Bought a new car that turned out to have bad rotors and a low charge battery. The service department had the car for 6 days (34 days after we bought it). Replaced the rotors, battery still not charged even though thet assured me it was taken care of. Sales was okay but service is the worst I have ever experienced.

Today, I drove over an hour for my first oil change since I bought my car in Jan 2021. They also did a5-pt check, suggested I have my tires balanced and noticed I needed new rotors on my front brakes. One of the Service Mgrs, John S., oversaw this work and fit all this in today, rather than make another apt for me to drive all the way back another day. I am so grateful for his thoughtfulness and work ethic in making sure I had a “safe” car to drive as well as giving me a hand with the cost of all this unexpected repair.I WILL drive an hour back for my next “oil change”!Thank you John and Service Dept. crew!!

They were very helpful with my part and repair issue on an older vehicle very knowledgeable. I was impressed. Most service departments will tell you, Make an appointment or get out. Nowadays, almost always because the person at the desk has no idea whats going on under the hood.

I was very satisfied with the entire process until after the purchase when I discovered that the deal they wrote up wasn’t the deal we agreed to. They have been unresponsive in addressing it, as in blowing me off. They have lost any chance of my repeat business and I’m steering local friends away from them as well. So yeah, easy process to make a deal but they aren’t honest, or at least they weren’t with me. Do not recommend.

Got a great deal on a nice, clean Jeep Grand Cherokee from Don! I told him what I was looking for, my budget & time frame, we test drove a few vehicles until I found one that worked for me. Parts and service department. Long story short. I had a elusive part that I couldnt find anywhere. I went to Kelly to see if they could find one. The young man Dylan was my hero, not only did he find the part in a box of dusty parts but he gave it to my for free. Excellent service and great people.

This place is a joke, worked for them awhile back and had nothing but problems, micro manage the little things and don’t look at the big picture, never wanted to say anything bad regarding them but when my father went to purchase a vehicle threw them it was nothing but a good experience..... till after the paper work was signed, the sales lady that had worked there till right after the Jeep was sold messed up the paper work. Weeks later found they messed up the paper work and wanted my dad to pay the tax difference on his trade in instead of paying off their mistake and keeping their mistake quite, well no they expected money, ran my dad out of his 60 day plate and they did nothing for it until authorities were contacted and dealt with the situation, would never recommend this place to anyone

There are no accurate words to describe the horror of buying a car from this dealership. They lied about previous damage to car as well as signing us up for a loan that we didn’t agree upon. Now we have to take them to court and spend thousands fighting for them to do the right thing. Stay far far away. There are many other dodge dealerships close by that are much better! Give your hard earned cash to a dealership that will treat you the right way not lie and deceive you.

If you go any place else for body work then you have made a mistake.Roger is a very thorough person. All repairs are done to the point that you will receive a like new vehicle. The insurer had claimed that some damage was not from the collision.Roger fixed it for free.Recently 8/1 I returned as a bracket broke off my bumper. It was an easy repair done under warranty. Free.

Great service but kinda sad when you get something painted you need to go home and wash it three times to get the dirt and round stain marks out then go through the car wash to get the rest out then buy nail polish to touch up the spots the tape pulled the paint off. Unbelievably horrible experience, heard bad things and should have listened, found my vehicle online went and test drove it, lover the vehicle. Buuuut, first I deal with no experience sales staff, show up next day after test drive and no one says anything, they let me sign and go out with a smile, Wich changed the moment I started my new to me vehicle, somehow over night or in service for prep that day they broke the exhaust and never even said anything, let me sign and find out myself. So they agree to fix it but have to order the parts. No big deal right, wrong. So after waiting well past when they said theyd fix it I call about it to find out a clamp is on back order and its going to be a few weeks, mean while Im driving 16k that sounds like a 500 beater, so fustrated I call a jeep dealership within twenty miles of Kellys to hear they have the part in stock, so I buy the part myself and drop my jeep off to be fixed, finally happy with my purchase rite? Well yes despite the aggravations I was... UNTIL now a few weeks later, I financed my tax title and registration and was told by dealership my plates would be in the mail. Well apparently they lied. I now get a call saying I have to stop and pay an additional 300 because there staff messed up with my trade tax, this is ridiculous, what business calls the customer and holds their registration until the customer pays for their staffs mistake. Horrible horrible experience that I will tell many. Currently driving un registered and dissatisfied at best
