fix my vehicle but charged for taking a look at it. We explained the problems and they wanted to charge us $1100 for things that were still working. They smoked in my car and I don’t even smoke so that has made my pristine clean car stink. Had another location fix our thermostat the week before and this location did something to the heating because now it doesn’t work correctly. Stay away from this location.

I had an appointment set up for 3 p.m. on October 7, 2020 to install tires on my vehicle. I arrived a few minutes before 3 p.m. Immediately upon entering JBC Tire Complete Auto Care on Kearney St, I noticed the employee behind the counter was not wearing any type of face covering which shocked me as the city of Springfield has a mandatory mask requirement in effect until January 9, 2021. An employee from outside who came in to talk to the employee behind the counter was also not wearing a mask. They were also no more than a foot or two a part while talking to each other. At this time, I was the only customer there. I asked how long it would take before it is finished. He told me the two employees outside were not doing anything else and it should not take too long. I said okay and sat down at a table in the waiting area.They finally pull my vehicle into the bay fifteen minutes later. Atleast four other walk in customers came in while I was sitting there. They kept taking them in. Meanwhile, I kept patiently waiting for my vehicle to be finished. My vehicle was finally finished at 4:45 p.m. It took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to install four tires on my vehicle even though I had an appointment and was originally the only customer there. It should not have taken as long as it did. I can only assume they stopped working on my vehicle at times and worked on the other customers vehicles since they were higher profit repairs as my tires and labor were already prepaid since I had ordered them on the Goodyear website. I will never return to JBC Tire Complete Auto Care and do not recommend them.

Extremely poor customer service. No one inside or out wearing a masks, including manager. Wanted $53.99 to do a simple tire rotation. I declined and drove half a mile and got it done for $20.00. Another money hungry trap that trys to sell u everything u dont need. Stay away.

Absolute worst tire shop in Springfield. Have made two appointments for work to get done to my truck and both times they were closed when I got there. Even called the day before to confirm my last appointment because of what happened the first time.

JBC on W. Kearney always takes great care of my husband and I. They offer quick and reliable services, and their rates beat many of the competitors in the area. We have had bad experiences with other JBC locations, but this location goes above and beyond. Thanks guys!

Used to be a good place, I had bought tires there many times. But this time was terrible. My truck needed new tire sensors and they did not tell me that was why the light was on when they installed my new tires, so I went to the dealer and bought new tire sensors, thought they would put them on for me. I offered to pay to have them put them in and they refused. Will never recommend them to anyone ever again. Also they do not price match tires like they advertise.

Ok for basic service, open on Sundays, usually provides same day service. We went to JBC because of the Sunday service. Their prices are higher than average for mechanical repairs but ok for Sunday service. We took two different cars in for brake repairs. Both vehicles continued to have issues after repairs were made. I talked to the mechanic and determined that it would not make economic sense to replace the part he suspected to be the problem on the first vehicle. The next vehicle was brought in repeatedly for air in the brake lines and we spent over $1000 before we went down the street where they fixed the problem in two hours with a $230 caliper replacement.

Eric,Mike and Tyler were some of the most professional technicians I have ever worked with.They stayed after hours do to unforseen problems with no complaints. Definitely will repeat business with them.

Daughter bought a car and she knew she was going to need tires so we literally went right down the street and JBC was the first tire shop we saw and pulled in. Went in and George greeted us and being later in the day he said no problem we will get it done ASAP and check alignment for you. We where also talking about a small leak oil leak and figured it was a oil pressure sensor and he said hey I can take care of that real quick if you want me too. While doing the alignment they found the tie rods where bad and for a very reasonable price they got it done right then as well. Daughter knew she was going to have to fix these small issues and for a very reasonable price George and JBC got it done last minute and was great. Highly recommend their services. There was no pressure and George was very honest. Assured that if we had any problems to make sure we called and they would make sure they would take care of it.

I received excellent service at JBC Tire yesterday. They had the tables spaced at least 10 feet apart in the waiting room to protect customers from the invisible virus. The wait wasnt long and I feel very comfortable taking my car there for service and will continue to have my oil changed there. Also, they are welcoming and friendly.

This is the worse place to get your oil changed. My husband and i both got ours done last week. They over filled my oil so i had to smell it for days! Then on my husbands truck.they didnt put the oil filter back in right. It started leaking oil. I will never do business of any kind at this place again! A monkey could of done a better job!

I had some concerns about my battery, as well as having an issue with my tire. They fixed the tire and did a courtesy check on my charging system, they explained everything in detail, and I felt very comfortable driving off the lot today. Please come here if you want the best service! My concerns were their concerns, I will definitely be coming back when my car needs service again!
