I used their online order system to order my plate set. The order came in fast but one of the plates was broken. I contacted customer service and I spoke with Kaitlyn. She gave me 2 options. Either a [option 1] $9 credit or [option 2] her to contact the manufacturer since they didnt have the plate in their warehouse. I chose option 2. For the next week she kept me updated on her search on finding a replacement plate. Then I got her message that she found my plate and its gonna get wrapped like a baby. Well, it arrived all right. In 12 layers! Now my plates are all nice and together. Thanks Kaitlyn. The Best Customer Service :)

I just received my second order from Everything Kitchens, and while I never write reviews, I had to. This place is GREAT!!! Very fast, and the items ordered, Mason Cash mixing bowls were a great price and wrapped so well they could have been mishandled and still arrive perfect. This is my new go to place for kitchen stuff!

We ordered from Amazon and this company was the third party who sold and sent us our item. Well the package was lost and during communications we requested to have a replacement sent to us and were told to make it easier on customer so they do not have to send original order back they like to wait or refund money. Terrible customer service and 100% will not refer them to anyone else.

ZERO stars is too good for Everything Kitchens!Worst company to order from. Their website glitched during checkout and I was sent the wrong item. No big deal, I thought once I let them know they would fix the mistake.... What was I thinking!IF you think they will own up to a mistake by their own website: think again! Here is where the fun begins: do NOT even try to return an item back to them, the charges they add to return an item (unopened/ within 1 week of purchase!)... you would be better off keeping it! I called this company with a problem in reference to getting credit through a promotional. I understand that this was out of their hands but I wanted to let them know of my experience. The representative for Everything Kitchens listened, and was appollojetic. She stated she would advise her manager after listening to my concerns. To move on with my experience, I asked if I could go ahead and order a product from them. Still the representative continued to have a first class attitude and assisted me with my order. My order arrived on scheduled and in great condition. Rebate form in the top of the box and not a wrinkle. Bottom line, the customer service was amazing. LOVE LOVE LOVE Everything Kitchens. I received a package with Dishes in it that had been crushed by UPS. I just knew that they were all destroyed before opening the box that was clearly marked GLASS several times. Much to my surprise when I opened it it was all wrapped so well that I didnt have one piece out of nine that was damaged. This is just another great experience I have had with Everything Kitchens!!! This company definitely knows how to treat their customers. I recently ordered a Norpro Multi Grater and Zester and it came in defective. I notified them and they were amazing to work with. They shipped a new one, but not before checking it thoroughly. It arrived so quickly and I love it. Again, this company definitely understands that a happy customer will be a loyal customer.

I purchased the Kitchen Aid Mixer for Christmas gift. It arrived very quickly as promised and the price was excellent. Because some of the reviews I read stated their mixer was scratched or damaged I opened the box immediately upon arrival. The mixer was in the manufacturers original box properly packed in foam so I am wondering why other customers are blaming Everything Kitchens for a damaged unit. Seems that would be a Kitchen Aid Manufacturer issue. Have not used the unit at this point but if it is faulty in any way I am thinking thats a manufacturers warranty issue. So as far as Everything Kitchens; I feel they did a good job, price and delivery were spot on.

False advertising!! NO free shipping.AFTER you give them your email address, they will tell you shipping is $41 (for a $88 blender pitcher!).it says on their page free shipping but the cheapest they offer is obscene. Frustrated they have my email address.

I bought a coffee maker from this company. They claim to have a comprehensive price match policy--not so. They consider sales tax as a fee and add to the final price of their competitors price. In California, we are required to pay sales tax--even if the company is outside of California and doesnt initially charge sales tax. Their representatives became rude and wouldnt comprehend that they needed to add sales tax to their final price to compare apples to apples.Very frustrating...bad customer service as they did not respond to several emails and price match requests. I had to call to resolve this. At this point, I wish I had just cancelled the order and given my business to Best Buy. Buyer be aware!

This place has an unprofessional customer service and rude from beginning to end of conversation. They list on their website free 3-day shipping for members so I placed an order for a kitchenaid mixer. However, on the order confirmation, it was more like 5 day shipping, not counting the day it was ordered. So when I mentioned this to the rep, he said that its not 3-day shipping for CA and its explained on the bottom of the page. Only certain states are 3 day shipping guaranteed and when I complained about it he said that its a gimmick. yeah, its the exact word he used. He had a plenty of chances to apologize but never did and spoke as if there is nothing wrong with their business ethics.To sum it up, they are unprofessional, rude, and puts misleading, false advertisement. Be aware.

My husband surprised me with the purchase of a KitchenAid stand mixer for Christmas. He made the purchase online, November 27, with the simultaneous assistance of customer service, as he had no working knowledge of kitchen appliances, other than the consumption of what they create. The mixer arrive at our home on December 1. wow! that was quick. Mixer exceeds all of my expectations. The only minor speed-bump was the wrong flex-beater was ordered. I called customer service this morning and Rick at customer service was able to send out the correct beater. This kind of responsiveness is rare these days. As consumers we are quick to condemn and slow to compliment, not me! I really appreciate a company that shows its appreciation for their customers. Everything Kitchens was not only the low price leader, they are the customer service Yodas! I will be doing business with them again, ...often.

Horrible return policy.If you buy anything and don’t feel it is the right one,don’t bother returning it, get stuck with it. They give you 30 days return, within those 30 days, they expect the item not to be tested,for instant I bought a Bosch mixer, run it once and it didn’t hold a small batch, so I thought I’d opt for a smaller appliance,this was only the 1st try and the item wasn’t my liking, but because of this they wouldn’t take it back-this was 3 days after it was delivered. They don’t even pay return shipping!,they tell you to use insured return shipping!bad,bad,bad.

We went in just browing for gift ideas, and boy did we get plenty! They have so many gadgets and cookware essentials in the store. I was really fond of all the baking items and accessories. The staff greated us upon entry and were very friendly, but left alone to browse.

FRAUDULANT ADVERTISING!!! After doing tons of research on a product my husband had wanted for while, I decided to purchase the product from Everything Kitchen because the price was good after their advertised mail in rebate deal on that specific product! They even itemized it on my receipt how much rebate i will be getting, plus they mailed me the coupon for the rebate with the product. But, when i mailed in the coupon along with itemized receipt, and proof of purchase for that product advertized for that mail in rebate, guess what??? Everything Kitchen said the product didnt qualify for the rebate. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! Product works great...will never buy from this place ever again!!!

Everyone should be away from this company. They charge you re-stocking fee on an un-open, new in the box item and YOU self-paid for the shipping too. This company would try to favor themselves and make the return not feasible to customers. Even they look like a few dollar cheaper then other places, it isnt the true story at the end. They would charge you even more later.

Ordered a pitcher for a water distiller online. Never received an order confirmation, and definitely did not receive a back order notification. Ordered through another company, as 5 weeks later, the product arrives, after we had received the product from a different seller.Upon letting them know we received the product, we were then charged for the product, as they didnt realize that they sent it to us. They refused to pay for the return shipping, and charged me a restocking fee.Worst experience ever, trying to do the right thing.
