I went there the Wednesday, dropped off my car it didn’t take them long to let me know what was wrong with my car radio. They were extremely nice very helpful definitely got the job done and went above my expectations. I am so very grateful for having a radio in my car now. I literally had not had one since I got it in 2017. I wish I would have brought my car there along time ago!! I recommend to anybody and the job was quick and it’s beautiful and works beautifully 🙏🏼 thank you guys so much now I can drive around and listen to music instead of listening to the Sounds of the wind and traffic LOL God bless ❤️

Customer service is very bad and I decided they will not get my money. Your customer service stop me from going there and Im pretty sure it will continue. Go some where else

Service was Horrible they treat customers like shiet as if you dnt know how to work your car if possible I give them 0 stars..The starter they put in doesnt want to turn on and without them checking whats really wrong with it they said it was fine..Was recommended by central Chevy wont ever come here again and I will be Speaking to my family at Chevrolet not to send their customers here anymore 👎

Over priced way to rude

Great guys who know what they’re doing, very professional and helpful in every way.

I had trouble installing the remote car starters with another businessin with me car but this businessin customer car sounds in Springfield they solved it quickly and installed it in my car. Good staff and very friendly people all profecionales and know very well the work they do.

TERRIBLE customer service. Had some miscommunication about the agreed upon price on a service and began calling my father a liar and saying he’s dishonest despite him being a loyal repeat customer.

The service was quick and diagnosis of a problem was too. Great and fair price in and out in 20 minutes.

Now Im here waiting for the beat
