Its not often that you experience such good service you feel compelled to write a review. Jeff was incredibly nice and helpful. There was no run around, I had filled out a quote form online so he was able to pull up the ticket and have everything ready to go within minutes. Excellent service, excellent staff, great tires.

The day before my service, I walked in and asked them to help me out. My tire was loosing air quicker than the others and my sensors were reading the wrong tire. They had me pull up to a bay. They then checked each tire, aired them up, reset my sensors on my car and suggested I come back at my earliest convenience so they could take a look at it. (No charge for what they did that day).Todays unscheduled service was quicker than I expected it to be. Front desk individuals were super friendly and helpful, even though I was clueless to what actually needed to happen.Thank you!

They were very helpful to get my truck in and take care of the issue. I actually needed new Lugnuts that were malformed from service at a different business. I was in and out in a relatively short time and I’m very happy with service. I will go back.

I walked in mid-afternoon to purchase a set of tires. I had already called to inquire about price etc... in less than an hour I was out the door riding on some 70,000 mile tires. Kudos! Im from out of town but plan to move to Springfield soon. Ill definitely use this location for other services and recommend them to whoevers looking for a place to get tires and service. A couple weeks ago, I had two new tires placed on the front of my car. All of my tires were garbage, but I told them I was doing 2 for now and to put the best 2 of my old ones on the back. I said the front right one is shot, but out of the other 3, pick the best 2. (My front right had a very fast leak. If I tried to air up my tires, it was the only one that would immediately leak out the stem. It was obviously the flattest one, but even if it wasnt obvious, I did say it was the worst.)I dont drive the car daily, but today I noticed my back left tire was very low, so I aired it up to find it started leaking out the stem. Granted, all the tires were bad, so its possible this stem started leaking in the past 2 weeks, but that would be more of a coincidence than if the store put the front right tire on the back by mistake. It may have even been one of the better ones for tread, but again, when they aired it up it would have leaked and either way, I explicitly stated not to use it.The service was friendly and very fast, and maybe the issue is happenstance, but I feel like Im gaslighting myself to actually believe that.

I went to plaza tire because I couldn’t get the caps off my tires to put air in them, as they had corroded to the actual air thing itself. They were beyond professional and went out of their way to make sure I was back on the road in no time!! Pierce was extremely professional and explained the whole process in a way that made everything very transparent and easy!! Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend them!!

Very pleased. Had to have brakes checked on my daughters car. They were super busy but hardworking mechanics. Turns out the brakes were fine. They were honest and didn’t try to sell me new brakes. Also reset her oil light which another place had forgotten to do. Normally would been $19.99 but didn’t charge me bc I had to wait a bit. Recommend this place.

This was my first time getting tires as a “grown up” and they were extremely helpful in recommending the tires that would work best while not pushing the most expensive set. As well as they were extremely kind and very knowledgeable about their product. Fantastic place and will definitely not be going anywhere else for tires in the future.

Plaza Tire Service was great! I called around and they had the best price for the tires I was looking for and they include free tire rotation anytime. They didn’t try to add in extra services or extra warranties like the other places I called which is a plus to me. They had the tires in stock and I dropped my truck off without an appointment and had it back in about an hour and a half. They were super friendly as well!

They are a great team of guys. I went to firestone two different times bought two different sets of tires and they still did not fix my issue. It seemed as if they could not resolve my issue because their unwillingness to listen. I went to Plaza tire service as my last resort and Daniel and Justin listened to me and my concerns and Justin was able to fix my car and even showed me what was going on. I will not go back to firestone. Next time I have an issue, I will go back to plaza to see Justin and Daniel again for sure. Top notch honest guys.

Pierce and Daniel are both super helpful and didn’t try to mansplain anything to me if I didn’t ask for additional info. They were able to do more than I’d even scheduled without any additional wait time. We chose this place because of its proximity to work but we will return based on this experience.

These people are amazing! We’re traveling through Missouri from Nebraska. Got the tires rotated before we left, but van started getting shaky. We pulled in to see if they could check the lug nuts for us, which a guy gladly did, in 96* humid, hot heat, and didn’t charge a thing! Still don’t know what’s wrong, but I know a tire won’t fall off!! Thank you!!!

Plaza Tire took me in as a walk-in customer and put 4 new tires on my car, an oil change, and even showed me my air filter and changed that for me. They did not stock the oil I preferred or my oil filter and yet they had both delivered in a short amount of time while I waited. I am writing this review about an experience I had in March of this year.I brought my vehicle in to get four new tires and spent over $1,000 on the tires and vehicle servicing. After the tires were replaced, and as soon as I pulled away from the shop, I noticed that one of the wheels was making a noise that was not present before the tires were changed.I called the store the next day and brought my vehicle back in for them to check out the problem. Instead of giving it any priority, they kept my vehicle for three days. Apparently they were working it in around their other work.To make matters worse, at the end of the three days, they could not fix the problem and did not know what the cause was. They suggested it was the CV axle and to take it to a mechanic.I took it to a mechanic who had the problem diagnosed and fixed in, literally, two hours. The problem was that the parking brake needed to be adjusted back to the correct position. It was moved out of position when the tire was changed. $176.80 later and the problem, caused by Plaza, was fixed.Some things can be excused, but holding a customers car for three days and then not even being able to diagnose the issue cannot.

Staff was amazing, very kind and attentive to my needs. And the tires were a great price too!! They definitely have a customer for life.

I had scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time for an alignment the mechanic was a no show. Unfortunately, I was heading to KC that day and was in need of the alignment.They were able to rotate my tires that was great. I thought he might give me a pass on the charge for rotating the tires as a customer incontinence, to bad for me.

I can genuinely say that Plaza Tire Service on Sunshine has continually provided the best car repair/maintenance experience that I’ve ever encountered. My car has needed a decent amount of work in the past 6 months, and they have made the process as painless as possible. You will simply not find superior service or better prices. As someone who isn’t knowledgeable about cars, I have dealt with countless other establishments trying to sell me things I don’t need, and providing overpriced quotes. But at Plaza Tire Service, they have never taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, and they always explain things in a simple way I can understand. One time, in an attempt to repair some extreme damage to my alignment, they did some work, but found that the installs did not substantially help the problem. They immediately notified me, uninstalled the kits, and didn’t charge me for a thing. Just wanted to leave this review so that other people (like me) can know that this is a place you can feel comfortable and be treated with respect.

Fast, courteous service. Went in for state vehicle inspection with no appointment. Only took about an hour (with inspector gone to lunch and 2 people in front of me). They dont rip you off and up-charge on state inspection like others do.

Great service n honest management i will come back when needed.

Can’t help but leave here a bit disappointed each time. Had 4 tires mounted and balanced and a 4 wheel alignment done. After picking it up I noticed they did not align the steering wheel well during alignment and it drove straight but with the wheel turned about 5 degrees to the left, which I returned and they fixed but still disappointing. Also their steering wheel clamp marred up the leather on the bottom of my newer vehicle’s steering wheel, maybe they need to use a cloth or something so it won’t tear them up. Also after reviewing my paperwork they marked my mileage in the system as 45,000 miles higher than my car has on it so now I’ll have a mileage discrepancy if I ever go to sell it.

Have always received good and quick service at Plaza Tire on E Sunshine in Spfd, MO.

The check-in process was slow, but understandable. Once I got to the counter, they didnt have my appointment set, which I had made online Thursday afternoon. The guy was nice about it, they got my vehicle right in. I had asked them for an oil change, fluid check and to check a code for the check engine light that had come on.A tech pulled it in a bay, had it there about 5 minutes, backed out-of that bay and then into another one. My truck was done in about 20 minutes, I watched the tech park my truck and never heard anything else. About 10-15 minutes later, I went up to the counter. The first guy was gone, replaced by two younger guys. One asked what vehicle, no greeting, told him, the other guy pushed the paperwork to him and the first guy tossed my keys on the table. Nothing about what they did, what they found out. He rang it up and $230.14 popped up in the CC machine. I told him that that was not what was quoted, he looked at it and said, oh, I hit the wrong code. Rang it up again with the right price, still nothing about the code for the engine light, handed me my paperwork and called for the next person. Nothing was on the paperwork about checking the code. I went out to my truck. The tech had left the windows down, 35° in February, and left the paper in the floor over the floor mat.I have to say, I was very less than impressed. I will to elsewhere next time.

I dont normally write reviews but I felt like they really deserved it. Without realizing that they close at 430 on Saturday I called with a screw in my tire. They got me right in and stayed late to get a new tire on. I didnt even realize they were working past closing until I left. Really appreciative of it. They were really nice and knew their stuff. Definitely going back.

Not only did we take the car in for a state inspection but we even got confirmation that they didnt actually inspect the vehicle.Within 5,000 miles before the state inspection we serviced our brakes at Firestone. Plaza Tire told us that our brakes were bad needing serviced again so we took the car in for a free brake inspection at Firestone where they even walked us back and showed us that the brakes were still green (good).In my experiences with this place they have done nothing but lie and try to tell you that you need a service that you definitely do not need especially if you JUST serviced it. I do not recommend this place to anyone if you can avoid it.

First time to Plaza Tires and had great customer service efficient and fast. Definitely would recommend and return for more services.

Today, I needed a simply inspection. I arrived at 7:50am and was told it would take 1 hour/1.5 hours max. I returned at 9:15 and my car had not moved. I asked if it was done and the guy just said we will get to it when we can. At 9:30 it was still not done (meanwhile other cars that were not there when I arrived over 1.5 hours earlier were being pulled into for work). I asked for keys so I could leave. No apology, no comments at all.

I came into Plaza Tire tonight about an hour before close. They were down some employees because it was the end of their hours but the staff ensured me that they would receive and install my replacement battery by tonight. I ended up hanging around b/c mt information wasnt grabbed immediately but that kinda showed me how hard they were working.I only saw three working there by the time I left (just about an hour later). They were friendly enough to say hello or give me a head nod, as well as maintained social distancing, and gave me informative options for what would work best for my car. Definitely a supportive company that Id put my car in care of again.

I had a very nice experience first time on my own to purchase tires (I am 59 ) anyway they listened to what I wanted - ( 4 Tires, Oil Change, and one old tire on spare ) they were not pushing for extra services or different tires which would be little more expensive ya know I appreciated that . They were all very nice they keep there shop pretty clean, and they respected my property I can tell they take pride in what they do, I like that - they will see me again. Quality service done quick & a friendly atmosphere. They close at 4:30 pm and I called around 2:45 pm on a Saturday. They said it would be no problem to get 2 new tires on my car, & thats exactly what happened. I appreciate those in the service industry that still make customer feel welcome even though society as a whole is rude and unpleasant more often than not.

I went in for new tires, was told my tires had good tread and I set up appointment for brake check expecting bad news. Turned out brakes were good but upon further inspection of my tires they needed replacement or would continue to drive rough and potentially be unsafe on icy road conditions. So got new tires and alignment. My car is safe now and riding great.

I visited Plaza Tire Services after having a flat tire, and putting on a spare one. I went to see if they could patch it up. They fixed my tire and told me that it had a small screw in it, which I did not see when the tire went flat. They took off my spare and put my original tire back on, and it performed perfectly from there! It took only 15 minutes and it cost only $20! If anyone is looking for a place to fix a flat tire, Plaza Tire Service would be a great place to go to!
