I would like to start off by saying I am a super picky coffee drinker and have had and tried so much coffee however this is ABSOLUTELY the best coffee I have ever had so to say that its the best coffee in Springfield is definitely selling them short! Its hard to even enjoy our coffee here at home now. Have not tried the sandwiches or tacos but Im sure they are amazing! Prices are incredible as well. The owner is super helpful and informative takes pride in what he does!!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU TRY THIS COFFEE BEFORE STARBUCKS OR ANYONE ELSE! GUARANTEE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Today I went to Country Girls Espresso, on Sunshine. To my surprise they do Taco Tuesday there and they were some of the best tacos Ive ever had. They have authentic Cuban coffee and they sell probably the best Cuban sandwich in Springfield Missouri and the owner is extremely nice. If you want some great coffee and good food I highly recommend stopping in.

We brought friends from out of state, and they couldnt say enough good about the terrific pressed Cuban sandwiches. And the Cuban coffee, and the espresso, and the roast pork... Make this a weekly lunch stop, Springfield- its a winner!!!

I don’t even normally like mocha fraps, but theirs is so good I always have to order one when I go! The Cuban is also really good here.

Lowes is pretty much another large home supply. However, those who run these stores do a great job honoring us veterans.and show it. They dedicate parking near entrances and the employees are always thanking me for my military service. It makes you want to shop and feel appreciated @ Good job Lowes!!!

The only place I go to get my fancy coffees teas. The owner is there everyday serving up the best cup of joe that has ever had the pleasure of touching the customers lips. And dont even get me started on the sandwiches! If I could, I would eat a sandwich from here everyday. Honestly if there was a six star option, Country Girls would be getting it from me!

You cant go wrong with anything on the menu, and the staff is incredibly friendly.I usually get the Cuban, but I also tried a Country Girls sandwich with the guava jelly. Best decision Ill make all week.

I would give this place six stars if I could. I never gave much thought to this place since its about the size of a tool shed, but this place proves that big things do come in small packages. Im quite particular when it comes to coffee so trust me when I say this coffee is the best in Springfield. I got the cafe con leche and it is the perfect amount of dark rich coffee, creamy milk, and just the right amount of sweetness. I also got the breakfast sandwich with pork and it is so delicious and flavorful. I know there are a lot of options for coffee but if you dont try out this place youre missing out.

If you are anywhere in the area you need to go here. The owner is friendly, the coffee is great, and the pork sandwiches are amazing. Dont go to the chain-that-shall-not-be-named behind him; this guy deserves your business.

The owner is so friendly! He gave us recommendations based on the history of the store. The Cuban is the most popular sandwich, and I ordered that and the Cafe con Leche on ice, and it was all delicious. He let us come into the little shop to get out of the cold and let us sample the pork (best Ive ever eaten) and the pickles he was putting on our sandwiches. There are no inside seats, but on a nice day there are picnic tables outside, and you can go through the drive through as well. These are sandwiches and coffee that you really cant get anywhere else.

I stopped by Country Girls on my way to work one morning and couldnt be happier that I did. The owner was extremely pleasant to talk to and the coffee was delicious as well as reasonably priced.I hardly ever eat pork and care for it even less, but he gave me a sample this morning and I absolutely loved it. I will definitely be going back for a Cuban Sandwich in the near future!Thanks for a great start to my day!

Super smooth coffee & insanely good sandwiches!!

I always try to support local businesses when I can and this business more than others!! The cafe con leche is suburb! All of the sandwiches are great. To top it off the owner, Mike, is very knowledgeable and just a nice guy! To the customer who thought the 5 stars are a sham...this is definitely not. I have been coming here for over two years. If I get take out coffee this is where I go..no where else.

The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was because there is nowhere to sit inside. There is a drive thru and tables outside though. Quick and friendly staff. Very good sandwiches and coffees. Good selection too.Updating: the new building does have inside seating now. Still a drive through too.

Super friendly staff and delcious everything! Ive never tried something I didnt like. My favorite is a 16oz steamed almond vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso with a dash a cinnamon powder on top. The turkey sandwich did not disappoint, but a friend recommends the Cuban. It might be next on my list! Im keeping my fingers crossed for a second location in the downtown area soon.

Great customer service. I went here around 6 pm on a Wednesday, and the man working (the owner, I think) was extremely nice. The hot White Mocha was tasty. I had a Cuban sandwich, and it was delicious! I plan on trying more of their sandwiches in the future.

Best secret in town! This is really a Cuban Sandwich shop, I don’t even really prefer coffee but their Cuban Coffee is off the charts good!!! And try the BBLAT Sandwich and you will go back for more! It stands for Bacon, Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado & Tomato, soooooo good!!!!!

This place is on Sunshine beside a church across the street from the Walgreens its a little sandwich and drink shop but it has some of the best food in sandwiches in town and I think this is a good place if you want a good sandwich a Cuban sandwich or whatever they make really good stuff

Was so excited to try the Cuban sandwich after hearing so much about this place. Unfortunately I was let down. After a long wait to receive my food I found the pork to be very dry, plantain chips stale, and the sandwich was lacking that warm melted cheese.
