If your looking for the best, look no more. Thunderbird is incredible. The menu is large with tons of great things to try and tons of different options even down the what type of crust you want! In the mood for boardwalk style, thats an option along with many others! I reccomend the speedy Gonzales salad as well. You wont regret trying it

I’ve been ordering from here for a while now through Uber eats. This time was terrible quality and customer service.I ordered a salad with grilled chicken on it. The salad arrived with a red substance on it. Looked like blood. Made a request to Uber to get my money back. I called Thunderbird to see what they would do…they wanted to make a new salad but the way the kids in the background were talking, I didnt feel comfortable that they wouldn’t tamper with a new salad. Hopefully Uber eats will refund me.

Good food all the time never a bad experience even when its busy

I prefer a cheese steak with meat. Not just a roll with a few pieces of steak and onion. Also my brother ordered a hoagie and it was mostly lettuce. Dont waste your money.

Planning a get-together at the (hopeful) end of this pandemic has been a challenge. Finding an individually wrapped option of delicious food to offer our guests was a Godsend. We ordered 3 of the hoagie boxes and were not disappointed! I chose Italian, roasted Turkey and mixed cheese hoagies. All were generously made, carefully wrapped, marked and accompanied by pickles and peppers. They were fresh and delicious! The drive was a little out of my way but TOTALLY worth it.

Quality food severed here no matter when you go. Its been consistent for years. What is more impressive is the way the kitchen and the phones and all the guys and girls work here. If you ever picked up here you noticed the way this place hums. The employees are on top of things and they are a quality staff. If you dont hear it enough you guys and girls are outstanding 👏 thank you.

I can’t say enough great things about Thunderbird in Springfield! The food is delicious and the staff are always polite. The delivery drivers are all very friendly and accommodating! They have my business!

I refuse to ever order from thunderbird pizza ever again. I frequently order from this place and they just don’t care on how long they take with delivery. Today was my breaking point. It’s been an hour and a half and I orders a salad and French fries. Never again. Taking my business elsewhere. Anywhere.

It’s June 3rd, 2021 7pm and I ordered delivery to my Victoria secret store in Springfield mall like we usually do and never had a problem but this delivery driver refused to bring my food inside the mall this time. Hopefully he’s reprimanded for this because I had to leave my store and had to find him outside as well. Lost my service

Very busy place, especially on weekends. Pizza was pretty decent. A bit on the pricey side. They did not offer any pizza/wing specials, which was kind of disappointing. You should definitely anticipate a wait any time after 4pm daily. Best to call and order ahead, which will take about 30/40 minutes. They are fully staffed, and despite the craziness, looked pretty organized.

I was excited when I saw how many unique items Thunderbird II Pizza had on their menu. I ordered the Superfood Salad and the Sweet Corn Bites. I think I just found my new favorite take out place! The food was excellent and delivered still hot. I cant wait to try many of the other unusual offerings they have to offer. Perfect experience!!

Horrible. 2 hour wait. I called twice. First time its on its way. An hour later. Oh we tried to deliver no one home... Really its a cul-de-sac And I was sitting outside....no one came. Disgace,! My company left. An embarrassment.

I called them to place an order for “roast beef club sandwich”. The girl who picked up the phone didn’t seem like she knows what “club sandwich” is. She had to go ask about it to someone else then came back and told me it will be on the long roll. That’s not a club sandwich... but I didn’t feel like arguing with the girl, so unfortunately I ended up not going there.

This place USED to be the best pizza in town, but I have been noticing the quality of the food going down. The portions are small but pricey, The sauce has been too watery, and the crust was too dry and crisp and hurt my teeth. The teens who work there are very rude, and have bad attitudes. If your in a happy mood, and you dont wanna ruin it, I dont reccomend Thunderbird. *The two stars are for the old pizza, that tasted amazing...*

I got the cheesesteak. It was a little bland but you cant hate on anyone with military stuff and with a can of soda it was only $10.02. I will go to the original Thunderbird. I also want to try the cheesesteak rollettes.

The service is horrible. The person taking the orders as well as the delivery driver we’re extremely rude. The order was incorrect and the food was cold and tasted old. It took them over an hour and half to deliver a pizza and sandwich.

One of the best pizzas in the county. The hands down absolute best pizza sauce there is. The sauce is second to none. Only problem I have here is that I can never buy just one pie, as I love their regular pizza, but also the Sea Isle Special, and the boardwalk style. Definitely gets all 5 stars from me.

Not one to usually complain about places...but I continuously have issues. The teenagers that work there are rude, and the drivers are worse. Their portion sizes are ridiculous...this is suppose to be 1 order of fries? This.confirms. the ripping up of the menu. The one star is for the good pizza.

First time I had the pizza and rollets was blown away, this time not so much. Rollets overdone and frankly a waste of my money. Plus i detected a lot of attitude on the phone which made me rethink going back for a redue.

Cheesesteak rollettes are really good, sort of like cheesesteak egg dumplings. The Dirty Pizza is a thin crust with basil and tomato. For me, it was overly spiced, cold and soggy but also hard at the bottom somehow?We ordered through UberEats& got the wrong order.

Landers pizza is great if youre looking for a nice savory sauced pizza... The pickle pizza is life changing, no joke, probably one of the most flavorful, albeit unique, pizzas Ive ever had. Felt like I was overcharged a bit when I ordered delivery to my job but the food was worth it.Seriously though... That pickle pizza MIND BLOWING

Ordered large stromboli and pizza. Wound up getting one large pizza and one small pizza. At least the other part of my order was correct. Picked up the order, waited 10 minutes and all of it was cold.

This place has great food I ordered a Greek salad and was surprised at how generous the serving was especially with the feta the vegetables were fresh and crisp the chicken is good as well it took a hour for delivery but of course it did I’m sure they get lots of repeat service I just ordered again lol

The regular pizza is good, I typically get the Buffalo Bombs (mozzarella sticks in buffalo sauce) and the Bacon Cheddar Fries, which are both good. Although sometimes the Buffalo Bombs come completely drenched in the cause and other times they are dry, personally I like them drenched but some consistency would be good.

This cheese steak straight hurt my feelings, man 😞 literally half the thing is meatless. I wish I could figure out how to post pictures on a review just so that you, too, could feel my pain.Also, when did you guys start putting fries in a box instead of wax paper bag? The steam trapped in the container turns them into a big ol ball of mush. What a waste-

I ordered 1 large pizza and fries through their website. After an hour, I called. They never received it. It happens, I get it. I called and ordered over the phone and it took 1 hour and 32 minutes....and now we have cold pizza and fries. I ordered a pizza and fries at 12:20 and it arrived cold at 3:10. Thats embarrassing....never again.

I have been in search of the best salad for a long time & I found it here. Hands down. Im obsessed. I basically have a different one a few times a week. Ive heard from family members that they have the best everything. You pretty much cant go wrong with anything you order from here.

Thunderbird has the best food, it’s a treat every time we order. The Landers pizza is my favorite pizza of all pizzas anywhere, and that’s saying a lot.Cheesesteaks are delicious too- great fresh rolls.The staff is excellent- on a Friday night they look like a well oiled machine, & all very friendly. I see a lot of the same guys working there for many years, and the new ones are always good too. Nice job Thunderbird, and thanks for doing so much for the community.

I have had my last Tbird cheesesteak tonight. Quality has dwindled over the years and even adding the extra meat for 4 extra bucks it still doesn’t even go to the ends of the roll. Sad face. Better luck at dairy cottage around the corner.Tbird fries and their wings are still the best around tho! Best pizza crust around as well.

We used to order weekly when we first moved here a few years ago, but sadly now we will stop ordering. There have been multiple times we’ve ordered delivery, waiting well over and hour, and food arrived cold or incorrectly made.We have also ordered online several times, only to be called and notified what we paid for was out of stock. Odd for a Friday or Saturday when you should be fully stocked for the weekend.Honestly, the food is ok, but nothing special.The last straw, we ordered salads for delivery and after an hour wait, got no dressing (or utensils). Called twice, and waited another 45 min for dressing. We could have gotten it, but it’s the principle when you pay extra for a delivery service and already tip.

I ordered a reg salad add grilled chicken no salt to be delivered to my home. I did not get what I ordered instead they gave me just a salad no grilled chicken the salad was skimpy for $10.47. So erked I gave a tip I will never order from them again. The price on the website menu is wrong for one they are over priced. I called back asked for the price I was told it was $7.57...or so So glad I went through this because my University was going to order 100 boxes of pizza from them on Friday we will not.

The best cheesesteak Ive ever had

Came to this place right before New years eve and I was wearing a Pittsburgh Steelers beanie. Man I got so much grief, but it was all in good fun. They ended up giving us a free pizza on top of our fantastic hoagies and cheese steaks. Cheers guys, if I ever find myself around there again, Im stopping by for some more bullying and great eats!

Amazing Buffalo Chicken 🍕, their rollettes are so good, great for parties or football games.

Gets 2 stars because it was food and was edible. Food was left too long in the deep frier; overly cooked. Chicken tenders were all breading, no meat. Cheesesteak rollettes really needed more meat. The wrap was better but not by much.Pretty boisterous in shop experience too. Im a former frat bro and thought it was a bit much.Too many other options in the area to go back.

The salads here are a bit pricey but are very good, quality and size. If you have a special order make sure you call, dont order electronically. Several times they have ignored my edits when I order online.

Ordered about $50-$60 of takeout. One of the items was chicken fingers with extra honey Dijon. We didnt get ANY HONEY DIJON! I called and they blamed it on the delivery person! Didnt offer any compensation or coupon, not a good business practice! First and last time Ill order from them!!

I cannot comment on the food as we mever received it. We ordered +$50 of food through GrubHub. Minutes after the order was confirmed we received a text saying the order had been cancelled. The restaurant claimed we were too far for delivery (less than 2 miles)Other reviewers stated they were in complexes much further than ours. When we spoke to the restaurant directly there was no offer to make food if we wanted to pick it up. Person was rude and obnoxious. We were excited to try this establishment but we will never patronize this place. Call Cocos or Township Line Pizza. They are both very clean, cook from scratch, and are a pleasure to deal with.
