The worst of the worst Acura dealership in the area, customer service is actually a joke to them, scheduled a service appointment a week in advance to have my MDX diagnosed, when I reached there around noon which was my appointment time, they said they are backed up and will take an hour for someone to get to my vehicle, which is not bad and I waited, tome passed by and it was 2 pm and no one still never looked at the car and I had to go in like 3 times to ask whats the status l, ended up not getting my car looked at here, horrible service, I did a mistake buying my vehicle from here, never going back.(wish I could give negative stars, I understand schedules get tight but for a dealership like Acura, get a better management team and have better customer service to make them informed)

This past weekend we purchased a new ACURA RDX 2021. Our salesman Carlos Lasso was amazing!! He made sure we were good from the beginning to the end. What can I say??? My Salesman Michael Davis ensured that the sales process was smooth from start to finish. Did most of the deal over the the phone and email exchange. When I go to the dealership, I was in and out in under 2 hours!!!!! The entire team including the finance manager Felipe broke all the numbers down for me and got me the best possible deal! Today 6/29/21 wake up and decided to purchase a vehicle. Me and my friend decided to drive from new york to New Jersey not knowing what we would find. Out of State Buyers BEWARE! I purchased a used Acadia Denali from Springfield Acura back in October. I live in the Kansas City MO area, so I had the vehicle shipped to me. The salesmen was very nice and helpful when I spoke with him over the phone. He drove it and looked over for me and told me everything was good to go with the vehicle with no issues. When the vehicle arrived, I noticed that there was damage on the drivers side door. There was a 6 inch dent and the trim was coming off like it had been sideswiped. I contacted my salesmen to inquire about the damage. We concluded that it must have happened during transport. I contacted the transport company to issue a complaint. They sent me pictures of the Acadia before it was loaded on the truck. It showed the dent was already there before hand. I then contacted the salesmen to let him know the damage was there before the Acadia was shipped. I also pointed out that there was no mention of the damage in the listing on their website, nor did he inform me about it before hand. He told me he would talk to the General Manager and get back with me. When he contacted me back he told me the General Manager of the dealership said there was nothing he would do about the damage. I asked to speak with the GM myself. The salesman gave me his name and I proceeded to call him over the next few weeks. I called several times and left many messages. I finally was able to catch him on the phone after a month of trying. He said that my issue was the first he had heard of it and asked me to send him the information along with a quote for the damage. I obtained a quote to fix the damage from a certified GM dealership from Kansas City. I sent the General Manager all the information, and waited for him to get back to me. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK! In 2 months of calling and leaving messages, he would not speak with me. My salesman finally called me and told me they would not help at all with the damage. I have been calling and dealing with this issue for 3 month only to be left with a repair bill on a vehicle they sold me that was damaged. To top it off they sent me a gift certificate for a family portrait worth $2500 dollars. The only problem is the closest studio is in Pennsylvania! This dealership does not stand behind the vehicles they sell, and their customer service is very poor. Dont end up like me and regret buying from them.*****RESPONSE***** Thank you for replying to my post. To set the record straight, this dent is more then just 2 inches as you can see. Also, the salesmen was nice and professional. He would take and return my calls. It was your General Manager that never once returned my call to discuss this matter further. That is why I said poor customer service. Please have Bill call me. I would very much like to discuss this with him. I have over 20 phone calls made to your dealership that I can prove on my call history to show he never returned my call. As for the of $200, that is not true. No formal offer was made to me for any amount. Again I only talked with Bill about this one time and he never call me back. I understand that a vehicle that is 5 years old will have a few very minor cosmetic issues, but this is not cosmetic. It is damage that was not disclosed to me before I bought the vehicle. You have my number if you would like to discuss further.

Cindy in Finance was great too and had everything ready before I even sat down to start signing, which I appreciated as it was 8pm already. Had a great experience over at Springfield Acura! My mom always dreads the car leasing process and usually spends every step from walking in to driving off basically waiting to be scammed at one point or another. Wasn’t until we drove off that she had a sigh of relief and said “I can’t believe that actually went so well”. Manny helped us through the whole process and gave me ample time to make sure I chose the right color/trim (even while close to closing time) which I appreciated. They gave us an excellent lease price and didn’t over-push any add-ons/additional services. I had a great experience when i purchase my car June 5th, i had questions regarding the vehicles maintenance and the sales person bough me to the Service Manager to confirm the car had been inspected and assured me everything was ok. The car was purchase June 5, and i was provided with a 30 day warranty, out of the 3 days the car was parked for 2 weeks as i was away on vacation, and by July 11th (a week after the 3 day, the car had to be towed because he stopped working on the middle of the road. I got stuck paying to have to car towed and $500 for an alternator. The Dealer refused any assistance claiming the car was sold as is. Please do not buy used vehicles from this dealer!!

My experience with my salesman was superb but I must admit when I first arrived to the dealership I was greeted by a really nasty attitude that made my car shopping experience unforgettable & not in a good way. The older lady yelled at me because I did not stop at her front desk. I was there the day prior & was coming to finalize my paperwork. She not only gave me an attitude but gave our salesman an attitude as well. It was such an uncomfortable experience. Our salesman apologized to us few times & if it was not for him we would of just left & never came back.
