The staff, Jacob and Jaegar specifically, were super amazing and helpful. The store products were high quality and decently priced. 10/10 experience!!

I always enjoy going to Earthbound, I’m not sure if it this particular location or what but today I was literally asked by 4 different people in less than 10 minutes if I needed help. I was really trying to live in my moment and enjoy my shopping experience. However your employees literally were getting on my nerves. I understand that maybe I look interesting enough to be followed around the store. Which I don’t mind.. cas it’s just something you get used to.. But they did such a great job that they completely ignored the Middle Aged Caucasian woman throwing jewelry in her JCPENNEY bag today. But y’all don’t care about that right?

The ladies at the counter were so sweet and helpful when I shopped. I plan to be back in as soon as I can. Driving trucks over the road makes it interesting =) thank you for amazing service and product quality!

One of my favorite places to visit in the mall. The decoration and layout of the store is nice with a very earthy, natural feel. With the large selection of incense and oils available the smell and atmosphere is very pleasant compared to the harsh lighting, scents and colors of other store fronts in Battlefield.From clothing to home interior Earthbound has a selection thats niche but can work for everyone. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly and Ive often found them to have generous store wide sales.

I came In a few weeks ago with my daughter. We were looking at diffusers and I had a lot of questions to ask. My friends had convinced me I needed to invest in essential oils and a diffuser. I liked the idea of it but I didn’t truly understand how these pricey oils could help me. AMBER from earthbound saved the day. This lady answered all my questions and even showed me their diffuser that they have in the store. She went through the process of adding water, oil and then turning it on and off. It might sound small but it gave me satisfaction to know how they work versus reading it on the box. Thank you so much! My diffuser and oils are the best investment I’ve ever made!!!

Employees are awesome every time. They mostly have unique items but even though I only come around once every two weeks-months they dont really import new items of interest that often. Only around once let six months. Id like to see more minerals and Celtic related items. And the Mushrooms. Excellent store though.

Brought my daughter in to look around and she was thrilled. She really enjoyed looking around and picking out a amethyst bracelet. And looking at all of the other jewelry. Staff was very friendly. We will be stopping by again

Such a beautiful store. Everytime I go to the mall I stop by. The last time I stopped by I got help from an associate named Amber. Amber was so sweet and helpful. She found some really pretty dresses for me to wear on vacation. I loved her bubbly personality and willingness to help me!!

I visit this store every time I visit the mall. I absolutely love everything here. My kids pose for Buddha pics every time. We love it.

They sell lots of interesting stuff, they have birth stones, a thing you can ask questions to with 5 answers of what to do. Salt rocks that glow dream catchers and more.

Space is much smaller now. I liked it better in the old location. Had lots more items.

The store looks great and I always enjoy the wide variety of merchandise. But lately the service has been suffocating. My husband and I were in there on Saturday and a young lady with dark hair wouldn’t leave us alone. I was looking at the shirts and she told me my size would probably be in the back and had this little smirk on her face. I’m sure she wasn’t implying that I was fat but her smirk really got under my skin. We left shortly afterwards.

I love the wide selection that Earthbound has to offer. I have always had excellent customer service every time I shop here. I will continue to shop here!

I love Earthbound and visit the store every time I go to the mall they have everything the average hippie and people who just love the clothes and other things they have.

The workers always remember my face and always make the effort to make me feel welcomed. Love it.

I had never visited Earthbound before and was browsing to see if I would be interested in anything when I recieved odd looks by the employees (many of which were standing around doing nothing). I was asked if I was just looking around and was told to wander out. I was minding my own business and was completely unimpressed with their poor customer service and hostility.

Friendly staff, helps me find what Im looking for, and always hinting at the great deals at that time.

Love the stuff in here, so many neat and unique gifts. The only reason I wouldnt give 5 stars is that unless you catch stuff on sale, prices are pretty high.

I love Earthbound. But I love the staff more! I got a HUGE canvas print of NYC for only $20 (originally $80). I want to thank Madisson, Novica, Alexz, and Grace for all being wonderful employees and knowing their products. These girls deserve a bonus!! They helped me pick out some items, and answered every question I had. I always love Earthbound and will return. I wish this company still had hookahs and more molasses to sell. I miss it.

The one star is because of their inability to just allow someone to browse without shadowing them and pushing products to upsell. Theres not been a time Ive went into the store and had products I do not want incessantly pushed on me. I am understanding that its a part of their job, but to be constantly barraged by multiple sales associates during is an annoyance to say the least. My husband and I have decided against our purchases just because its anything but a relaxing environment to shop in (which is what many of the items they sell are supposed to promote). On that topic, we have yet to meet an associate that is knowledgable on the products they sell; again, Im not expecting a guru, but to not know a general idea of some of the symbols that are plastered all over the store (om, hamsa, tree of life, green man, siddhartha, chakras, etcetera) disrespects the origins. Its a chain store, not much should be expected of it as its intent is to profit off of the popular culture of a free spirited, bohemian, spiritual, lifestyle, but still. I will say our local store is always fairly orderly, a breath of fresh air considering the overwhelming staff.
