Very nice! Staff was friendly with a smile! Clean and reasonable! Who gets 3 shirts, 2 pairs of shoes, 1 pair of men boots, and a pair of men jeans for $105.53 and thats with taxes, and got a $5 reward to have for my next visit. The boots were name brand LUGS.

One of the nicest Burkes locations, this store is well run, organized and clean. They carry a very nice product mix of clothing, footware, housewares and decor. Convenient, bright and clean location on Memorial Blvd.

I love a good deal & Im frugal when it comes to buying clothes because trends come & go. Ive picked up shoes, outfits & bath/kitchen/beauty items here & have seen several of those very same items for more than twice what I paid. The staff have always been pleasant to deal with & its become my go to store when I need to pick up something nice without the expensive price tag.

The employees in this store are amazing. You can tell that the management doesnt just hire anyone. Store is always super clean. 5 star because its hard to find businesses this nice un Springfield.

Great shopping experience except for our cashier, Ivone, she was incredibly rude and when I asked for no back she said she had to then proceeded to give me a bag.

Im a regular at this store but recently I bought a couple outfits for Christmas for my toddler and I realized that one of the outfits didnt have a zipper on it, so I tried to go back to exchange it and they said they would have to exchange both outfits but at the time my daughter was wearing the other outfit, so either Id have to give them her already work used dirty outfit in the cold, or I would have to put a new zipper on the outfit myself! I will never shop there again! The stuff at that store is cheap and crappy

I have always shopped at this location and had good service and always found what I needed Up until recently. Here lately the wait to check out has been anywhere from a 10 minute to a almost 30 minute wait!!! Which is nonesense! They eather need to get more cashiers or hire some that work at a decent pace! And also management is very rude and very judgmental! So for now on this location will not receive my money ever again!

Love this store but I always have wait forever in line because theres just 1 cashier. I suggest get your customers out no one wants to wait to leave the store.

Went to burkes today and this young lady thats works there was fixing juniors clothing her name is KRISLIN BIGGS and she was the most helpful young lady Ive ever met that works here. My mom was picking out some shirts and I liked it but needed a smaller size and the young lady heard me n found both shirts for me in my size and handed them to me and was smiling and very friendly. You definitely need more people like her working here. She is the first person since youve opened in springfield tn that ever helped and was happy to do it. I wanted to praise and thank her for the great job she done..She should really be awarded for her great job in retail. Not everyone can do retail and be as good as this young lady...I just want to say ty KRISLIN BIGGS for the great job youre doing and keep it up...😀👏😁🤗

Looks like theyre gettin a bit smacked around in the reviews, but this is a good little shop in a town that lacks plenty. Generally good, friendly, and unobtrusive service. Ample parking. Never really beat up. You could go to Madison, but then youll get hit or hit a pedestrian... AND youll pay a hair more for the same thing. The Mens side does lack. But the ladiesll find plenty they dont need. Pricing is generally good. But, for those unintroduced, Burkes follows a system where everything alike costs the same or about the same. So, on some items I think youll pay more than you should. Heck, I barter but Tennesseans aint into that it seems. Great Baby department. And you might find deals in Home, Bags, Shoes, and Personal Care. Though it seems people always tryna thieve somethin from this place. Dont do it. I mean, they have a rewards card AND weekly discount days.
