This is a great Goodwill Store. The building is laid out in a manner that allows for distinct sections of similar items. It is clean and organized. There are many items to choose from and the store is well stocked. The prices are a bit high but not over the top. The staff is friendly and glad to help. Great store.

Honest Staff; I accidentally dropped my wallet close to the donation drive through I noticed like an hour later that my wallet was missing; 5 Stars to the honest staff I even had $10 cash in my wallet and my drivers license I waited 5 hours in line to get my drivers license due to covid. The staff found my wallet and locked it away until I called and notified them I think I dropped my. wallet they confirmed it was my wallet by checking my Id before returning it to me. Definitely a Christian retail store. Thank U!

I buy lots of clothing from here. Good selection and great prices. Found a Frozen set of pajamas for a toddler for $4! Shes been as thrilled wearing the clothes as I was buying them!

This place is great. Honestly, I love Goodwill’s prices more than Red Racks, and they always have new stuff. Customer service is always good too.

This is hands down 🙌 my #1 favorite thrift store to shop at. They have the best clothes, shoes and other items for the best prices Ive been able to find in town. 💯 The employees are also just as fabulous!! 😃

They will not abide by medically exempt guidelines regarding masks. My husband has paperwork that we do carry. This was my favorite place but unfortunately with the way we was treated. We will not be back in.

No one in Springfield, Mo. has to wear masks just because outside. Goodwill has lost my business entirely. News tonight said it isnt mandatory in business establishments except service and health industry. I walked away from your store and wont be back because of how I was treated. Wont ever support goodwill again. Im not wearing a mask. Im no danger to anyone unless you want that mask where I wont say. Not right.

Standard goodwill used goods but it never falls that the employees are stand-offish and unfriendly. Every few months I give them another chance but so far nope. This time kitchenware aisles blocked by women chatting with the man employee trying to stock. I tried to get by and got a glare as if I THE CUSTOMER was in their way interrupting! The cashier seem so disinterested in being there & kept sighing with an unhappy expression but she sure perked up when another employee came over! Good customer service is a dead skill

My brother and I come here all the time to look around. I also donate things here quite frequently. The store usually has good finds and its well kept along with having friendly staff.

Prices are good, staff is friendly. Their hours are good. If youre dropping items off to donate they are always happy to help unload and offer a receipt. Most of the items are in good shape.

This is a clean well organized second hand thrift store. And priced reasonable. Some good wills price their items a little higher, I think they forget the stuff is donated, and who their clientele is (bargain hunters)

I got some nice items for a good price but they didnt even offer to bag my items, they just said thank you as my purchases were pushed in my direction

Goodwill is an organization that was founded in 1902. The original reason for Goodwills being was created by a Methodist minster, Edgar J. Helms. He created Goodwill to provide a chance for those who were poor to be able to be trained and hired. He collected household items and goods from the wealthier cities to create a store that sold these items. Goodwill was purely created to help the poor. Im not sure what Goodwills intentions are today, but I know its main purpose and thats why I am such a supporter of it. If Goodwills meanings have changed that is sad. But I know what it was intended for. I live going to Goodwill.

Your manager crystal is VERY rude. When my husband was calling in about an application he sent in he was asking if any progress was made and she rudely said if they wanted to talk to you then theyd call you how UNPROFESSIONAL. Teach your employees manners and how to have good customer service skills.

My experience here was great! the workers are friendly and helpful and the prices are really cheap and me and my fiance found and got what we came here for. I was very pleased and well shop here again.

Doesnt seem to have a huge selection, most clothing i think is a tad overpriced considering their inventory is free to them. You can find some good deals just have to look a little harder some times as opposed to others.

I come here every week and theres always something for everyone. I get most of my clothes here. If youre frugal I would definitely take a trip here

Its okay. Clothes organized by color. Very pretty. But not by size. I do not looking at shirts that will not fit me. Higher prices on household items than I like.

The last few times Ive been in their new stores Ive found such cute outfits and work pants! Lots of variety! Im also plus sized and they have great good options!

Store was clean and very organized though a lot of things were confusing and a little tattered. One item of clothing I was looking at smelled like cat urine, and I informed one of the employees but he merely took it from me (didnt apologize) and when I walked to the next aisle I watched him put it back on the rack.The employees were not very friendly and one lady was quite rude to us. I understand that its not the best job, but to be really rude when asked a simple question about an items price is unacceptable.Overall I found a few things that I will wear and overall it was a nice place.

My b-friend & I rode our bikes there..for that reason or whatever eles reasons..we felt violated..we couldnt even enjoy our shopping experience. There were couple employees that made it completely obvious they were following/watching us. We wasnt doing anything wrong..yet they continued to do this the whole time we were there shopping . Disappointing

Better watch prices! Sign says $1 or .50 cents *unless otherwise marked* yet thats not the case when u get to the check out. Not my fault the staff cant mark correct prices. Everything they receive is a donation. Rude. Clueless.

Goodwill is not a charity. Look it up. Theyre just a resale boutique and nothing goes to donations. They have a percentage they claim but it does not go to donations instead it goes to the employees salary and property costs (utilities, taxes, material, maintance,etc.). So basically Goodwill abuses tax loopholes with scheme that tricks the public into thinking it donates for a cause when actually it just rights off business costs as charity (they get to run a business for free bc of exemptions and keep all profits). A charity actually donates money, services or goods to a particular population whether out right or through income based programs. A resale boutique buys used items and resells them at a discounted price and does not donate any goods, money or services. Legit charities dont deceive the public by stating only percentage given but not where is goes. Many sleasy sales men admire this scheme bc they simply chose a good name (Good-Will) that comes off as a charity so it draws people in bc they think theyre doing good when actually its just another corp chain thats drives out local business that actually do good and damages the economy even further through monopolies. Dont shop there, shop local! Lets keep our community around for our kids too!
