I went into get my tires checked. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a nail in my tire. They patched it right up. I hadnt been sure if it was a tire problem or my tire pressure light was glitching, since I was filling the tire and the light wouldnt go away. Very happy with my service.

Excellent service, all around. Fair prices and honest. The manager, Mark, is very personable and not only alerts you if there is an issue with your car, but actually shows you and explains it. He never pressures you to immediately fix anything that is not an immediate problem, but informs you how to be aware if the issue gets worse. The shop is flexible around my schedule and usually gets me in fairly quickly when I need. I will continue using Quick Lane for vehicle maintenance from now on. Way better than the dealership.

Made rude comments because of a key ring basically saying that I wouldn’t know what I was talking about because of it. Very unprofessional and won’t be going back there

Mark is the most professional and honest guy Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting / doing business with. He will not try to sell you anything you dont need but he will let you know about things to look for in the future or things to pay attention to. The quality and speed of service is also great.

The men at Quick Lane are top notch dealership guys! This establishment is owned and operated by Whites Ford so you can get all of your warranty work done there. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to complete the repairs on my car and get me back down the road!

Have used Walmart for oil changes for a long time, with the pandemic they were closed. Stopped in and talked to them didnt have time to wait made appointment. The things they checked and informed me about was awesome. The manager Mark Perry is a trustworthy person that goes above and beyond for his customers.

I had the most wonderful customer experience here today I was in fortunate enough to have an incident on the highway with a deer. Traveling through the state I googled the closest shop. Daniel answered and was so courteous and kind allowed me to have my car towed there they helped me to remove plastic that was dragging on the ground inhibiting me from driving the car and refused to charge me!!The place is clean, friendly, efficient. If I lived in Ohio this would be my choice!

Good place for oil change and tire rotation if you are not in a hurry. Make sure you call ahead, dont expect to go there and not have to wait. It took about an hour for oil change and tire rotation.

In one day these mechanics were able to solve problems with my car that were unresolved for years with three other auto-mechanic businesses. Thank you for your honesty, quality work, and straight answers! And did I mention fair prices?

Don’t take your car to quick lane. I took my wife car there and about week or so later i drove it and smelled oil real strong I looked at the engine and discovered they didn’t put cap back on. I to pay $12.50 more for 2 quarts of oil to fill the engine. I just glad the engine didn’t blow. I wonder how many lug nuts they leave off when changing tires..

No appointment, they got me right in. Friendly employees. Definitely will return.

Terrible experience. Charged me for incomplete work. Damaged parts while working on my vehicle that I discovered after getting it home and looking it over myself. Gave me the runaround for a week telling me it would be done the next day, then the next day, and so on. If you cannot do the work that is asked of you inform your customers instead of letting poorly trained mechanics do a hack job.

Took my car in for tires the put mismatched caps on ended up breaking the valve stem when I had to put air in my tire because they were corroded on they also broke my tpms sensor and refused to fix it told me they break them all the time and it isn’t their issue I don’t recommend you go there they do not stand behind their work
