They found the problem in only a couple of minutes. It was explained in a way I was able to understand. I had a defective brand new battery. I was able to take it to the store where I bought the battery and was able to use the knowledge that Mc Quinn Auto gave me to get the store to replace my battery. Ill definitely be going back to Mc Quinn Auto in the future. They won my trust.
