Chris and Brian were great! Queen City has a very relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere. They were able to get us a great rate with a local bank and we were on the road in our spunky, low-miles 2009 Mini Clubman in a couple of hours. The service team down the street were just as open and friendly. GREAT perks to being a QC customer (free oil changes, discounts on parts and service)! We were accidentally given a duplicate title but Logan and the team were able to track down the original and get that to us in just a couple of days. My wife and I had an exceptional experience at Queen City Motors and well be going back to them, once its time for me to get into something bigger. The wife adores her Mini. Excellent experience buying an older but very well maintained Trailblazer. We were in and out in 20 minutes. We paid and then just had a couple of papers to sign. The water pump went out a couple days after we got it and they fixed that even though it was an as is sale. They also included free oil changes for as long as we own it. We couldnt b more pleased with the customer service and quality of the experience we had at Queen City Motor.

I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. This was my first time buying a car and it was overwhelming; but Chris was honest and patient with me while I got everything I needed together and sold my car to a third party. I noticed something weird about the brakes the night I drove it home and the service center got me in as soon as they could and replaced the breaks, rotters, and wheel barring for free!! The morning I was at the service center Chris even gave me a ride to work. Queen city also offers free oil changes as long as you have the car! Seriously an honest and kind dealer; I will be sending everyone here.

While selling recalled vehicles isnt technically illegal, it makes you a horrible person.That recall was issued BEFORE you sold me the vehicle. Also late on producing the title, resulting in a ticket. And then had the audacity to sell a dangerous vehicle in the first place.

Went to look at 05 mustang they had filled out credit papers we didnt qualify for the 05 but they said we did qualify for a 2017 for much higher price so we purchased the Hyundai they only gave us one key no fob so we could never set the alarm our car was stolen after we only drove it a year we had full coverage Insurance and our insurance was only offering us 8,too for the car and we still owed 15,000 queen city motors said if we wanted a key fob we will have to go buy one so now we owe on a car that we was over c harged for in first place they did not provide us with all keys and no key fob which made alarm worthless and they dont want to accept any responcebility

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFULL!!! We had called a few times before we actually went in to look around, and they were never once rude to us. When we finally got the chance to go up there, they were so inviting and didnt get upset because we had to bring all three of our boys, in fact, they even made sure my boys had somewhere to sit as well. They definitely didnt want to make a sale. The cars were overpriced and had a lot of body damage not many people would notice! (Thank goodness I am with someone who works on cars) tried to talk to the sales guy and got no reaction from him other than the feeling he wants us to go. So we did. We went to Never Say No Auto and I am so glad we did! Now one of the employees responded to this review with a hateful comment. Its ok though it further proves my point!

AVOID. I thought I found a place worth going too. I thought I found a car that would get me places that would last forever. Boy was I wrong.I bought a car from here two years ago because I trusted them. I take pretty good care of my car with scheduled maintenance.The transmission blew. I took it to the service center and they “fixed” it.It was making a weird noise. So I took it back on several occasions. When I several, I mean every day for like two weeks. I took it to pep boys and they said it was the transmission. “Everything is fine, there’s nothing wrong w it”. Chris drove my car and said there was a weird noise! I finally gave up because I felt crazy. Fast forward another 6 months, the transmission is out again. Please really look into companies who make themselves out to be family friendly. He’s a super nice guy, but sells worthless cars. I owe about more than half the cars worth of it was in good running condition and it’s my fault that’s I trusted this company.

Over the last several years I have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from Queen City. My first purchase was years ago when I had horrible credit and Chris worked for days and got me approved. After a couple month I was in a wreck leaving that car as a total loss. I was devastated I’d put so much effort into finally have a nice vehicle. I contacted Chris to see if he could help me get a new vehicle with the little money that I had, not only did he find me another one... but he found one just like the one I had wrecked. I went there to look at what they had because I was in desperate need of a vehicle. I’m a single mother of 6 children and my previous vehicle was a total lose because the transmission went out. . I had already filled out their application online for financing and my mother did as well to be my co-signer. Anyway, a gentlemen came and asked me if he could help me with anything and I told him about the application I filled out a few days ago. He proceeded to look through the unorganized mess on his desk and found my application in there, along with my mothers. He immediately walked into the other office and then back to me and said I needed another co-signer and that there was nothing he could do for me. He wasn’t even apologetic nor had any sympathy. I immediately called my mother and then I told her exactly what was going on. He over heard me tell my mother I had a little over $1000 down, and he switched up his tone and said that he may have something he could do for me! I got up and left!!! I felt I was being judged! I was very disappointed with my experience there! So if you ever want a friendly family oriented car place to go to don’t go there!!! Horrible people! I mean it’s one thing to get denied! I can accept that, but it was the way he treated me! I believe his name was TOM! Stay away from

Bate and switch. Wanted $2000. Down, Finance Co said approved 100 0/0 financing. Queen City even said I was approved! They want to put you in what they want you to have, not what you want, even if older and more miles. Will NOT buy a car from them!!!!! Will not recommend them to anyone.

I never write reviews but after checking my credit score I had to! I came in at the end of their day. I have student loans and knew I would be swindled into an outrageous payment and old junk car. They pointed me to a 2019 vehicle that was perfect! 2nd row but not a minivan...I was done with the process within 1 hour! Not only was my down payment 3 times lower than I expected but they cared enough to let me take my vehicle home and charged my card the next day! Today I looked at my credit score and it went up 61 points after 2 payments. Amazing experience all around! I will be back in July for my daughters first car.

I had an amazing experience at queen city motors! I arrived at 4pm and was out of there at 6pm with a brand new car! I was never once pushed in a direction to make a choice. I was asked what type of vehicle I was wanting and the payment range that I could afford these guys were very upfront and honest! By looking at some of the reviews I was surprised that some were unhappy if you are serious about wanting to buy a car they will do their best to make it happen and now I get to drive around in a beautiful Lexus with low milage and a great warranty..... thanks for being so amazing I will be back!!

Chris facilitated a sale on a range rover for a friend of his. Long story short vehicle had a list of problems, wouldnt pass inspection and Shawn from In Motion Auto sales who Chris did the sale for wouldnt stand behind the vehicle left me to out of pocket $250 to buy new brakes and calipers when he advertised it as having new. Was out of pocket $337 to fix a fueling issue, still a list of repairs I gotta fix. Called chris to give a heads up or see if he could get his buddy shawn to do something because shawn wasnt responding to calls or messages. He got all irate with me over the phone and told me if I wanted to sue him to do so and hung up. This was all within the first month of having vehicle. Its spent majority of time in shop.

One of the mechanics noticed a bolt missing the other place had forgotten to replace from my motor mount!! He showed me the issue and pulled a new bolt out off his tool box and fixed my vibration issue at no charge. Could have caused me serious issues down the road!Havent taken my car anywhere else since. Its a Volvo so not just any place can work on it but these guys never let me down!

Smug, arrogant, and full of empty promises. My advice if you insist on buying here: record everything they say and have any formal agreements signed in writing. It’s not their first rodeo, so of course they’ll try to sell you a car with zero hassle.It takes a special kind of person to run a place like this: a sociopath. Don’t come here alone. I know dealers need to make money back on the vehicles they’re pretending to own, but these guys go above-and-beyond. And if you test drive, ask to drive more than a block and over 25mph. I literally just left this place because the older guy told me i had to have pay a down payment to test drive a vehicle after seeing Nemours white people drive off the lot with out even entering the building! I went in and filled out an application and let them run my credit before i even asked to test drive a vehicle and he told me i would be approved so i was like cool can i test drive the Tahoe mind you my boyfriend a black guy seen another vehicle they ran his credit & info too and ask about it! Thats when the guy was like well we need a down payment for you guys to test drive anything but he had already handed me the keys to the Tahoe and moved it out until my boyfriend asked if we could test drive something different! Moral of the story here....they are clearly racist and i will be calling the better business bureau! I do NOT recommend at all if you are in a biracial relationship!

Beware! Sold us our vehicle without the title or VIN verification (causing us to be late .) The experience seemed great at first, until I walked into the DMV and low and behold, no title. My mistake for taking this business at face value. Rushed paperwork, simple mistakes. Not the way a professional business should operate. Also, this being a veteran owned business, Im blown away theyd treat another veteran this way. I wonder what else hasnt been done?

Although I didnt have a great experience with car shopping here the women that worked in the office was very kind and patient with our two year old daughter being with us. She was the only good part about our experience here. My wife was treated poorly here and upon arriving she was just looking to test drive a few vehicles but when she asked to test drive one they wouldnt allow it without one of her pay stubs. This may be something common and I May just be unaware but even if that was the case the sales man was not very nice at all. What irritated me was as soon as they found out she was a Registered Nurse for the state they warmed up really fast and all of the sudden were the friendliest folks around. They brought a car out for my wife to drive but would not provide any carfaxs or previous owner history and come to find out it had been submerged at some point. I would definitely try again because I can understand having a rough day or week and dont wish to give a poor review that is unfair to the company
