Had a coupon for $20 off on a $100 purchase, didnt get $100 off of a $103 purchase . Have V.I.P. 10% discount of puchases, didnt get discount. Clerk kept $20 off coupon. Sad thing is, this is third time bass pros V.I.P.discount card hast worked out of three atemps. I rate Bass Pro one star.

I applied for a boat loan nobody called me back about it and when I called the people I talked to were very rude and even the person that said he was the manager gave me a totally different story and basically began blowing smoke up me to cover his own butt I think my money will best spent elsewhere

Animals kept in far too small enclosures, prices well above online and similar stores. Theres clearly a tourist trap tax. The staff is also rude and will actively avoid people that dont fit the look of tourist or bass pro regular I waited for assistance for nearly an hour as employees helped people in the classic camo or cowboy outfits so I took my business elsewhere.

I like the way all the boats gave the price, along with itemized extra features and their cost. Also, they broke down a estimate payment structure. Our salesman was very nice and knew a lot about the boat and its features

The kids loved it. This place is huge, you could spend hours here.

So many things to look at.

I used to work at the Lebanon plant. The welding of certain boats I would not want to buy if I were a customer. Often welds have to be fixed but that is only if they are visible. The bow fishing boats were horrible about this and they got returned to us a lot.

Always a good time here. I normally look in the outlet store first then come on over to the big store.

Nothing like searching for 15 minutes for one item.
