Ive purchased many vehicles in my life through the years and have had many different experiences with salesmen and dealerships, so on that note I do have to say that this last experience with Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT is not only one of the best experiences, but probably even the best ever! They speedily contacted me, always fast to reply, genuine, upfront about everything and eager to please. I found Tyler Goetz extremely helpful, honest, pleasant and forthcoming, however, since it was his day off when we came in to complete our purchase, an associate salesman, Jon Gilbert assisted us. Meeting Jon and his personality was just as enjoyable as getting a new car, he really took his time answering any questions or concerns and went above and beyond - highly recommend!! The financial man, Rob Schiavone was very professional, relaxed and accommodating making the transaction the best it could be. I wish I knew all the names of the people there who were so good to us (Randy is one of them) because as a whole, it was an extremely pleasant experience.

This place is trash. All I asked was to test drive some chargers. And I got lied to and I was bullied by all the employees their. And then got kick off the property for no reason. Also they jump on me trying to pigeon me in to something I didn’t want . And wanted to know my budget. And this new dealership doesn’t care about their customers and the employees don’t care about your needs or feelings. Can’t believe a place in a city where I’m from bullied me by the way bullied a person with autism. Last time I check that was against the law.

The new place is great! The way they take care of you is wonderful. Having a go between person is super helpful.

Took a transport van in for a broken door latch. (Mind you the thing is in the shop for the 4th time this year. Finally had a tech that found the problem that was never fixed from the start.) Told me I needed to have the lift removed before they could work on it. The catch? The lift can only be removed through the back. Sure its not glamorous work, but asking someone to go to a body shop to get it primed so it is easier to work on is terrible form. Incompetence by the truckload.Edit: Here is the impossible to access door that was not only accessed (clearly), but was also fixed. Why take your vehicle to the Dodge specialists only to be told youre better off doing it yourself?

Very disgusted. I was assured via email this morning that the Jeep we were interested in was available, so we drove the nearly two hour drive today to look at it. On Labor Day, might I add. When we got there we were taken on a wild goose chase to find the Jeep, because it was supposedly at a different location than we were told. We get to that location and are told the Jeep is locked in the detail shop and nobody has access to the Jeep. So we drove 2 hours one way for nothing. Then come to find out, the Jeep was sold anyways. Very unorganized mess, first and last time dealing with this place. THANK YOU Corwin for wasting our Labor Day.

Requested a FIAT 124 Spider Classica replacement battery per specs. I asked if I could watch them install the new battery and advisor said yes. Took about an hour to get the battery from the shop. When it arrived it was way to large in size. The mechanic tried to force it into the bay area. He contacted the advisor and determined it was several inches to large. Advisor contacted shop to get another battery. The Fiat has a plastic shield that surrounds the battery. The new battery was too large. The mechanic went ahead and installed the battery without the shield. I expected to keep my FIAT as original and was required to put the shield in the trunk. Was not pleased that he was discarding it. The advisor did recognize my complaint and offered me a discount on the service. The mechanic was leaning over the front fender with no protection covering it. He had to lean over and move several times and my fear was he would scratch my fender paint. During the installation the mechanic tossed his wrench into the radiator bay area. The mechanic needs to be better trained that people dont want their cars disrespected. I did appreciate the advisor getting me in without a weeks appointment. I live in Joplin, MO and it really is a inconvenience to drive 140 miles round trip for oil changes and battery repairs based on FIAT requirements.

Bill made sure it had new tires, oil/oil filter/fuel filter changed, among other things, vehicle shipping price was $500 cheaper than the other dealers that I was communicating with. I found the exact vehicle I was looking for on their website and they were even running a special deal on them, which Corwin does often. I called in and find that the vehicle had been delivered to them today and wasnt ready yet to be picked up, but Albert tried everything to make it happen, even going out to the prep lot to take pictures of it for me when I got there.While I will have to wait a couple days, since its the weekend, Albert went out of his way to make sure I got to test drive the closest vehicle to the one I will be getting.The service was excellent and the purchasing process was smooth. Albert has secured my repeat business when its time for the next Jeep!3 days later, here to pick up my Jeep and theres being a hang-up with the funding company. While they were trying to figure things out, the staff at Corwin went above and beyond to help the funding company solve the issue.

I am the proud owner of a beautiful Jeep Compass thanks to Chris and Albert! My mom found the 2017 Jeep Compass Latitude for less than $20,000 with only 15,000 miles on it. It had only recently been traded in so it wasn’t on the lot yet, rather another location waiting in line to go through a cleaning and 1000 point inspection. Albert put in the extra leg work to hunt it down, find out who had the keys and shuttled myself, my daughter and both my parents to it’s location so I may test drive and look it over anyway. I was afraid I was going to be left heart broken and empty handed but they took the best care of me and my family. I dont recommend a service department.Even with an appointment they had not looked at my vehicle for 4 days. Theyre too eager for everyones business so they accept your vehicle but they dont tell you that theyre just going to keep it for days on end until they can get to it without even calling you to let you know.

We took our vehicle in for a repair that we were told was covered under warranty.Took it in on a Friday morning were told it would be done around 3 or 4pm. The following Wednesday we were told vehicle is ready. At this point they informed us the repairs were not covered via warranty and now had this huge bill.... um sorry what... one I do believe this is against the law and 2ndly why were we not informed about this before they did the repairs... I would have gladly paid for the labor up to that point and been back when I had the financial support I need for the fix.... customer care a zero, professionalism a zero, the repair 10 out of 10. However I will not bring nor recommend them to anyone ever.

As I was took out to my truck still on the lift and describe why they could not complete my alignment. I asked why there was so much oil over the bottom of my truck. He assured me it would get cleaned up. On my trip back to my house, I smelt the oil burning through my firewall coming into the cab. I parked my truck in the garage and decided to investigate the smell and check my oil level. Opened the hood and immediately seen where the oil was coming from. I could see that oil was all over the top of my engine starting from the fill port and going outward. Running down the side of my engine . Looking under my truck now starting to see the dripping of oil on my garage floor. Took a minute and calmed myself the best I could at this point. Called the service department and told him, and the best answer he gave that I should bring it back and let them clean my truck. I asked how they planned on cleaning this, and was told they had brake cleaner and a power washer. no way this is happening. Not sure how to go from here. But Im sure I should not drive this back to corwin, and risk a fire in my engine bay.

My purchase went ok with Corwin. The finance portion was great as was the negotiation. The biggest problem I had was with my salesman. It was very apparent that he had no clue about the product he was selling and was making it up as he went along. However the worse thing was when my salesman assured me on several occasions that I would receive a second key fob with my vehicle. Later he told me. Could purchase a second key fob for a discounted price which turned out to be wrong. And the icing on the cake was when he called me three weeks after my purchase to ask for the second key of my trade.
