I walked in expecting a restaurant. The bright yellow and red design made me think it was fast food, especially given it used to be a KFC. Was getting a tire fixed and decided to give them a try. Boy was I mistaken. Got the dirtiest look from an employee and what I assume is a couple picking out a counter top as I opened the door and immediately turned around and walked to the near by McDonalds.

I would like to thank Russ Messenger, the Boston Road manager for making my dream of a good kitchen come true. He is a true professional. He helped with designing and the process that seemed insurmountable to me became an easy one when I encountered Russ. I had shopped for kitchen cabinets elsewhere and am glad I met him. I d not regret walking into his store. This was my first experience and it will not be the last. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Russ

The good. Installation of cabinets and countertops was fantastic. We are very happy with installers. Colors of cabinets and countertops worked well together. The BAD. After layout and finalization of plans we paid the amount and the install was placed in motion. Got a call 2 days before scheduled install date from Russ that the upper cabinets would be 36 inches tall not 42 inches tall. That was the correct change to fit my kitchen. If you look on the website 36” uppers are $30-50 cheaper. I had 5 cabinets so I thought I should have got an adjustment from final bill. Also my cabinet installer suggested returning several pieces like cabinet end covers that were not used. 2 went back for no credit. Also received 6 extra cabinet pulls that I was charged for but did not need. Also was charged for one touch up kit but did not received it. I needed 2 since I have two different colored cabinets. I have called Russ and even been into the store on two separate occasions to seek the adjustments I think I deserve. He grabs a Manila folder sitting next to his monitor on his desk with all my information and says he has to look into it. Looking time is long over, it’s been 3 months. We love our kitchen but I believe we might of paid too much. They get three stars only because of installation and overall satisfaction of our new kitchen.UPDATEGot a call from Bill at Customer Service to follow up with my issues. Got the updated invoice emailed to me and my touch up kits are on order. Updating my review to 5 stars

Express Kitchens did a great job on the installation of our new kitchen. My wife is very happy with the new cabinets and countertop. I would like to especially thank Russ Messenger who was our project manager. Also a big thank you to Jay Gonzalez who install our cabinets, he did an awesome job. Also thanks to the countertop installers, Leo and assistant they did a great job. I want to also thank all who were involved in making this happen..
