Id give negative stars if I could. I ordered hot cocoa and a slice of lemon poppyseed bread. The bread was burnt and the cocoa clearly came from a discount brand powdered mix. It wasnt mixed well and had stale mini marshmallows lurking under the whipped cream. I was completely disappointed and wont bother returning.

Their coffee is honestly significantly better than Starbucks hands down. Also its cheeper and you can get more coffee I order a Caramel Highrise with an extra shot blended with the cup painted in caramel and I promise you if you like caramel this is the drink for you!!! And they have an app you can download and you will receive points everytime you get a drink or anything else and the points add up to free stuff and it doesnt take 6 million years to build up the points for the free stuff

I love caribou! Its waaaay better than Starbucks. Their drinks are perfect and the service is amazing! They always have a smile :)

They make my drink correctly 1 out of every 3 times. And my drink order is a vanilla latte. Today they handed me a 16oz when I ordered and paid for a 20oz. When I asked hey is this the 20oz cashier rolled her eyes at me handed me drink and closed window. Guess what? It wasnt made correctly and its a 16oz.🤷‍♀️

Im a fan of Caribou Coffee and enjoy stopping by any location I find since there are none where I live. This location is clean and bright. The staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered an Americano and sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Both were great. The sausage in my sandwich had great flavor.

I always love going through the Caribou drive through for a special treat. The berry white mocha, blended, is my favorite. My husband loves their campfire mocha.

I usually go to a smaller family own coffee house where I live, but if they are closed or to busy Caribou coffee is a great alternative. Kinda got a Starbucks feel to it, but more of a Minnesota vibe, rustic and rugged. The staff is very personable and friendly.

The best hot chocolate I have ever had. I used to love going to Caribou coffee but unfortunately they closed down most of them in the Chicagoland area. On a trip back from St. Louis we found this location and could not be happier with the drink or the service!!

Good place for a cup of coffee. Friendly staff and enough space for reading, working, or meeting with a group. Also has outdoor seating if the weather cooperates. It is in the same parking lot as the HyVee gas station, or the convenience store--right next to the main HyVee building.

It was our first time at caribou and we absolutely loved it. Our daughter was able to enjoy the chalkboard inside the restaurant area, while we sipped on our coffee(which was fantastic). Lots of flavors and styles to chose from.

This place is fantastic. The people, the food, the COFFEE. Im a die hard starbucks fan and wanted something different. Came here, explained to the girl what my tastes for coffee were and she suggested I tried a couple different ones. I had her pick one she thought I would like and she was spot on. Its not too often, in Springfield, that a barista will take the time to explain what kind of drinks you may be interested in. Definitely try this place out if youre a coffee lover.

Quaint place to grab a chai tea latte and chat with a friend. Fast, friendly ladies made my tea perfectly!

I know this is a coffee shop, but staff should know the difference between a plain green tea vs a flavored green tea. Plain doesnt mean unsweetened! Staff were oblivious and didnt seem to care. But if you are a coffee drinker looks like they have all kinds of positive reviews for that.

I know this is a coffee shop, however if the shop sells tea they need to understand the difference between plain green tea and green tea that has a flavoring added to it. The staff person thought plain meant unsweetened. It was clear to me that the staff werent interested in knowing the difference. Will not come back.

Wow the staff and assistance manager had a dialogue I overheard that said gays are not welcome there. This place is beside a gas station. I questioned them about their comments and asked, so you dont serve gay people here? The assistant manager said she would have to call the owner and see if they had to..... seriously!
