Service is way better then the last 2 years and better management to keep 2people on every shift is way better proud of this eagle stop all females and real friendly people to see every day.

Very mean employee!!! Aggressive and irrate employee!!! Wow there sure is a lot of comments that are pretty similar about a rude employee!

This is the worst place in the world their hustle is to let u gamble on their machines then when u win they will only pay u at 3 am or 9 am as if im available at those hrs i work for a living so basically they make u wait till u lose ur pay out ticket and pocket the cash its a scam please dont let them scam u to dont gamble at this location.

Pretty good gas station. Gets bonus points for being attached to Happy China. On warm nights bikers like to gather here so it is cool to see some fancy bikes.

My favorite gas station in town. I go every morning and night. Both morning and night shifts have come to know what I come in for and already have it ready for me. Everyone is so friendly.

I use to come in every day sometimes twice a day but wont anymore. The older guy with blondish/Brown hair is very rude

I LOVE MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES....but for the last few months I have been dealing with a RUDE..horrible employee....at first it was just.throwing my ID back at me...as well as change...escalated to not even asking if I need a bag for MULTIPLE MULTIPLE ITEMS. I have always asked...how r u...how r u doing..I am VERY FRIENDLY WITH EVERYONE at this location...they know my name they know my fiance and friends...ask how I am or anything...tonight took the cake..Springfield,MO....sells alcohol until 1:30 am...I was there about 12:30-12 :50.....I had just got off work and wanted a bottle of wine. I was told that as of today they cannot sell after 12 am. Blatant LIE. Another guest was in there too...to purchase beer, and we were told we couldnt. So we went across the street because your employee was being blantenly not willing to serve us. I go to this location once a day or more and been having issues forever. I will never go back if he is working...I do believe he is hurting YOUR BUSINESS and I want something done....I would give u his name but he has NEVER introduced himself....except his attidude.

Great staff, after a few times most of them remember what I get without me having to ask for it. Friendly crew and store has good tobacco prices.

I have been a regular customer there for almost 4 year. The new manager there Larry is such a jerk. He makes comments that I can hear when I go back to get my beer, and the one time I asked for a bag he said Why do you want a bag, you never get one, and he got all huffy, and acted all put out that he had to do it. He is very rude, and very unprofessional, especially as a clerk. The other clerks are very nice and remember what I come in for, but this manager is a very angry, and hateful, and unprofessional person. Be aware, it all depends on his mood, if he will be nice, or nasty. And to top it off, I came in today and I didnt even get a hello, but as I was checking out a man walked in and Larry said, Hello Sir, So just because your a regular, he supposes that he can disrespectful, and mean and nasty if he feels like it.

Was made to feel very uncomfortable when we went in and tried to pay with a $10 bill that they not only claimed was fake, threatened to call the cops on us and refused service, by both the teller and the manager. Later confirmed by the bank that the bill was NOT fake. Will never go back and will advise others to do the same.

Stopped to grab a smoke and a soda and the store employee came outside acting rude cause we was outside minding our own business. Wont be back to eagle stop again.

Called the cops for people parking in their lot. It was night time. Theres a chance that if you park here for too long, theyll call the cops so just keep that in mind when visiting.

Total waste of time, in a hurry, pump doesnt work, tried to call attendant and no answer. Walked in and only guy working there is outside smoking, he says to try another pump. Move to another pump wont let me select what type of gas. Leave entirely and go to Kum & Go to get gas, look over to see guy standing outside smoking again. Ridiculous
