The staff in here are extremely helpful. If you want to learn to play table top games, this is where you should go. They hold tournaments, have a ton of table top games, and comics galore! However, the best part is that the people who work there seem very knowledgeable and they seem to want to help you. The atmosphere is awesome as well. Great place.

I have just discovered there are stores in the Springfield mall and this little gem is there. I needed a game for a gift and they had it delivered to the store for next day pickup. The gentleman working was very friendly and helpful

This is an excellent game store! They have a huge space inside the Upper Valley Mall and they put it to good use! They have a staggering amount of games - their board game selection is one of the best Ive seen in the area. They also carry comics plus gaming accessories. The store is laid out so there is plenty of space to move around and look at everything. They also have a lot of room devoted to play space and they have a game library where you can play games before you buy. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I have visited several times since it is in my hometown. The staff have become less friendly, the atmosphere less comfortable, and the prices have become unreasonable. They do have a good stock of singles and sealed product alike, but their singles are marked up for seemingly no reason. I will not be stopping again.

I love how you have special promo nights for each game going on also. Your card prices arent too bad compared to the competitive market and its cool you have XP points for gifts too! Epic Loot is the best store to go to for comics, card games, tabletop games, miniatures, paints, and more. The customers, along with the staff, bring a comfortable and fun environment. The knowledge of all things comics and gaming the staff has is absurdly vast, and conversing with them is a treasure trove to explore.

Has anything any gaming nerd could want. Role playing games, card games, older and vintage videos games. Even has a room to play games in. Brings back memories of when I was younger playing DnD with my dad at places like these. Would definitely recommend.

This place is great. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. They have a mix of your every day games and some of your harder to find games. Their game library is a wonderful way to check out and try new games. Great prices as well.

Its a nice game store. You could try board games before you buy..You can get great card advice from Jake! You could arrange a game of 40k with peap!e you know. Oh ya! You could play in magic the gathering events & tournaments, Too bad that game really sucks Yuck! Try black stone fortress.

I go here almost everyday and 98% of the time they have absolutely everything Im looking for. Even with long transactions they are quick and very polite. Shout out to Hildy, Spencer, James, and everyone else!

Nicely put together gaming store with board games, cards, plushies, event spaces and more. Have found several items here that were unavailable at other similar stores in the area. Dont let the location inside the well maintained but oddly vacant Upper Valley Mall put you off from coming here --- or enjoy the occupied but dead mallish vibe that comes with that, if youre into that sort of thing.

Epic Loot has a nice, open layout, helpful and friendly staff, and thriving communities for multiple RPGs and card games that play weekly.

This store is just as great as the other epic loot. Great staff, clean, great prices and a wide selection. My only complaint is they opened the store in a terrible mall but they have a wonderful store other than it being in a dead mall. Its worth going into the mall for.

I love this place! The atmosphere is comfortable and the having space is extensive. They have an excellent selection of products. The only detractor is that everything is sold at MSRP unless theyre having a sale.

Absolute joke. I get that rent and keeping the lights on makes stores like this be a little more pricey than getting something off of Amazon but the prices here are absolutely wretched. They have a retron 3 game console there priced at $89.99 when its on Amazon for $58...thats not even in the realm of competitive, that is price gouging. When it comes to nes games all they have is a stack of common beat up games priced at 5 bucks or more when half of the label is chewed off of it. This place will not stay in business, at a dying mall no less, with these prices. They should rename this place Epic Fail. Avoid!
