Has good furniture. Ive bought a couple beds and a couch/love seat set. Not sure if its just the brand of couch or not, but the wood on the inside busted the first 2 months I got it so its unusable and a waste of money. Other than that the beds are pretty nice and comfy

My couch broke within 2 weeks of purchase. I asked to return it and was told no I had to have a repair company come out to say it was broke. That took over 3-4 to get going then COVID 19 stopped it. I was the one in constant contact with the repair company. I had to tell him to restart my request it took me 2 times calling asking and starting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau before it was started. The owner also threatened me that if I posted bad reviews about his store he wouldn’t help me. Well guess what I stayed quiet for months trying to get it fixed and he still wasn’t any help.

This was second time I purchased from here. First time I had no problem. This time we needed smaller recliners so we decided to go back here. Found recliners, they were delivered and they tore one. So I had to call and find out when there were going to replace it. It was replaced. Had these recliners for less than 2 weeks and the one recliner is falling apart. Called and he said he would call me later that day and decide what he was going to do. Never heard from them. We left this morning for vacation. Will not go back there as they don’t stand behind their furniture.

Bought a two piece sectional from E. Main St.Furniture Outlet and I was very pleased with the salespeople who helped me. They took time to show me other sectionals he had in their warehouse. The delivery men were very nice, professional and they cleaned up after ward ( furniture packing,cardboard, etc) Nice experience all the way around

Helped me navigate thru their selections to help me find what would be suitable for me and my family! They do offer same day delivery along with financing options. Unfortunately i got there close to closing so I wasnt able to recieve same day delivery option, but they did stay after hours to help me was friendly and kind the whole time! Bought a couch that was suppose to be leather and within 6 months it was getting tears in it. I am the only one that sits on it and have no animals that get on it. This couch is a 600.00 dollar piece of junk!!!

Couch was broke the day they delivered it. I told him I didnt want the showroom floor demo and thats what he gave me. The repair person showed up and said it wasnt broke, when you recline the one side thats broke it drops on one side.
