I had placed an online grocery order for pick up because my baby was very sick and didn’t want to take her through the whole store. When I got my order home, the bananas were in awful condition, black, had split open and almost rotten. The pork roast had a hole in the packaging and had clearly been that way for a while. It had leaked all over my other groceries and my trunk. I called and spoke to the manager of the online order department and she was amazing. She was so kind and understanding. She replaced my whole order, had it delivered to my home, and even included cleaning solution to clean my car. The 5 stars is for her! I wish I had caught her name, but she was wonderful!

Store is fine as long as you do your own shopping. They are so bad at fulfilling online orders it is wild. What’s the point of allowing substitutions if you guys don’t even bother following them? You’re seriously out of pizza and vinegar in the entire store? Also don’t do an online order more than a night in advance. They leave your groceries outside in storage and items that shouldn’t be frozen like eggs will crack open and ruin several bags of groceries. What is the point in doing an online order if I’m going to have to make multiple trips anyway?

Solid place- Decent organic choices. Lots of gluten-free options. Not a lot of International items. GMO-free chicken for good prices.

Yes another fine job that I did resetting yogurt Ive never seen so much yogurt in my life Chobani anyways the people there are so very nice and is a very clean store thats pretty big store really really nice protein better now since I reset it

I love this store, especially the layout. I purchased quite a bit of seafood and the counter help was very personable and accommodating. They found me in the store to suggest a different brand of frozen shrimp that were bigger and tastier. #greatupsell

Clean which is great. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. Found quite a few bargains. Enjoyed the breakfast bread from the bakery. Some items were a bit overpriced but we did have more of a selection.

I was so excited to see they carried Cathedral City British cheese! Lived in England and being back in the US I have missed this lovely cheese. I bought all that they had in stock.

I have yet to find a Hyvee that isnt spotless clean, fully stocked, and easy to navigate. Their prices tend to run a little bit higher on some items, as opposed to their competition. However Hyvee also offers more options than any other grocer. I dont do all my grocery shopping here. But when I do, its always a pleasant experience. I would also like to give a shout out to the pharmacy! They are always SWAMPED! However the staff is kind as can be. I only us their pharmacy above all others.

At first, I had fun looking around at the fun layout and interesting selection. But I quickly realized the prices were absolutely RIDICULOUS. I could get most of the same exact items anywhere else in town for half the price, so why would I choose to pay double? I also noticed old, disgusting looking riced cauliflower and a bag of rotten potatoes in the produce section. Keep your overpriced rotten potatoes, thanks. Also, $5 for a single rice krispie treat? For real? You better keep those too. Your stuff is not special enough to charge that much. The only reason I didnt leave 1 instead of 2 stars is that the bakery is very nice with a huge selection of fresh breads. I will give them that.

5-Star on their smoked rack of ribs. I realize ribs and sauces are a personal taste. These are cooked in a smoker. There were a few to choose from with some slightly blackened/browned or regular. Minimal fat with lots of meat on the bone. Sauce was not too sweet and had a slight tang to it. It was one of the best ribs I have had at $19.95 a rack.

My go-to grocery store. Hard to beat. Very clean, polite workers. Great selection. Great produce!

Their bakery is excellent. Great breads and diverse pastries. You can find unusual products not available in other stores. The health market has a great selection of supplements and herbal supplements. But, the restrooms are horrific. They need to increase the maintenance and attention to cleanliness and making sure they are stocked with toilet paper and paper towels.

HyVee is hands down the best grocery store Ive ever shopped at. The service is top notch. It offers a wide range of culinary products. The deli, bakery, seafood and butcher sections are top notch. They offer restaurants inside the store as well. If I cant find what Im looking for at my local store, I can usually find it at HyVee.

Most expensive grocery store in town, and theyve been steadily removing all the reasons to go there that once made it worth the extra cost. No more hummus bar, bulk foods section barely exists now, diminished prepared foods section with lower quality and variety, lower customer service standards, etc.Their gas station does, however, have the only free tire air in town now.

Its a really nice, modern store with lots of unique products. Its usually not too crowded and checkout is easy. It has a weird layout though.

We will give them one more try. I ordered side salad with vinaigrette salad dressing, a well done Juicy Lucy, on a gluten free bun. My husband ordered a medium well Juicy Lucy on a regular bum with Deluxe Mac and cheese. We got the burgers on the wrong buns, the salad was the Greek salad, and the mac and cheese was cold. They offered to make a to go order. No, you got our order wrong the 1st time, we are not going to trust you to make a to go order for us. It took them 20 minutes to figure out how to refund our purchase. They need more training. Weve worked in restaurants all of our lives. This was totally wrong. But we will give them another try, because right now everybodys working short handed. The cook was actually on his 3rd day of training, but the kitchen manager had been there for awhile and should have known better.

I love the fish department. It is always so fresh. Also the service is great. I am also impressed with the meat market. The quality is great and so is the service.

Love Hy-vee have lots of different foods that other stores dont have employees are helpful and friendly nice clean place.

I am a disabled senior and I have a link card one peaple that shop for me had trouble with my card they said it was declined she put everything back... When she came home I checked my card and it took the 80$ off my card so I called and was told it didnt take anything off my card and hung y on me twice finely I talked to her boss Jammie and he fixed it And delivered my food but there was a 5_$ item they didnt no what it was and I was going to get a credit for it on my card well that didnt happen so if you can shop somewhere else I would

Actually was at Hy-Vee gas station. Great station, they still have 91 octane no ethanol fuel. Great fuel for carburated engines ...only fuel my 30 year old motorcycle runs well on. Kinda pricey but great fuel.Thank you Hy-Vee and please keep this fuel.

Nearly everything is overpriced in comparison to Walmart although the meat, deli and bakery departments are far superior in quality & selection. They also carry my favorite Ben & Jerrys flavor 😋

Great place to charge your EV! Great food selection to get a quick bite or just to grocery shop. Theyre the only grocery store with EV charging in town...and its free! Theyve got my business when both me and my car need a top off.

Always love to stop for dinner at their Chinese area. Food was great. Service was excellent. Prices are wonderful. Had a special for their Meal for 4 that included extra food and dessert and drink. Wonderful bargain for $25.

I was looking for gluten free baked desserts, so I went to the bakery case. The ONLY option was a macaron. Its so disappointing to see the 75 or so delicious looking options there for everyone else, but only 1 for me. I was told to go to the area of the store where the gluten free items are...not fresh baked goods. The baker who helped me was not especially friendly either. I eventually found some fresh baked gluten free items at the Apple Barn in Chatham.

Great place to spend your bread on bread. Or dough on dough. Green for greens. Your roll on rolls, cake for cake, cabbage for cheese, or cheddar for that matter.

The store has a lot of unique items. Little pricy for me. The bartender at the restaurant was rude! Alister I think was his name. Would rather flirt with under age girls then tend to customers. I hear him yell at another employee and that was enough for me. I wont shop there again.

Not a discount grocery chain so top notch service and freshness are expected and delivered. I didnt try the wahlburger but I can personally vouch for the fantastic quality of their sushi. I was there at 1pm and had the guy make me 3 fresh rolls and I took a couple from the cooler that were made already and that were all phenomenal. The seafood was the freshest Ive ever had in this town and while the sushi guy didnt speak good English his skills are impressive

I would give a 4 stars but the quality of their product is really good, the only thing I would complain is that some items are a little pricey when you compare to similar stores.

There is no high end organic grocery store in Springfield but Hyvee comes close. Positives: Pharmacy is great, beer and wine selection is good, some high end dried and frozen goods can be found most of the time. Cheese selection is decent, Pet supplies, too. However, I am always very disappointed at their meat department and groceries. A lot of things just don’t look fresh.

Very well stocked with a variety of good products and a friendly staff that are helpful.

Last few visits the shelves are empty of what I went there for. Used to be no lines at checkout and if lines started to form management would get more opened. But again last few visits only a couple of lanes open and management does not try to open another lane. Cashier last night very unfriendly, had little to no interest in doing job and couldnt wait to get us out of her line so she could get on her phone. While on the clock they should have no access to their phone. Looking to find a new grocery store in town.

This review is strictly regarding floral services at this location. I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to my mother on Mothers Day and, instead, they delivered a mediocre arrangement TWO DAYS after Mothers Day. No one called me. No one apologized for the error. I was not offered any credit for my $100+ order. Rather, I learned about the mistake from my disappointed mother and left Hy-Vee a voicemail. I get that sometimes orders can slip through the cracks but the way this error was handled was simply unacceptable.

I was talking to someone and I was telling him that I was looking for something good for dinner but didnt know what they told me to go to Habib and check out their kabobs I did and I bought two I havent fixed them yet but Im going to they look delicious that is a very nice store

Great store, great variety and very nice produce selection. Also has gasoline and organic items, plus Caribou Coffee shop.

Hyvee is my go to place for specialty items, particularly their bratwursts and chicken grillers during the summer. Sale prices are great, regular prices can be a bit high.

Employees was very helpful in finding items

Coming from our of town for a funeral at 5pm, I found flowers had not been ordered yet for the service that was 10am the next day. I called Hyvee and they made sure the arrangement was there. It was perfect. Thank you!

Ive shopped at Hy-Vee since they opened. I use their store card. I stopped by today to quickly pick up a couple of items, apples and grapes were on sale. Im hesitant to use self checkout with produce. I also picked up what I thought were two containers of soy milk but they had replaced soy with almond in the same packaging and location. I will replace these somewhere else. I also see self checkout as a way to reduce checkers. I explained to the boss at the time that I found that unacceptable. Middle of the day and there were only two checkers. To top it off the young man bagging put a single item to a bag then double bagged every.single.item. There are options to Hy-Vee.

Several employees available and willing to assist shoppers. Slightly higher prices than other chains but worth the experience. Pharmacy on site. Large well stocked liquor department, separate from common area. Health and beauty has a generous assortment of high quality products and appliances. Some clothing, footwear, perfumes and jewelry available as well. Overall very impressive and comprehensive.
