Cute coffee shop with sleek aesthetic. Great place to study and get work done. I got a breakfast sandwich and a cup of The Architect, both hit the spot.They weren’t serving lunch options when I visited, which is a bummer because the menu looks great! I plan to go back to try the lunch menu eventually.

The coffee is good. The food is better, but the kitchen closes at 1. For a coffee shop that stays open well into dinner time, this is odd. They have the best quiche in town but I eat lunch late, so I can never seem to get there in time. Also it’s a haven for multi-level marketing. There is always recruitment going on. That makes studying or solitary work awkward and challenging. It sucks to not get to eat their food, but the cons far outweigh the pros for this coffee shop.

Favorite coffee shop in Springfield!! I normally get a plain latte and bacon Architect Burrito. The latte is smooth and even the 8oz comes with two shots. The bacon in the burrito is thick and adds delicious flavor! The ingredients just taste high in quality. I just moved back to Springfield from Colorado where breakfast burritos are super popular. These are the best Ive found here in town!Does not disappoint. The service here is amazing and everyone is very on top of things and kind! Lots of seating and great atmosphere.

Great coffee, great food, and a nice place to hang out! I am a fan of this location particularly for breakfast. I am a big fan of getting the pour over options and love how they come with a petit sidecar of the full serving. Looks cool and a great presentation. I also got the oatmeal and almond butter toast! The toast was delicious and wonderful as a light breakfast with a fun drizzle of honey! Quite delightful and enjoyable. Now the oatmeal nothing special and you do have options for toppings and I got almonds, honey, and raisins. A get what you expect type dish but things of note, they do cook the oats with milk and water so if you have a dairy allergy make sure to ask for a dairy alternative or just water. This is not clear on the menu but def good to know for those with dairy allergies. Highly recommended and def try the pour over!

The coffee here is really good, and the latte was delicious. This Cafe is much more open than the average, which I didnt enjoy as much. If that is more what you are looking for, this is a great spot to go to.

Contemporary, clean well maintained coffee shop that just hit 1 year. Great cup of coffee. I had a bacon egg croissant that was fresh cooked and delicious. Friendly service throughout my interactions. Looking forward to going here again.

Good coffee in a clean and nice atmosphere. Prices are average and on par with other coffee bars. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome. There is no drivethru at this location but there is lots of seating. They have a small offering of food at reasonable prices, but I did not order. If I am this direction again, I will stop by.

I love this shop! It is definitely top tear in every area, the atmosphere and athletic is great. Most importantly the customer service is awesome and coffee is flavorful and delicious. My favorite is the chai latte!Architect has great hours and has a great little lounge area if that’s your style. Need to have a meeting? Reserve the back room! Overall ONE of the best places in Springfield.

Hands down the Architect Burrito is the best breakfast burrito Ive ever had, the sauces with it included. My iced latte is always great and the owners are very welcoming to my one year old and I. The industrial modern atmosphere is very inviting too. 10/10

The service at Architect could never be beat. They are seriously the nicest bunch of people ever. It helps that they have AMAZING lattes and curbside available. Their almond joy energy bite is delicious and so is their breakfast burrito. My girls love their cookies. The Sey coffee they sell in their stores is also a huge plus. Would 100% recommend!

They have strong coffee! I had the nitro cold brew. It packs a punch. I definitely recommend getting it with some sweet cream though. Their breakfast burrito was fantastic! It tasted homemade with warmed/soft tortillas. The vibe is pretty chill. There was every kind of person in there. The staff were busy but very friendly and everything was clean in spite of it being busy.

Cortado was good. They use moderately bitter blend.

Some of the highest quality coffee in Springfield. After working at a specialty coffee shop in Dallas, I know they really have flavor dialed into each cup. Their drip is great (they seem to almost always have a single origin option) and espresso drinks are also top notch. Their 8 oz lattes are my favorite because they are a bit stronger than the typical 12 oz, but you really can’t go wrong. I haven’t tried a pastry, but their cookies are awesome. Friendly baristas and nice vibe too!

Their cold brew tonics are the thing to order! Their bakery items are also so fulfilling with only a hint of sweetness to go with your coffee. Very open atmosphere and amazing barista artists.

We came on a Friday afternoon. It was relatively quiet and not very busy. A good place and time to get work done and enjoy a good drink.I had ordered an iced black sweet tea. The tea itself was actually very good but they did forget the sweetener.My wife order their signature drink the architect and said that it was fantastic.Good atmosphere, good drinks, the pastries look delicious. Over all I say give this place a try.

The atmosphere is very simple, yet relaxing. The lighting is a mixture of recessed lights, string lights, and other light fixtures.The decor is simple and not over done. The coffee is delicious, prices are decent. You can get a house coffee for $2.50 and $1 for each refill. I really enjoyed the mocha, it was not very sweet (perfect for me) and I enjoyed the flavor. The coffee cake muffins are delicious and pair well with the mocha.Staff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed spending time at this cafe.

This is an awesome, little. Internet Cafe. Its actually not really that small but I wish they had larger tables along the wall. Its great for holding small consultations. The coffee is kind of pricey but it seems to be some decent coffee.

Ive had all the coffee in town, and the Mocha here is simply incredible. It is one of very few food items my 30 year old brain actually craves. The Architect is similarly good, but Im so addicted that Im relying on my coworkers word, who is similarly too addicted to try the Mocha. The bathrooms are super nice and clean as well. I used the mens, and it was lovely.

With my work moving to a new office, I was stoked to see a coffee shop so close. I have been going here for the past 2 weeks and I highly recommend. The staff is friendly, the coffee is good. What else do you need? Fine, Ill post more.The menu has variety, I have only had coffee so far, and a tasty treat that is an oat ball with M&Ms in it. They have lunch items as well, soups and salads.The house drink (Im assuming it is by the name) The Architect, is very tasty. It is a caramal, Vanilla blend with Pink Himalayan salt. A drink I didnt know I needed to try until I did.Overall, I believe anyone that loves coffee will find something here they will enjoy. Did I mention the staff has been awesome?(They have a reward card you can stamp. Buy 10 get 1.)

Coffee was smooth and rich. They dont burn there beans!! Skip the Starbucks line and indulge yourself in coffee that has flavor. Atmosphere inside was peaceful and quiet you cant hear the blender at all.

Stopped by late on a Friday for a cup of tea and to get caught up on some work. Great little work bar at the front of the store and a good mix of seating between tables, casual catch-up areas and work spots. Decor and menu is minimalist, modern and clean.....great for clearing your head or uninterrupted conversations. I’ll be back for sure.

Wow. So we all got gift cards as part of our work bonuses. went to go at about 4 pm with a couple friends after work and I guess they closed at 2pm. Well, their google ad says they close at 8. We called and called on our way there and no answer, no answering machine, nothing. Change your damn hours! Its a Tuesday afternoon. No reason you should close at 2 pm. Especially if theres no reason given. Figure it out.

They have a nice quiet atmosphere, and social distancing is fairly easy. It is very clean, the coffee tastes good and doesnt cause digestive irritation. A great place to meet a friend, without feeling uneasy. Love this place!

The perfect treat for my birthday my senior year in college!The coffee shop at French Quarter Plaza in the heart of South Springfield that replaced Hebrews Coffee, with which I now associate the contemporary classic Disney film Zootopia, a staple of my nostalgia for 2016, the year it premiered in theaters and later DVD.Hebrews closed in 2018, and Architect opened in 2019 to fill in for it.

WOW,the Architect at the Architect is more than worthy of being their flagship offering that bears their name,I ordered one in a to-go cup for a meeting, downed it!Half way into the meeting ordered a LARGE one to continue to drink when back at home and I wish they sold this in GALLONS!!Made in house vanilla (what?!?), caramel, himilayan sea salt and espresso, the most baffling of combinations that blends better than lamb and tuna fish, LOLWish I was able to write the words to convey how incredible this beverage is, took my number one spot for best espresso drink in Springfield!Atmosphere is fantastic, hospitality is incredible, wife had a burrito and loved it, next time I will be prepared to eat because the make their own toaster pastries! #nexttimeWill be my go-to south side meeting place from here on out!

Not many coffee choices and their large is seriously only 12 oz. Im sorry, but $5.86 after tax for a 12 oz coffee, that isnt even great, is completely ridiculous. Coffee is bitter and one has salt sprinkled on top which was disgusting. Thought Id try it again and be safe with a mocha, but it was still nothing to write home about and WAY over priced.

Love the aesthetic here. Clean and simple. That kind set it reflected in their menu too. They have speciality stuff, but the best stuff is their basics, Lattes, Pour overs, Cortados, and the like.The first time I came here, they recommended a cashew milk latte, which J was really unsure about, but it was REALLY good. I was shocked, as a I love the regular stuff.There is a space that can be rented or reserved in the back that is perfect for small meetings or parties.This is my favorite shop on the south side of Springfield!

One of my favorite coffee shops in Springfield. Its super close to where I live so I pop in or sit down for hours to work quite often. I love the clean bright atmosphere, all the real green plants, the layout, the water on tap. Im a fan of the Architect latte hot or iced and the mocha hot or iced as well. I generally get macadamia milk as a sub. Ive tried a few things on the breakfast menu and have not been disappointed. I often stop in to get a breakfast burrito. The pastries - esp the pop tart- are certainly tasty. So tasty drinks and food but what really gets me is the service. Always. Everyone there is so nice, friendly and appreciative. They are happy to see you and learn your name. They get to know their customers and thats so refreshing. Good people for real. Highly recommend and thankful its close to me!

I was traveling thru the area for work and needed some coffee, WOW was I glad I stopped in. If you want to know what coffee will taste like in heaven go checkout Architect Coffee Co. & try their latte with macadamia nut milk. Their staff was friendly and great customer service. Run don’t walk and get yourself some of their sweet nectar for yourself!

Second timer here and Ive falling in love. I decided to take myself on a breakfast date. I ordered a large Chai Latte and an Architect Burrito. I opted to take the protein off the burrito because I despise bacon and sausage. My latte got done before I could sit. As I was waiting on the burrito, I sipped on my latte. A few minutes later the burrito came. The presentation on the plate was immaculate. The burrito and the sauces were neatly portioned on the plate. I took a bite from the burrito and the robust flavors send my taste bud on a roller coaster ride. The sauces compliment the burrito very well. I was extremely pleased with my order and overall service. Customer service is a 10/10. The atmosphere of the place is very soothing and calming. The music playing in the background is very relaxing. Ill definitely recommend Architect Coffee to everyone!

They settled for the best equipment, best attitudes, and best execution!The owner spent time at many other shops and didn’t just open his place on a whim. It’s legit and you should check it out!

Great atmosphere! Great staff! I had a shot of espresso and a cortado with oat milk. Both were great! The Brown sugar cinnamon pop tart was worth the trip by itself. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try.

Love the new atmosphere, and the service is quick and friendly. I love their namesake drink (The Architect). You can’t get a latte like this anywhere else. The food is very similar to Hebrews, and the coffee tastes similar as well. For me, that’s a good thing!

I just love the taste of my morning cup of cafe ole. The staff is always friendly. I get a free cup of coffee after 10 coffee purchases. I bought a cup of Starbucks the other day and ended up throwing it in the trash because of the gosh awful taste. If you havent had their Oatmeal Raisin cookie, be sure to enjoy one.

Probably my favorite coffee shop in town other than Coffee Ethic. But its very close. Great atmosphere to come and chill. Broke out the chess board, relaxed and enjoyed our coffee over a game.

I visit Architect Coffee often. Ive been impressed by their food, brewed coffee, and espresso drinks. They use Verve coffee out of San Francisco, which is one the more reputable roasters in the country. They take this stuff seriously. Though its a full-fledged specialty coffee shop, theyre not rude or pretentious.

This place has truly amazing coffee. The kind of coffee that you can get excited about. Unfortunately, we were only in town Saturday and Sunday and when we arrived excited on Sunday morning we were deeply saddened that they have made the business choice to not be open on Sundays. We asked each other if our family vacation was ruined because we couldn’t end on this coffee. It’s still debatable. We will be back on the next trip.

Coffee has historically been a luxury, but in the modern day it can be hard to find a well-brewed cup. My wife had an 8 oz. Americano and I ordered a 12 oz. drip coffee, and Architects brew ranks among the best in Springfield. This is Brick & Mortar level of coffee goodness, for just ~$2.50 a cup.I cant speak to anything else, but their coffee is on point and worth the visit on its own.

Alright, so its not bad, but they do NOT have teapots! shocking! Also can be full of religious folks, so bring your headphones. Other than that its not too bad. The lighting can be a bit intense at times. but the seats are comfy.
